I used my Groupon deal which allowed me to get 2 burritos and 2 tacos with a dollar left over. The tacos are really tiny, but they are pretty tasty. I could probably eat 10 of them lol. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb burritos which came with a sweet green sauce. Everything was good, but I kind of wished my burritos had more curry sauce. The green sauce was too sweet for my taste, but if they had a bit more curry sauce in the burrito in the first place, I don't think I would have had to use it. They have outdoor seating with a tarp overhead covering and a parking lot all to themselves. Overview: 5-stars because I will never pass on an opportunity for their food! Details: The menu is creative and thoughtful. With interesting and tastefully innovative items, 333 does "Asian Fusion" right. The guys recently catered for my dance team's banquet and while they could have just prepared dishes from their usual menu (which by no means is bad), they took the time and effort to think about the crowd they were serving (active dancers with big appetites and high standards!) and presented a three-course meal that not only filled us up, but also both satisfied and gratified our taste buds. As the team's director, I was extremely pleased to see my dancers extremely pleased. + Appetizers: cocktail shrimp, southwest chicken salad (with perfect veggie-to-dressing ratio, I might add), and a cheese corn/asparagus combo + Main Course: vegetable lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken parmesan + Dessert: creme brulee The quality is reliably delicious. At the banquet, I was initially pretty skeptical about the vegetable lasagna, but it somehow ended up being my favorite dish! Also, I usually don't even like creme brulee, but I ended up eating a good amount of that too (...along with everything else, haha). Although all the foods I listed above were given to us in generous portions, every tray was left empty and no single tray went away any faster than the others. I've also tried their carne asada fries and a tater tot/short-rib combo special they served at an event, and both items were well worth the money I paid. They're consistent with quality and that's probably because they're simply good at making food! Their strategy is noticably smart. I can tell that 333 knows the importance of marketing and branding. Their logo is SO EYE-CATCHING! Other trucks need to take note of this point because 333 has got it down. The memorability factor is so crucial when our minds about dinner can change as quickly as our newsfeeds! Speaking of which, love that they update their Facebook often. Tried both tacos and they were so tasty! They're small, but they give you just enough of a sampling that you would want more. The green chutney on top of the CTM added a great touch and the cucumbers on both tacos gave them more texture. Was not a big fan of the beans inside the short rib burrito, but it's still really good- they grill the outside too so it doesn't have that flaky, cold tortilla action. I absolutely love their Indian and Korean offerings, my favorite in the Indian ones are lamb curry burrito and my all time favorite is the spicy Korean chicken burrito or bowl . It not very spicy more on the mild to medium side but the taste of the Korean chicken combined with the yummy flavored rice, its just too good to pass up. Hayward OTG Ordered the 4 tacos for $10. -Korean Mushroom Tofu -Korean Short Rib -Korean Spicy BBQ Chicken -Indian Chicken Tikka Favorites: Chicken Tikka, and Spicy BBQ Chicken. Everything else tastes really similar. The Korean Tacos have a red sauce on top while the Indian ones have a green sauce on top. Both have refreshing cucumber as toppings. A 3-star rating for 3-3-3 seems appropriate haha. I love the concept of this truck. As someone who has a hard time making decisions when it comes to food, I'm happy that this truck has a lot of variety whilst still maintaining simplicity. The best part is that it has two of my favorite cuisines: Mexican and Indian! So you can choose between 3 different cuisines, with 3 flavors in each, and from 3 different ways to enjoy them: rice bowl, burrito, or tacos. I was feeling Indian food more that day, so I got my beloved Chicken Tikka Masala in a burrito. It was just alright. I wish I had gotten the taco plate instead so that I could've tried something from each of their cuisines. The chicken had a good flavor, but there was definitely not a lot compared to all the rice they put in it. One of the chicken pieces I bit into had bone in it, eek. Not exactly what I want when I bite into a burrito lol. They gave me a green