The guys were super nice and worked quickly! They also loved their jobs and had really positive attitudes which was nice. One of the better priced companies in the area. There was one item that got slight damage due to moving /scooting on the truck bed. Thankfully it's not too expensive of an item and the damage is facing the wall so it isn't seen. Movers were requested to move two vending machines (soda/snack). Me and one of my customers had to help them move the items. At one point, I being a young woman even was asked to help get my soda machine off of the truck when I gave movers space to do it themselves (this is what I was paying them for). I went ahead and assisted because I did not want my machines damaged. This to me was not very professional due to a high liability issue. I do not feel confident that the job could not have been done by the man and his young son. I was asked to still pay the full $420 despite me and my customer assisting the movers which I felt like was unfair. My $1500 soda machine was scratched while they attempted to move it out of the door. I brought up my concern with it being scratched and it was definitely ignored and of course I was still charged the full amount. Also, the mover complained about not being ready to move my equipment in front of the customers I do business with jokingly, but multiple times, which left me feeling slightly embarrassed. Update: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the business requesting that I take down my very accurate review. Owner stated that I should have told him my soda machine was very heavy. My response was I was not asked the weight. He agreed I needed 4 people for this job (which he got from me and my customer) my response was that he should have cancelled the job when he knew that he could not be successful alone or compensated me in some way for damage to my machine and labor. I was met with anger and no sincere apology for damage AND NOT A THANK YOU FOR HELPING or any sort of compensation. I was actually told that "God would not bless me" for submitting my review as well. Make sure to review your contract throughly. He claims no liability for damages but I will be taking a closer look at all documents. FYI: contracts are signed on the spot and not given ahead of time for through review like most moving companies. read more

We had an extremely pleasant experience with 2Man Moving Services. Most of the companies I contacted on Yelp were responsive but 2Man sent out a representative to meet with us personally to give us an accurate estimated based on actually seeing our home. When move day came, they were there bright and early and went straight to work. The whole crew was polite and friendly and I felt very comfortable with them moving our belongings. At lunchtime, they took a quick break to eat with us. We enjoyed the conversation and fellowship. Being former career military, we've experienced a lot of moves and this one was by far the best, thanks to 2Man Moving Services. I needed to manage 2 out of town moves on 2 different days to 3 different addresses. I called around, got estimates and chose 2 movers. My first move was scheduled with 2 MAN MOVING SERVICES for Sat 09/12 @8-10am and a different moving company for Sun 09/13 @ 8-10am. . Sat morning, I received a call from the driver at 7:15, to let me know he was on his way and would be there by 8. A 3 man crew arrived, asked to see the scope, went over the contract, which didn't change from the original quote in any way, asked if I had any questions and they proceeded to load the truck and move the items requested. Fantastic experience from START to FINISH. So now I'm spoiled, this is how a move should be done. . Sunday ... different company, different results!!!. The truck was due between 8 and 10, so at 10:10, I called to see where the driver was, was told, let me call you back. 12mins later, I get a return call "Oh, there was a problem with the truck, we'll be there. I told them, wait, let me think if I want to proceed with you because I had other things planned for the rest of my day. I was eventually promised that the truck would be there by 11:30, 12 ... at the latest. I agreed to wait and allow them to complete my move. ..... Then at 12:07, no call, no truck. I texted them and advised don't bother to come, I'll reschedule. I get a text back saying they were "in route, 20 mins away" - I had no confidence and told them don't bother, my day was a completely wasted. . After cancelling, I reached out to 2 MAN MOVING SERVICES, again, to see if they could move my remaining items, later the same day (Sun 09/13) and they were not able to accommodate me but promised they could add me to the schedule for Mon 09/14. 7-9 am. Monday, I get a call at 7:03am, advising they were on the way, same driver as Sat, he advised I'll call you after the guards let me thru gate, he got to house (with 2 helpers) a little after 8, we went over the contract, this move involved 2 separate drop off locations, we discussed price and again no surprises. . When the moving company cancelled my mother's out of state move the night before she was to be out of her home and I was to be driving her to Utah I was frantic. My appointment was supposed to be between 7am-9am....then it got moved to noon-2pm due to some "COVID reason"....its now 2:45pm and I'm still waiting. I called them at 1:35pm to double check and they said they were in route to my house. So many great reviews that I thought why not give them a chance. But moving is already stressful and now im sitting here freaking out that they won't show and nobody should feel this way. At 3pm I finally gave up, scheduled with a more professional company and cancelled an appointment I'm sure they never intended to show up for. I never received an apology for the inconvenience. The crew from 2man movers just finished up our move. I was anxious to do this review quickly because I cannot say how happy we were with the moving experience that they did. They arrived well within the time agreed upon and were ready to go. All the furniture was handled carefully and furniture with doors was shrink wrapped. Boxes were taken quickly and efficiently. Their 26 foot truck was more than adequate four our needs. On the other end the items were brought in and put where we asked them to be placed. The move was done within the four hour time. Their prices are very competitive and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. I also received a senior discount of 5% which I appreciated. On top of all this they were friendly and very nice about the entire move. We booked 2man movers for another move and their service hasn't changed in a year. The three man team showed up exactly on time and immediately set to work. They completed the move within the agreed upon time, which means they packed, transported and set up everything and delivered all boxes to the new residence within the time period we agreed upon. I called 2 man moving service and asked them if they could move my cal king mattress expecting to either be told no or quoted a unreasonable amount of money like other places I had called. I was quoted a reasonable price. They came and we instantly liked them they were professional and funny. I joked with them and they made us laugh. They picked up boxes and furniture so fast packed that truck and was off to new location faster than I could imagine. Due to the narrow opening and stairs at the new place made it somewhat difficult to maneuver and they did it without complaints. I appreciated your hard work thank you. I have always received a 10-15 minute contact call or text when they were on there way. Each move they have shown up on time. On each move they took good care of my belongings. The last move they had to truck it up 4 flights of stairs to get to my condo on the third floor in the summer. The move although trying in the hot summer heat they knocked it out. I was told that someone would be taking over my lease and I needed to move out my studio in 3 days. I immediately went on yelp and started calling for quotes. Many people were not available on such short notice and the ones that were available were attempting to charge me double of what 2 Man Moving Services charged. Errol answered the phone and he was very professional and was very accommodating to my schedule. He arrived early with a moving truck that could fit more then needed. Him and his colleague, Kay, got to work immediately. They wrapped all my furniture in plastic wrapping it for long term storage and completed getting my apartment completely empty in 45 minutes. Please keep in mind I had boxed all small items ready to move. My queen sized bed was still fully intact and they disassembled, wrapped, and loaded. We then unloaded 50 miles away at a private garage. The entire job was completed just under 3 hours.
