Both my daughter and I got pedicures and my daughter also got a manicure, no gel (my daughter is 10). They said they couldn't do a design on her nails cause she wasn't getting gel, they could only use stickers? My pedicure was mediocre, I've never had a tech immediately go in with an electric file. I guess she assumed I had gel on my toenails? I paid for the pamper me pedi, but it felt very basic. The pedicure itself was sloppy. My daughter's pedicure was good. However her manicure chipped in a day. I get that regular polish chips much more quickly than gel, but if they only want to work with gel polish, then they shouldn't offer regular polish. I was disappointed in the end. It felt like we were being penalized for not getting gel. Even though we had an appointment, I felt like we were in the way. I'm so sad, I really thought I had found my nail shop.

Excuse me but we had an appointment and I feel that he could've said look I can do one of use but I have two people coming in at 3 PM, but instead he tried to take care of everybody, and he did as you can see the crappy ass job on my nails this time... I didn't see it when it was dark because that's what time we left but today in the daylight they are just not good!!! I thought OK this is Kim's old nail shop maybe just maybe this is going to be good shop again! But after yesterday I really need to find me a nail shop that is going to do a really good job and not try to rush between four or five people! And when we set up a reservation to come in I feel that he should've just finished with the one lady's nails and then did ours but instead he continued on to do theirs and they had a little bit of an attitude with us and I really don't care! You should've made yourself an appointment also! And when I looked at my toenails when she did my pedicure she forgot to put the topcoat on! She was in a rush to get out of there also! I just think maybe I misJudged this mail so take -over! I guess I'm gonna look for someone that can do designs because I really wanted flowers on my nails but I also need somebody who's going to send out all the little dips in my nails right now because there are so many dips! This review is long overdue!…read more I've been going to Twinkle Nails for over a year now, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. I always book with Thi, and she is absolutely fantastic. No matter what design, color combination, or random inspiration photo I bring her, she executes it flawlessly every single time. I've attached a few photos of some of the sets she's done for me over the past year because her work really speaks for itself. One thing that always impresses me is how healthy my natural nails have stayed. These are my real nails, and I only get gel manicures, so I can't personally speak to acrylics or some of the other nail services they offer. What I can say is that my nails consistently look amazing, last well, and receive compliments all the time. I've also had pedicures here and they've always done a great job. I don't have one specific technician I regularly see for those, but I've never had a bad experience

Hannah is doing my pedicure now and then will remove my acrylics. She's awesome! The best foot massage I've ever had during a pedicure.
