Came for the first time to try out their coffee drinks and it didn't disappoint. Their price point was reasonable (not bougie prices) and our drinks was worth it. Restaurant is clean and modern with decent amount of seating. It's located in a strip mall so plenty of parking. Ordering is done on a kiosk. The Matcha BOGO (see photo) was so tempting but hubby doesn't drink matcha so it's a hard pass. Both our coffee drinks were so yummy. They were both creamy and strong. My matcha coffee was half sweet and it was perfect! The two flavor mixed so well. I will definitely have to come back to try their food items.

Self service to order which is great for me but not so much for those who struggle to order if they have never been here. Now for the coffee - pretty strong Vietnamese coffee profile. I got the strawberry einspanner (fancy for cream foam) and it was good. Strong and creamy.

Such a cute shop inside! I really liked how cozy it was with the decor and paintings of matcha. I was able to easily ordered on the kiosk. Coconut pudding matcha: 7/10 The coconut pudding was a lot softer that I thought it would be. They gave me a boba straw but I feel like I could have just used the small straw. It was yummy mixed together with the matcha. Corn matcha: 6.8/10 Tasted like artificial corn flavoring and it was sweet but mixed together with the matcha, it was pretty good. I just have had better corn matcha elsewhere. Popcorn chicken: 8/10 Lol they gave me a huge container for a smallish amount of chicken. The chicken was yummy and the garlic aioli sauce was the star for me.

Cute coffee shop. Nice modern space with kiosk ordering. Combo specials available and we grabbed the banana matcha with the croissant. We had the option for the croissant to be filled, but we decided to get it unfilled. The matcha is on the lighter side. Strip center parking is available Please come and create your own adventure.

I was excited to try this place from social media reels, but unfortunately my experience was so-so. I decided to try their new blueberry oat matcha, but it was too thick and too sweet for me. I tried their viral matcha cream-filled croissant which sounds like a good idea, but the moment you bite into it, the cream spills out from the top of the croissant. It's very messy to eat but tastes good. I also shared a chicken salad and chicken garlic noodles with my husband, and we loved them. Both were filling and the chicken was delicious. Somehow we overspent and our total was about $60 (he also had their truffle fries and a drink). It was awkward inside because the music kept getting cut off, so customers were just waiting for their orders or already sitting and eating in awkward silence in a small space. It's cute and clean inside though.

Came last week. Coffee wasn't too bad. Mine was a little too sweet. But, I got a second order for the wifey and her sister in law that was half sweet. They said it was good and strong. Inside inside small with seating.

All the food and drinks have been consistently good! I loved their Bulgolgi banh mi, the chicken banh mi, chicken salad, garlic noodles, fries, and popcorn chicken!! My go to is either the Banana Matcha or the Lychee Jasmin (lite sweet). If you're someone who doesn't like super sweet fruit tea, then lite is the way to go. I keep my matcha 100% sweet though since it's not too sweet.

They had BOGO salted matcha or salted coffee so big reason I wanted to give it a try. Small quaint place with salad bowls, noodle bowls, drinks, croissants, and banh mi. Everything was decently portioned. The fries were thin and not battered (the truffle was light and the mayo based dip was bomb!) my friend said the bulgogi sandwich was really good. The matcha was ok - i asked for mine half sweetened because usually places are too sweet but surprisingly my half sweetened was pretty bland. Next time I'll for regularly sweetened! My only complaint was that The store ran out of sauce for the sandwich but didn't tell me. It took an extra 15-20 or so for my to go order. They compensated and apologized with croissants (really tasty actually!... i only had the a bit of the filling but friends said it was super good!). If they had told me, I'd just have ordered something else Otherwise, will come back! Fun spot

New boba spot in Santa Ana tucked in a strip mall. Few seating available. Came on a Saturday afternoon and there were good amount of people. Good variety of options for drinks. I'm a sucker for deals so I love how they have combo meals and BOGO deal rn. Got their sea salt matcha and coffee BOGO. Sea salt was good yet the matcha wasn't as strong matcha flavor, the coffee was better between the two Come support new local businesses

