Well I was asked nicely to write this review and I don't usually write reviews but I liked my service tech and he helped me so I'm returning the favor. I had a serious problem the other day with my personal boiler at my 2nd home. It would not stay on and the house was freezing and like usual on the worst day possible (snow and extremely cold)it decided to stop. I went on google and called around to several companies. Some got back to me but couldn't come out right away. Some said I wasn't a contract customer. Well, 3 Brothers Mechanical said they could come out within the hour, so I said come. During that time I started my sneaky investigation of who I just hired and saw the Yelp reviews and thought OH BOY what did I do? But it is what it is, let's see how it pans out. Well, they came on time in the weather, the tech was fabulous, he seemed like he knew me, he fixed my furnace like he was there before. I received a fair price and a option for a service contract. I purchased the contract and I got heat! So in my eyes, 5/5 stars I gave I guess to each his own. Happy Holidays. read more

SIMPLY MARVELOUS, BEST APPLIANCE REPAIR TECHS EVER! we don't get impressed quite often but this company caught us off guard. We found them on google maps and they were the only one that was willing to come out when we needed them, some even gave us a weeks date. I found that actually ridiculous for a service company, imagine having to wait a week to have someone come and look at our Viking refrigerator. 1 hour they were knocking on my front door. 10mins later and the service tech found the problem, he then gave us the price and we had the choice if we wanted it repaired or not. We agreed and they repaired it within 2hrs. Its working perfect now and I saved thousands. What I'm writing this for is because the senior citizens discount they gave me was such a gift. EXCELLENT SERVICE COMPANY! well folks I now believe the term never believe everything you hear. These guys rating here on Yelp doesn't look good, however now I believe there are false reviews. I needed a HOBART MIXER repaired and they sent a tech out to look at mine, he knew exactly what the problem was and he fixed it right away, he was professional and precise. No problems here. I would believe the good reviews on Google rather than here, I believe there are competition with other companies that do this or possibly people that work for other companies. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES * very satisfying to have chosen this company, hired them for my washing machine and my dehumidifier. They were fast and reliable. Very knowledgeable in the way they diagnosed the problem. Ordered the parts and returned less than 24hrs later. They immediately rescheduled the appointment and returned to complete the repairs. The washer needed new drain pump and the dehumidifier needed new float switch. The price was great, I even looked up the parts online and saw that they didn't rip me off. Signed a service contract and I'm calling them back next week to maintenance my boiler for the winter. read more

FANTASTIC JOB THANK YOU ! I hired these guys because my daughter and her husband used them. These guys are very nice and easy to deal with, I'm an elderly lady that lives alone here in Longport NJ and I'm nervous about hiring contractors because having strangers in my home makes me uneasy that's why I asked my daughter if she knew anyone. They were the ones my daughter used for her refrigerator repair and the outcome was great so I took a shot. As expected it was great. We used this company because our friends used them we didn't read these Reviews at all, our experience was complete opposite of what they said, we're talking extreme opposites, they came out and gave a fair sincere appraisal and then they gave us a price that would be to repair the appliance, they didn't ask for cash at all as a matter of fact they took a credit card AMEX to be exact, they took a deposit and returned 3 days later and completed the job and it's still running I guess everyone has their own opinions read more

FANTASTIC! THIS COMPANY DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEY DO! We called 3 Brothers to come and repair our Fisher Paykel dishwasher, this is double drawer dishwasher that we called all over and no one repaired, we had an emergency because tomorrow is our Labor Day party and we need the dishes done as we do our cooking, these guys came out within the hour and repaired it on site within a hour time. Thank goodness because we can keep going with our preparations. The price was fair and they accepted AMEX. read more

Very pleased with the repair that I got. I needed someone last night because my heater went down. They were the only company that responded to my call at 2am. They came right over and repaired my furnace and barely changed anything compared to what I thought it would be. The other reviews here clearly say the worst about a company but I didn't see this at all. I think they were great. read more

This is the 2nd time we used this company, this time for a heating repair. The technician came and found out that the electrodes for our Beckett oil fired burner was cracked and needed to be replaced, while he was here he gave us a vacuum and tune-up, he changed the nozzle, filter, strainer and he got it running perfect. Your guy Maxwell came and fixed our issue with the boiler and when the second problem occurred he fixed that as well. Excellent service company. They repaired my Wolf range and I had another contractor here before who charged me a service call and then told me they weren't to sure what's wrong because their experience was limited on this type of range(Wolf) 3 BROTHERS fixed it quickly and was very professional about it. read more