sauce with the burrito that was sweet and refreshing, but I wish it was hot sauce instead! The saddest thing was that the burrito was actually pretty small. How could I tell it was small? Because I finished the whole damn thing with no problem and my small stomach has the hardest time trying to conquer a whole burrito. Pregamed lunch here on a Sunday after visiting South Bay church. They had this and a few other trucks for their 5 year anniversary. I generally do not like food trucks because they're overpriced and small-portioned, but 3-3-3 is my favorite. I've tried Kogi in LA back when they first started and Koja last year and was disappointed by both. Ordered Dash's taco trio which consists of one short rib, one spicy bbq chicken, and one mushroom tofu taco for $7.25. The mushroom tofu was my favorite because the flavor was so rich. I'd order the burrito version of this next time I see them. There was basically no line but it still took a good 15 minutes for them to make our orders and the tacos are quite small. read more

There is basically something for everybody and its especially great for vegetarians as you now have more choices! I was craving indian food and thought to try out their paneer tikka rice bowl. Great portion size and not to mention it was beautifully presented. I like the fact that there was a lot of paneer in the dish. The food truck came to my school along with Sccops Ice cream for a fundraiser. Overall, pretty decent tacos. I got the freedom trio, so I could pick any three tacos for $8.50. I chose chipotle chicken, korean bbq chicken, and korean tofu mushroom. They took about 10 minutes with the order, and it came in a covered takeout box. Each taco is about the size of the palm of my hand, so not too generous. The meat/filling in the tacos was pretty good, a nice depth of flavor and definite umami factor. The tofu mushroom ones have kimchi in them, to my surprise. But when you pick up and eat any of the tacos , the tenderness of the meat or tofu and the softness of the corn tortilla just make a big mushy mess. No texture, just a bite of soft, drippy stuff. Yeah not the most pleasant. What's lacking is the crunch factor from a traditional cabbage slaw, or pickled red onions. I realize that they did make an attempt at textural variety by adding in little cubed cucumbers, but let's face it, cucumbers are not as crunchy as shredded cabbage, and the fact that they're cut so small doesn't help 'em. Overall good meat, bad tacos. I would go for the bowl next time. read more

Pretty good truck, one that's a cut above its South Bay competition (which isn't saying much) and could hold its own with the SF/Oakland/Berkeley trucks. Love the "choose 4" option, letting you get a nice cross-section of their 9 taco varieties. I think the Indian side of the menu is the way to go, followed closely by Korean. It was just there (super thin, not super dry, but definitely not juicy) Not sure why people are raving about this food truck. They did give me a free drink for being one of the first 10 customers for lunch that day, so thumbs up on that. I can't believe I waited this long to write a review...I swear I wrote one when I first tried them 9 months ago. The menu is a mishmash of Korean, Indian, and Mexican cuisines in the forms of rice bowl, tacos, burritos. Being Asian, I prefer the rice bowls especially the Chile Verde one. OMG succulent pork that you split open with just a spoon, over a bed of Spanish rice, topped with salsa and guac sauce. I always have to ask for extra rice tho...there's too much meat. Some are small and humble but have amazing food. 3-3-3 was definitely pretty humble.. The prices were pretty average at about $10 a meal including a drink.. I had a Korean burrito which was pretty good. I only had one complaint which was the Korean fried rice wasn't very kimchi-y but I feel like it was much better than what I have had. The spareribs were delicious with great flavor.. Slightly charred... I will definitely come back to try something else.. Yummy! read more

