Very clean and professional. They give you your own nail tool set. They replace the pedicure foot tub liner after each customer so you don't feel your sharing any germs with previous customers. Loved this place!! Let me start off by saying that I already have a nail salon I regularly go to. It's the only place where I feel like I'm getting my money's worth and where they take their time. I have passed by 2B Nails before but it's relatively far from home and I'm only in the area when I come to school twice a week. I decided to try it because I had time and the reviews were good. I am sooo happy I did! I had Nicole and she was so sweet, took her time and was very attentive to me. Like my nail place they do a hot stone massage and paraffin wax heel treatment for pedicures. But here they use disposable linings which I loved. I know my place is clean but to know you don't havw to worry about other peoples "feet cells" (lol) on yours is nice. I didn't get a pedicure this time but next time I definitely will. The manicure starts with them sanitizing your hands with regular hand sanitizer, remove any polish on nails, and a hand scrub (it smelled like it had orange essence). You wash your hands, then they massage with lotion and then oil, then hot towel. I love how Nicole took her time, thats always important for me, I hate feeling rushed. Also, when I was drying my nails I hadnt realized that I chipped a small piece on one nail, Nicole saw and redid the nail, and without being upset ;) It was early (around 10am) so it wasn't too busy but still there were about 4 other people. The place itself is very clean and modern looking. The hand driers are cute, different then your typical box dryers. Manicure was $8, not sure on pricing for mani and pedi. Had an awful experience last year with a manicure. The lady cut my cuticle and kept trying to stop the bleeding with alcohol (not the green antiseptic they usually use). When I realized how incompetent she was, I finally called the manager and got someone else to finish up. It's been a year so I figured I would give it another chance, especially since it keeps getting great reviews. That was a mistake because I received the worst pedicure. Seriously, this may have been my worst nail encounter. The manicurist didn't do anything short of cutting my nail. Nothing on the cuticles, no buffing to make nail even, no alcohol to clean under nail. Total waste of time. I could have done a better job myself. read more

I love , love, love this place! it's super clean, calming environment, and best of all no pushy nail technicians trying to upsell you anything! I am a regular along with all my friends. I probably go about twice a month because that's how long my gel manicures last. I recommend you give it a chance, unlikely you'll be disappointed, and if you are disappointed, they will accommodate and taylor to you're needs. In terms of price yes the business does charge more than those other gross nail salons. Be aware of cost, time, and what you want and you'll be happy. read more

I just got a UV tip set. The workers are really nice and the service is good. The place is clean. Color is nice. Just not in love with the shape, I asked for coffin and it's not what I got. I can't really tell what shape it actually is. And They don't match. It just looks strange. And it was way too expensive. 90 dollars for a new set only. No pedicure no nothing. read more

Walked in and clearly asked for an acrylic fill-in with gel polish and a pedicure. Pedicure was quick. Nothing special, but pricey! That was the good part of my visit. After the pedicure came the fill in. After taking off my polish and looking at my nails the nail technician asked me if I have gel nails....I replied no. I said they are acrylic with gel polish. She says..."We don't do acrylic nails." I reminded her that I when I walked in I said that I had acrylic nails with gel polish. She said that they only do gel fill-ins... So with my nails already bare I asked if I could just get a new set of gel nails. I was told yes. I asked for the cost of a full set. I was told $75.00. I wasn't thrilled, but I said okay. She started to speak in their language to the owner. Of course I do not know what they are saying. Owner states....I'm sorry...we are closing in a little while. We will not have time to take your nails off and put a new set on. It was 4:40 pm on a Saturday afternoon. So I asked her to explain how they could take my polish off and start my nails and then tell me that they cannot finish them. She started to say crazy things....I had two nails that were lifting.....they would take too long to take off....nonsense. Everything she tried to say was nonsense. It was clear that they were closing early and just did not want to put on a new set of nails at that point. I explained that I had been getting my nails done every two weeks for the past 23 years and I'd never been told by any salon that they didn't have time to put on a full set of nails! Especially disturbing was that they destroyed the nails I had come in with only to refuse to put a new set on. I calmly said to the owner that she had 2 choices....one was to put on a set of nails, or to reap the consequences of a very bad review. She just kept saying that they would be closing..."not enough time for a full set." I paid for my pedicure and left quietly. This was the day before Easter.....off I went to another salon where I was given a beautiful new set of nails for $35.00 and I was treated like a princess. I own my own small business and I would never treat a customer as I was treated in this salon! Shame on them! read more

You have your own tools that they use for each visit, disposable liners in the pedicure baths, they use antibacterial on your hands and theirs before your manicure... Love this salon! It was so hard to find a great nail salon in NY, and I finally found a clean one that actually treats customers great! Got a pedi with my sister for $22 and it came with a scrub, hot stone and paraffin treatment. They even keep your file buffer and all other utensils in a bag with your name on it so what's yours won't be used on someone else. What salon does that! It's amazing. I used to love this place but as time goes on and they get busier anyone can end up doing your nails. It's so frustrating because they are on the pricier side (given everything is disposal for hygienic reasons which is why I keep coming back), but I can't pay $30 for a pedicure and it feels like you are barely touching my feet, my polish isn't cleaned off properly, and you are pushing and pulling my feet all over the place instead of asking me to place my feet in and out of the tub. I'll wait until the allure dies down a bit and maybe when they are back to needing customers like when they first opened then I'll return. read more

Wow this hidden gem is fantastic. I had a the best pedicure. Their "regular" includes hot stone, hot lotion, scrub and heel pariffin. They are so clean. They give your own plastic to cover the place where you set your feet. Your own tools. The massage was so relaxing. Everyone is super nice. Can't wait to go back. $22 can't go wrong. read more

I can't say much about the quality of their manicures because twice now I made an appt and twice now after 25 minutes of waiting I walked out! Why take appts if you don't honor them! I will never go back to this place again. There was also a woman waiting next me who had a 1045 appt and did not sit down for her pedicure until 1115. That is unacceptable! read more

Went here once for a manicure and they did a nice job, it was clean. I decided to bring my sisters with me for the second time. When we arrived they told us they were too busy and would have to take us an hour apart , granted I didn't make an appointment so I left and said I would return the next day. My sisters and I made a 6pm appointment for the following day, we showed up 15 min early and they said we would have to wait. Then at 6pm a woman walked into the place said she needed her nails soaked off immediately cause she had a bad experience at another salon. Then the nail lady told my sisters and I that she was too busy since she just took the walk in before us and that we would have to get our nails done by the same lady so it would take over an hour. This was ridiculous that we had to wait since she took a walk in over my sisters and I who made an appointment ! So we left , I told the woman why I was leaving and she didn't even care. I'm a loyal customer and would have given them plenty of business but now not only will i NEVER walk in there again I will NEVER recommend it. read more
