We are so glad we did. Not only did they have a variety of suits, but great customer service as well. We had the honor of having Gus help us out from beginning to end. Gus has a very detail oriented touch and know suits very well. Gus helped my boyfriend pick out the perfect colored suits, dress shirts, ties , and socks for the proper occasion. We ended up getting the great deal they have of three suits for $399. I definitely recommend this place 100 percent. Read the reviews, I was skeptical of coming here. Reviews made the ponytail dude seem sinister. I thought hopefully when I go, he's not there. I walk in, he's the only one there- GEESH!! I was expecting the worst, but was shocked- he really wasn't that bad. If you're expecting a woman to approach you and stroke your ego with embellished flattery, go somewhere else. He's there to sell suits, nothing more, nothing less. He was straight to the point- 'What can I do for you? That's over there, take a look at what we have. Oh you like that, okay well you can wear that with this shirt... this tie...etc. I think it will look nice with this hanky and this shirt." He was pretty plain and straight to the point. He never smiled once, but I didn't need lies and flattery, I needed a damn suit!!! I got a really nice expensive suit for what I was told by friends, a steal of a price. The only complaint I would have is his tailor seemed pricey. Alterations for my jacket sleeves longer and the sides taken in, $60 bucks. So I bought the suit and took it somewhere else for alterations. That's the reason for the four stars. read more

Went in because I needed to buy a new suit for graduation. Gus, is the nicest salesman I've met in a long time. Maybe the rest of you are used to pushy sales guys and I try to avoid them too. Gus greeted me asked the right questions and boom. In about 10 minuets, I'm not kidding, had me in a really nice suit! Had the tailor, Alfredo, come over and measured me and I was done! I couldn't believe it. There were other guys that needed help too, about 5, and everyone was treated with respect and efficiency. I had to stop in here for a black bow tie on my way to an event. Thankfully they had plenty in stock. I was in a rush so I literally opened the package at the counter and started putting the bow tie on. The guy at the counter was very helpful. As others have commented, the gentleman with the ponytail provides terrible customer service. The tailor also does an inconsistent job and I would suggest alterations elsewhere. I bought 2 suits and had them do the alterations and paid another $100 for that. One came out fine, but the other the pants were too tight and clearly altered differently than the other suit. I went back outside of their 30 day return period and the guy and tailor refused to fix their mistake without charging me another $15. They blamed me for not returning sooner when I had went out of my way to shop at their store as I live out of the area. Will NEVER return to this place. They provide good prices on good quality suits so I'm annoyed I have to find another place to buy my suits. read more