I've been to several food trucks in Portland and they typically have food trucks clustered together that are stationed in one lot and never move. When you go to all these food truck locations, they all become a blur and every one loses their uniqueness. I think I've seen several mexican ones, gyros, thai, chinese, etc... Even the Korean Mexican fusion is starting to get old. Small time cooks created their own identity by combining korean, mexican and indian options all in one truck! I tried the carne asada taco and the curry lamb burrito. I didn't care much for the carne asada taco. The curry lamb burrito was excellent! YUM!!! The tacos are soooooo delicious. They are gourmet tacos! not your typical boring ground beef lettuce tacos. My favorite is the Korean short rib. The lamb is amazing too. The burrito is juicy and in very good man size portion. Tacos is not too big which is perfect for me since I like varieties in one meal. I usually order 5 tacos with different flavors for lunch. Everything is fresh made from scratch on site including the tortilla and the sauce. They set up some nice picnic tables/chairs under a tent recently. It is very nice on a sunny day to eat there. It is on the empty lot between the 2 shopping centers on Barber Ln. They also provide catering service. My friend hired them to cater her Christmas dinner party. Oh my goodness, they are truly 5 star chefs. I heard that the 3 young chefs have left the 5 star restaurant they worked to start their own business with this gourmet mobile kitchen. I sampled the chile verde, carne asada, spicy bbq chicken, chicken tikka, and paneer tikka. The tacos were just the right portion and had some heat to them, which is great for me as I love spicy food. My favorites were the chile verde and the paneer tikka. The paneer was tender and the curry flavor was just right - the taco came out to be a great fusion of both mexican and indian flavors. The chile verde was just a great overall taco, and it came with PLENTY of meat on it. All in all, I gave the place 5 stars for the good price and great tacos. Food is great! Came there but it was pretty empty. Regardless, guy was really helpful and walked us through the whole menu. They serve a bunch of stuff, and they're pretty generous with their offers (they have a check in for a free taco!). Had this Indian curry burrito (was just too curious) which tasted fantastic with the sauce they offered. There seems to be a different sauce for every burrito as well. Girlfriend bought the a Korean chicken burrito and it tasted alright (kind of like the other trucks). Overall they have a lot of different flavors (they really all taste different). I actually liked the small size of the tacos; it allowed for good variety without overstuffing myself. Unfortunately, it did also mean that the tortilla flavor came out pretty strong in them due to the small amount of filling provided. Still, they made for good 2-3 bite tacos, and were actually less messy than I expected. Four tacos: Carne Asada--Nothing particularly noteworthy about this one; it was OK, but not very flavorful. The salsa didn't have much spice, but I liked the impact of the fresh tomatoes on the overall taco itself. Short Rib--Loved the flavor of the meat; not the best kalbi I've ever had, but it was solid for a truck. This was definitely the pick of the litter for me; the excellent ribs paired nicely with the slight pickle flavor from the veggies on top. All the flavors melded nicely, which I didn't feel was the case for the other tacos. Lamb Curry--Several chunks of lamb in a very watery sauce; basically a tomato sauce that was a bit too runny. The lamb was nicely cooked, but its flavor was a bit overrun by the tomato sauce on it. I actually liked the flavor of the sauce too, but it would've been better balanced by a bit more lamb. Spicy Chicken--Not very spicy at all. Quite runny after picking it up, although it didn't appear to be too messy on sight. Almost sweetish; I'd definitely add some more spice to it, and I really can't handle much heat. I'm a frequent customer whose had pretty much everything on the menu, so you guys can trust me when I say that all of them are amazing. Everything 3-3-3 makes is with the utmost detail and thoughtfulness - the rice in the burritos is customized to fit each cuisine (for ex. kimchi fried rice for Korean), the sauces are all unique, the meats have their special ways of preparation. Being a loyal fan, I've had the chance to chat with the members of 3-3-3 and it's just crazy how much time they put into the prepping of the food each day, as everything is made from scratch (it's kinda like their motto haha). Sometimes, to the surprise of some customers, 3-3-3 will have specials instead of their usual selection. If you guys wanna try the usual stuff just follow them on facebook or twitter, they always post what they'll be serving that week. IMO, if you decide to go back give the specials a try, they do put in the effort to serve something different and interesting, and since 3-3-3 is relatively new the specials will only get better with more feedback. I had the chicken wings with lemonade over the summer at Los Gatos, and it's def one of the most delicious combinations I've had in my life.
