What can I say, to start off the service was absolutely amazing. Kevin and Mary were extremely helpful and patient with me as I was very indecisive about a color! Their service was great and I loved how my nails came out. I had been scared of getting a gel manicure for years due to a previous bad experience at another nail shop and Kevin truly changed me mind. Best customer service! I love all I had done, I have been getting nails done 20+ years, eyebrow wax 10+ eyelash extensions 4+ years. And have never found a better price or look! If you need a facial ask for Kim! I've been her client for years now (at another salon) and she just moved to this location. Good thing i got her number because idk what I would do. I get the 65$ 1hr facial includes deep cleaning, extractions, mask, head/neck/arm massage, etc. my skin always looks amazing afterwards and feels so clean. the salon was very clean too and welcoming. This place is amazing! Their services include facials, waxing, eyelashes, manicures, and pedicures. I had my lashes done by Chanel, pedicure by Alice, and a manicure and full leg wax by Kim. Everyone did an amazing job! You can walk in here, get serviced by any technician, and walk out happy because they all take their time and make sure that they do a great job to ensure you like everything. I recently visited 2Q Nail Spa because I wanted a pedicure and to have my eyebrows done. I was nervous at first because I didn't know how my eyebrows would turn out, but they did an amazing job. I love them. I thought this was going to be awkward experience, but everyone in the salon made this experience so pleasant and comfortable for me. This place is the WORST. And I am normally really easy going when it comes to nail salons. I kept asking how long it would take until they were ready for me, and they kept saying 5 minutes but 45 minutes later I'm still sitting in the chair just waiting. And I even reminded them a couple of times!! Then a young girl probably around 14 came and started to set stuff down on my station, and when I asked if she was going to do my nails jokingly she said "no" but then two seconds later she started doing my nails. That's where I draw the line, only licensed people should be touching my hands! Also they were doing my friends nails first and hers (gel manicure) came out all uneven and ugly, the lady had to redo it because it was that bad. And they kept taking more and more costumers and telling them 5 minutes just like me. Honestly guys, just pay an extra 5 dollars and go down the street to somewhere else. It's not worth the trouble. I just left this place. They charge like if they actually did a good job. I got a mani/pedi, french on my toes, gel on my hands with some stars. I walked out with a $49 bill (because she was running a special that day)l. The massage sucked, my polish is uneven and there is nail polish all over my fingers. I was very upset. I called Mary to have her give me the breakdown of the bill. I told her, I wasn't happy with the way my nail polish came out and that the price was unreasonably; she hung up on me. A friend of mine and I decided to get a mani/pedi, and like many others, we haven't had one since March. The very first sign you see is them telling you that there's going to be extra charge on everything because of all the extra sanitizing they do. I believe it was an extra seven dollars added to the bill for a manicure pedicure. I'm sorry, that level of sanitizing should be done and is required anyway. We get seated. Everything seems nice and clean. My pedicure was awesome. My manicure not so much. I don't know her name, tattoo on her left wrist, but she wasn't friendly, actually a bit snippy, she was in a hurry. Never spoke to me, except to ask if I wanted to upgrade my manicure. I literally got a 15 minute half ass manicure. I did not get nail polish, instead I got the buffing. I Didn't realize until I had to pay that they charge five dollars to buff my nails. If you want gel it's $15 more. I was going to get gel on my toes but then decided just to get clear polish. I got the level two pedicure $34 or something like that and a basic manicure with buffing and it was over $50. That's ridiculous. I have never paid that much for a manicure/pedicure. Now is not the time to price gouge when you want to keep customers coming back. Unfortunately I won't be back. read more

This place is under new management and the woman are all very nice but unless your are only getting a pedicure you are good. I wouldn't recommend any other services there. They destroyed my eyebrows as well as others I seen, do horrible nails and the eyelashes are way overpriced for what you get. Pedicures only, it's hard to mess that up. read more

i've been here about 5 times. first time, the thinner lady who is not there anymore did amazing! she was my favorite! went to her 4 times but the new short chunky lady is super fast.. she does a really good job on shaping but she does pretty bad on cutting cuticles, and painting nails. all they have is a small collection of solid colors.. my 5th time was definitely my last time( last week). it's been 6 days with my nails and already 3 fell off... i don't do dirty work with them.. only wash the dishes and other basic cleaning around the house. before i would go to the lady who isn't there anymore and she would charge me 20$ for a full set. this new lady charged me 35$ for the same exact thing.... and i didn't tip and she says "why no tip?" i explained to her i didn't like the nails and she didn't even paint the corners, and all my cuticles are popping out! she rolled her eyes, didn't offer to actually fix the paint! never said thank you for my service! now 3 nails are gone so i just took them all off. if you want a 35$ sucky nail spa that will only last 1 week... go ahead read more