She answered all my questions and we decided to go check it out. We stepped in and saw that this place was huge. I mean they had tons of suits, shirts, socks, etc. It was awesome. The lady I spoke with on the phone assisted us. She explained all the current sales and prices. Depending on the suits you can get 3 suits (includes 3 pants, 3 socks, and 3 shirts) for $199!!! Good quality too. Then they have 3 for $299 , $399, and $499. She sized me and had the tailor fit me up. I tried all of them on and she was extremely helpful. The gentleman who was making measurements for alterations was also very helpful and polite. They had me suited up and looking sharp! I had a very displeasurable dealing with this company personally. I bought a new suit two weeks ago for a funeral. The salesman kept walking off during the buying process to help another customer. The suit I wanted did not have a vest for a three piece setup but they charged me just the same as a suit that did. They tailored my pants well measuring me out however they did not bother to measure my top at all. At the funeral, the suit top felt tight at random areas around the chest. Additionally, the arm length retracts back several inches so my long sleeve shirt sticks out looking like a very poorly tailored suit... i.e. they did not tailor it at all to me. When I brought it back to this business the following week and asked to have the top exchanged for an appropriate size, the same salesman did not recognize me and said he couldn't do an exchange or return but they could tailor it. When I explained the issue, be tried to right off the problem as a modern style that displays your watch. Really?!!.. when a suit sleeve retracts back almost two or three inches it is displaying a lot more then just your watch and looks completely not tailored at all. The employee seemed to think he can just eyeball things rather then actually measure my sizing out which is just unacceptable. I told him no, this is a major issue that needs correcting but the salesman just kept pretending in a condescending manner that there was no issue at all. What happened to the concept that the customer is always right and you do what they ask of you? When I finally told him off and said that the suit needs to be corrected and not what he thinks it should be, he got visibly frustrated that I was inconveniencing him shaking his head while the tailor actually measured out my arm length this time. Rather then correcting the problem for work they did not perform or do the first time correctly, they wanted to charge me additional money to get the sleeves extended and could not do it under a week. I left and will go to a proper tailor to complete this work. This experience is highly aggravating since I had to drive down almost an hour in a half from the high desert to get this shoddy treatment and service. I will not return for any further or future business for my suit buying or tailoring needs. To my surprise their suits were all high priced and on top of that all their sales people worked on commission. I was disappointed to say the least and my lesson was to never believe a commercial with a man wearing a bad toupee saying his prices can't be beat. I must admit I was a bit weary to go to 3-day brokers after reading some of the negative Yelp comments; but Im sure glad I did because I saved a ton of money on two great looking suits and 3 ties. I can't believe I used to waste all of my money buying their suits in the past. After listening to about a million commercials for 3 Day Suit Brokers, I decided to drop by my local store. Located just off of Mountain Avenue, just south of the 10 Freeway, it was an easy pit stop to make after a meeting. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and selection that they had, so much so, that I ended up buying 2 suits for about the price of a single suit over at Nordstroms. They have a number of racks to choose from: a set where you can get 2 suits for $300, and their more expensive rack, where suits range from $250 on up, which is where they keep their higher quality stuff. I opted for the higher priced suits. Not only that, I bought the suits on Friday, and they are going to have them done on Sunday!! How cool is that?!! **Just so you know, the price of the suits DON'T include any alterations, but the fees they charge to have them done are very reasonable. read more

They were right! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Manager, Guss, and his staff are improperly trained, rude, unorganized, and argues with customers, especially Guss! They misdirected me and as result they were unable to find my suit. When they finally found it Guss argued with me and insisted that it was my fault. When i tried to explain, Guss wouldn't listen and began to say racial slurs under his breath. Unfortunately I had no choice but to buy the suit since it was where the Bride & Groom were registered and I was in the wedding party. I will NEVER come back to this place. This place is cheap, and it shows on the quality of their suits and customer service. Go elsewhere, its worth paying a few more dollars. Trust me! read more

3 day suit broker!? It took them 7 days to get me my suit! So the staff here is relatively nice but it doesn't seem they know exactly what they're doing. Not only was my suit tailored incorrectly (which caused 2 return trips where the tailor was rather rude) but two other people from our wedding party had poorly fitted/tailored suits (which also weren't done in 3 days). One of which the jacket was tailored WAY to small and now he's stuck with a suit that doesn't fit! And to make matters worse, they gave a member of the wedding party the wrong color suit which ended up being the same color as the groom! They ruined the wedding pictures! I'd steer clear of this place unless you have the time to babysit them and micro-manage the whole process. Also, my friend is currently trying to find a resolution to them giving a member of the wedding party the same color suit as the grooms and all they are saying is they will give him 20% of on another suit (they also suggested as a resolution that the groomsman should have not been in the pictures)! Went to this location two weeks ago and bought suits. Great sales staff and satisfied with suits. However, I had a problem with tailoring. Picked up some of my order the same weekend I bought and all was perfect. Went back for remainder following Saturday and found out today when I pulled a suit of the bag to wear, nothing had been done. I assumed since the first set was fine there was no need to try on the second group at the store. I was wrong and now must return to get my remaining suits fixed. Being a big guy, it's not always easy finding a suit at most places. It can be a real hassle finding not only something that looks good but feels good as well and in a timely manner. A few weeks ago, I was shopping for a suit for my cousin's wedding and time was running out. Their lovely sales associate, Affa, was quick in helping find the suit that I wanted. She knew exactly what my size was going to be and she was right on the money! She found a suit my size, the color I had wanted and she help me find a low-priced one at that and she helped me find a shirt and tie to complete the suit! The store itself has a wide variety of suits with decent prices. Also, they had the AC running and it was nice to cool down during the heat wave.
