They are very friendly and do good quality work. They take walk ins and give late appointments and work hard to fit you in.

I wanted a french manicure. I left with No manicure, and a cut on 3 fingers. I had already shaped my nails prior to coming in because I like a crispy, pointy sharp Square shape. She took the file first thing and rounded all my corners. Then does my cuticles and cuts 3 fingers and makes 1 bleed. She says 'Oh' and shows me, and keeps going while it's bleeding. I'm thinking about how much infection and possible diseases i'm going to get. I was pissed because i'm tired of these chop shops not knowing how to even properly cut and file nails and cuticles. I told her i don't want to put polish because it is actively still bleeding. She tried to push me to just do top coat. I said no i'm Ok i want to be done. So i assume i'm not going to pay anything... Since all that was done was messing the shape up, and making me bleed then applying some lotion to my hands. I was charged $15. I said ... for what? She said 'French'. I said I have No polish on my nails. All she did was cut me , and i showed the person checking me out, and then she said 'ok $12.' ... Are you just making anything up? I didn't get polish or a manicure. I was robbed and my fingers are fucked up. I got this manicure at 1230 pm, my finger is still bleeding at 2:33 pm as i Write this review. I am literally never coming back here again. Not to mention the place looks dirty. Whatever .. Waste of $12 And i wish i paid with my card so i could've disputed it . ‍‍‍ 0/10. 0 Stars. I always get pedicures here - no one has ever done a better job. I also take my husband here because he walks at least 4 miles a day with our dog and his feet are bad if he doesn't get them fixed every 2 weeks...and I am not fixing them myself. I took my daughter here for her first mani/pedi. I was so impressed on how much time they took on a little girl. They made her feel very special and she is definitely hooked. I have a party to go to this weekend, so I thought I'd stop in and get my nails done. Don't make any appointments here. My nails were a nice decent length and when the girl asked if I wanted a trim, she cut my entire nail length off. I should have stopped her once I realized how much she was clipping off. THIS IS NOT A TRIM!!!!!! She literally cut them. I was so disgusted at how they looked. I didn't even make it home a half an hour before I was removing the polish. Just had a powder dipped manicure and a regular pedicure. I don't think I will be returning. This was my second time coming here. The first time I came here, the co-owner was doing my nails. She sat next to the owner Samantha. Immediately she cut me with the electric nail filer while taking off the polish i had on. She apologized and said it was a new machine. In all reality, she cut me because she was rushing. The cut took over a week to close and heal. Aside from the cut incident, she did a good job with the manicure. Pedicure was mediocre. I figure why not give it another go since the results came out good the first time. This time I had a lady nail "B". I believe she is the only korean speaking associate working there. Her work was so sloppy. I had to point out a few area where there were excess polish and powder. Instead of properly removing it, she used the cuticle cutter to cut it away. To top it off, she cut me by the cuticle area on my pinky with a hard nail filer. She tried to shape the bed of the nail and pressed doen too hard and cut me. She did not apologize or say anything. When she put on a liquid chemical on my nail, i told her it stung by the cut. She still didn't acknowledge. At this point, i just wanted to leave. It was already the end of the day. When i got home, i noticed the clear coat of the polish was messed up. That is because she painted it several times using different brushes. She said the polish brush was no good. Usually nail salon gives you a quick massage, nothing from this place. These photos are only 2 of several disappointing outcome. The pedicure was barely a pedicure. read more

I called the salon ahead of time and asked how much a removal for powder nails would cost, the salon owner told me that it was 10 dollars. So, I make my way to the salon and patiently wait. Once I get seated, this nail tech started using the nail drill, cut two of my fingers, and then continued to buff my nails to the point where they burned. She then let my nails soak for about 20 minutes and leaves. Next, the owner of the salon sits down and unwraps the cotton and tin foil from my nails. And again, uses the nail drill in a very rushing manner. She then says "3 dollars extra for cut and file, ok" Excuse me?! 3 dollars extra for something so simple, something that should have been included in the 10 dollars. The rudest people ever, they DO NOT care about your nails. Stay away from this salon, they only want to squeeze money out of you! She left my nails with leftover polish on them, too! This place is alright. I have been there 2 times now and was not entirely impressed either time. I first went on a whim trying to find my new nail place. I had a rushed experience there and I assumed it was because I was the last customer in the place before they closed. I'll somewhat forgive that if the repeat visit was improved. I went for a manicure that was mediocre to say the least. It also felt rushed and the pain job was not that great. I appreciate the good hand driers and the quick dry available. But the manicure was $9 which already is steep in the area I live. I usually go to the nail salon across the street from this place and will likely be sticking with them. read more

Walked in without an appointment to get a pedicure. I was taken without a wait. I wanted to try a new place, closer to home. Very disappointing experience. Basic pedicure was $20. Overpriced compared to the salon I usually go to in Great Neck, that only charges $15 and gives a much better pedicure. It was rushed and they didn't even trim my cuticles or file the nails--only trimmed. It was obvious that if you don't go for the more expensive pedicure, they just rush through it. Also, the polish chipped in less than a week. With so many other salons around, I will not return there. read more
