The cashier made sure to clarify that the blossom drinks were carbonated and when we seemed unsure she offered samples of a couple different drinks neatly placed on a platter! I wish I got her name, because she was so nice and helpful (also very accommodating, cleaning our table for us before we sit down, speaking quietly for the other customers who are studying-- there's free wifi and plenty of study space!!--, and offering recommendations)! I know customer service is only half the beast, so here's a review on the actual tea lol: I bought the raspberry shaken matcha with soy (Longan honey boba and lychee jelly). The tea itself was sweet and fruity and the boba, flavorful! The samples we tried were a blossom and the guayusa. They were both sweet and flavorful and I can't wait to go back to try these flavors to. When you first walk in, you feel like you just entered into a Vietnamese aunt's house - fish tanks everywhere, mismatched furniture, and passionate caring people. When you then speak to the barista behind the counter (either Andrew or Jackie), they make you feel like you are at home, asking about your day and sharing their passions of tea and fish with you. If it's your first time here, they will give you a sample platter to try their most popular drinks. Yet, because all of the drinks are so unique and all good, the sample platter doesn't help you decide. I ended up getting the strawberry lychee immortality and my friend got passionfruit strawberry guayusa with mint and ginger. Both were so good and so different, I recommend just getting whatever flavors you like. After drinking and chatting with Andrew, we even decided to get two more drinks: a raspberry matcha and another guayusa. One thing to keep in mind is that there are only two workers at most at any time, and because of the care they take in making the drinks and interacting with customers, you won't be quickly in and out like other boba places. read more

When you walk in, it definitely gives you more of a home vibe so I was a bit skeptical. However, thanks to the nice owner at the counter, she made us feel more comfortable and recommended us some drinks to sample. What a great spot! Healthy drinks, tasty and with different benefits. As soon as I got there, staff was friendly and informative. She gave 3 samples, and I liked the "Guyasa?" peach iced tea. The owner said it had slow awaking properties, but not a harsh crash like caffeine. The drinks might be not super cheap, but they use better ingredients and make everything by hand. This place has such great drinks! I find myself ordering the raspberry matcha whenever I'm in the mood for matcha. The customer service here is awesome. The owners are friendly and always talk to us, and you can tell that the drinks are made with love. I honestly feel like they make one of the best matcha drinks out there. They also have the most adorable security guard ever. Muff can be found roaming the shop and will stop to let you pet him, so make sure you do that if you happen to spot him! Just go to this shop. Trust me, you won't regret it. Both workers were so knowledgeable in the teas and the samples they gave us were amazing. I always stop by here when I come down from San Jose and I always order 3-4 drinks to take back with me haha. I highly recommend the Blueberry Matcha and their Guayusa teas! I never had anything like them before and it tastes so good. The sugar and ice levels are adjustable too. Blueberry matcha is made with soy milk by default but they can also do almond milk. I completely forgot about this and called the store after I left to double check if my matcha drink was made with soy milk. Even better, the shop has a resident doggo named Muff! Don't be put off by the not-so-trendy exterior and interior. Although their drinks have minimal sugar, dairy products, and artificial flavorings, they still taste amazing! I believe my fiancé and I have met with the owner of the shop at our first visit and he was extremely friendly patient and knowledgeable about the ingredients used in their drinks. We got to sample a couple of things before making a decision on our drinks. Ended up getting two of the immortality teas in peach and passion fruit. If you like super sweet teas, the passion fruit is a must try. They cater to students so during their happy hour (M-F 4-7pm), their drinks are BOGO 30% off. The people working here are very sweet and very thorough in explaining their drinks (complete with samples) to newcomers. I've had the matcha affogado with vanilla ice cream, and while it was delicious, I think I would have enjoyed it with matcha ice cream for more of that green tea taste (I'm a huge fan of green tea). It's a very photographable dessert! My matcha was very thick...more like a paste...so when I poured it over my ice cream, it hardened very quickly into unappealing chunks. Next time I'd ask for my matcha a little more diluted. The drinks are solid. Very expensive, but they claim to be high quality, organic products with good health benefits. My Guayusa Tea (original, naturally