Omg YUM!! Was over at my sister's place and wanted to check out a new coffee shop for our Sunday shenanigans. Found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. It's located in a strip mall next to a pet shop (which I love). There was lots of parking available. When you enter, the space is bright and airy. Cool coffee shop vibes. We were greeted by the sweetest server. He was so friendly and helpful with their menu. We planned on doing coffee only but their food selection looked amazing so we had to try it out. We got a pistachio latte, an ube latte and an ube matcha latte!! Yum yum yum! It you like Vietnamese coffee as a base, this place is it! Rich, creamy, strong and delicious! We decided to try the pork belly banh mi. Whoa! It was so good!! The pork had a nice sauce but was still perfectly crisp. The bread was crusty and soft. The only thing I would have wanted was more veggies in the sandwich but overall, one of the best banh mis I've had. I look forward to coming back here and trying more of their drink and menu items! This place is a must try!

Tried for the first time on a Saturday morning. Drinks were good and also tried some of their croissants. They offer croissants stuffed with different flavored creams such as banana, strawberry, matcha , ube and Nutella. Only downside is they're not super friendly. Zero interactions or welcoming vibes. Kinda odd for a new location. What really did it for me, was when I wanted to ask a question about their menu and so I stood at their counter. The guy mumbled something from afar, about I need to go order at their touchscreen kiosk.... So I had to tell him I had a question just so that he could come closer and help me. Thankfully the food and drinks weren't terrible. My personal order was the iced banana matcha latte with oat milk and their ham and cheese croissant. I ordered my drink less sweet and less ice. Was perfect to me. 5/5 This place is very close to home- might come back to try other drinks and also their food menu looks good.

I absolutely loved this place and will be definitely coming back. I had ordered their banana matcha latte, and the one thing that is bothersome about trying new coffee shops for matcha is that drinks are about $6-8 for your standard small cup. However, I feel like you get your money's worth, and the drink is good too. It's open till relatively late and serves food, which I haven't had the chance to try yet. The staff were so nice. The employee had given me extra banana foam on top, which I had really appreciated. There's outlets to get work done too! Great vibes in the place overall and definitely recommend to others.

    BOGO promo - December 2025
    Dean W.

Noticed this new boba tea spot pop up while driving around on Christmas Day, so decided to stop by since I saw they were opened. Apparently they have only been open for a few weeks. Bamboo & Bean is located near the Fairview & Warner - in a strip mall with plenty of parking. At least there was plenty of parking on the day I stopped by. I ordered a Matcha Coffee, easy sweet. There aren't any milk alternatives here - so keep that in mind. Friend ordered the Sea Salt Matcha Latte. There's a BOGO promo right now (I think for the month of December? So it might be out by the time you stop by since it's NYE today) - buy first drink, get second for only $1. Drinks came out pretty quickly. Not sure why my label said "Full sweet" - but the taste wasn't bad at all - it definitely was nowhere as sweet as I've had the similar drink at say, Blkdot Coffee. The coffee here was strong and creamy - very much like you'd find in concentrated Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The matcha was rich and flavorful - the barista shared that they use ceremonial-grade matcha here. Friend enjoyed his Sea Salt Matcha Latte as well. There's a few small bites on the menu - I didn't opt for anything since we had just finished lunch. The noodle dishes looked good, so I'll probably check those out at a future visit. Spacious seating throughout the store, was told there was free wifi - so could be a good spot to study/work if needed - especially considering they have drinks and snacks available.

Okay, even though I did come to a coffee shop, I did end up getting a hojicha latte that was roasty, nutty, and delicious alongside the vanilla notes that they add. Great choice for some of you who don't do so well with caffeine. It's easy to drink, and thoughtfully prepared! I got something a little different. It was a strawberry co-ferment espresso in a cappuccino ratio. You could really taste that strawberry come through, and having it hot and with milk was a perfect choice. Fruity, complex, and funky! Love to see places serving co-ferments. I don't think it's over-played in specialty coffee, and I do appreciate having the option! I mainly wanted to try the black sesame latte and yep it was pretty good! The cream was veryyy nice and creamy. It definitely is very strong coffee because usually when I have extremely strong coffee, I start to sweat and get a headache, so yes they serve very strong coffee here. Don't let the size fool you. Small but mighty. Something you should also sip than chug. Overall, the coffee is good, but feel like it was just a one time try for me. I do enjoy a bigger size cup cause I feel its more worth it, even if the caffeine hit is as worth, I do enjoy more of the volume and it could be less concentrated. I respect it though!
