I usually get a hefty portion of fragrant green leaves, jalapeno and onions with pho, which I love. At $16 before tax, they could hook it up. Also glad I grabbed some extra chili oil and chili paste, they only gave a small portion in the bag. Bright HUGE shop, lots of seating. Nice menu, good service. We took a day trip to the desert and was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant since there are not a lot of Asian restaurants in town. Loved the fact that they have a big menu, which is helpful when your family wants to eat different things. Ordered pho, banh mi, pizza bagel, coffees, a beer and ice cream! Went today for the first time, was visiting Joshua tree and came across this place on Yelp. As soon as we walked in to order we had to wait a little while. When they finally took my order the host or whatever her job is told me to call her if she was needed. Also, our food took over 30 mins to come. I got up to check if the food was coming and they said it was right out. So I continued to wait. Finally got our food and they added mustard to my sandwich and the menu didn't have mustard included. My bf ended up eating my mustard full sandwich and I ate his. Not sure if they were having an off day but this was the worst service I've ever encountered. We will not be back. Please work on your customer service if you plan on staying in business. Also, the bell that says ring for service is terrible. It is very spacious inside with regular seating area and couches as well. I would say service was the best I could have ever imagined. But this is essentially multiple restaurants: during the day bagels, lunch/afternoon/evening pho out of the same kitchen. There's a stand-alone coffee bar with its own seating or you can drink your coffee in the regular dining area. The whole place is very sparkly. Someone put a lot of thought into how they wanted it decorated. We only had bagels and coffee, so I can't speak to the quality of the pho.