sweetened with honey) was more on the bitter side with a hint of sweetness from the honey. Very refreshing, and I think the caffeine in it actually kept me up. Next time I'd get the strawberry jam instead of honey because I like my drinks on the sweeter side :) Apparently the caffeine in their drinks is more of a slow release with no crash like coffee. I had a sample of the Blueberry Matcha and Passionfruit Immortality teas and both were very good as well. The ambiance is perfect. Very cute cafe with plenty of seating. They have couches for larger groups, small tables, a communal table. My chair was soo comfy! Free WiFi! I love that the music was on low volume...no need to be distracted while studying or having to yell at your friends so they can hear you. Went here based on a recommendation by a friend. Located in Westminster, where many bona shops sell their buy 2 get 1 free deal, this quaint little spot seems a bit out of place. However, it stands out in a good way! Their official grand opening hasn't started yet (the sign outside says the previous cafe, a wall was just painted), but upon walking in..I was surprised! Not only is there a huge stuffed bear to welcome you, Kim one of the owners is ready to tell you his vision. He envisions this as an affordable, healthy drink spot that otherwise may charge double or triple in other spots for health conscious trendy folk. He let my boyfriend and I try the matcha raspberry soy milk shaken tea. It was pretty good.. I actually preferred it without the raspberry flavor so my boyfriend got that with almond milk and chia seeds. Matcha is ceremony grade so the price is actually very reasonable at 3.50 for a medium matcha tea. Plus, he has 5 stars to help customers get free stuff. I got an almond milk Jasmine tea with basil seeds. Kim says that he offers Silk soy and almond but he also makes his own soy milk and almond milk fresh! Where else can you get that?! My drink tasted so fresh and was just a bit naturally sweet from his organic cane sugar. I'll definitely be back. This place reminds me of a hostel with how much stuff they have everywhere, Or like a Find the missing items puzzle game lol The menu and the place itself was hard to navigate. Sign at night was off around 11pm even though they close at midnight. Ice cream was just alright and drink were just alright. I thought they would have been more unique with how the menu came across. Finally got to try this place today and I was very satisfied with my visit. Although service was a little slow (there was only one worker, so understandable), my visit was very pleasant nonetheless. There was also a cute lil security dog that greeted me when I opened the door! :) As for my drink, I ordered a large blueberry matcha with almond milk and it was very good. The drink wasn't too sweet and the matcha wasn't grainy like some other places. (Side note: I locked my keys in my car while getting gas and when I finally got my door unlocked 30 minutes later, my drink was still good with no matcha powder residue on the bottom.) I came here cause I'm a great fan of matcha I came with a lady friend but this location is hidden cause the entrance is right on the corner of the building well towards the streets side but once inside looks like if you were coming to your home, the lady working there was so helpful and very patient and nice wow I'm very surprised how she explained everything to us even gave us samples of the drinks this person really loves her job I mean every question we had she had an answer I felt great and comfortable just being there thank you so much. Khiem, the owner, is truly passionate about tea and his business. But he can sometimes talk your ear off, especially if it's your first time. I had spent at least 20 minutes listening to him twice before, and I'm not even exaggerating haha but he IS really nice. When I first came during the soft opening, their chia seeds were bland, but their drinks have improved since then! I love the guyusa drink with chia seeds and also their original or blueberry matcha drink. Khiem or the employees will typically give you a few samples if it's your first time (but you can only sample the healthy options because he doesn't want to encourage the sugary milk tea options. He only has those options because he knows that's what y'all look for). Definitely give the samples a try -- they're most likely drinks you've never heard of or tried! LOCATION/PARKING: Personally, I think the location is horrible and hidden, and it would do much better in a nicer plaza, but rent is probably cheaper here, who knows? Parking isn't too bad. I've never had a problem finding parking so far. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The employees are all pretty nice, especially Catherine! Love her. AMBIANCE: I would say it has medium amount of noise, mostly due to the workers chatting/hanging out with each other and the music playing. It has one "large" table with 6 seats, which is perfect for studying! They even have a cord extension cord available and fast wifi.
