I took my son in for a new suit. He wears a bigger size so I was not sure he could be fitted properly,but they do have larger sizes. Our salesperson was new there but he was really great. He took time and we walked out with a complete new outfit including shoes, shirt, belt and tie. Pricing was excellent and they have a huge selection. Awesome place to shop for a suit. My son and I needed suits for a wedding. They had a good selection but the sales staff was miserable. You can really tell they hate their job. We were given shirts and were told they were the correct size and that we didn't need to try them on. The shirts did not fit and when I return to exchange them he was very rude and acted like it was our fault. Then charged me $20 to exchange the two shirts. Ended up going to Northridge Suite outlet, they worked with me and my budget. This guy seemed annoyed showed me 1 suite option and when asked for other options or price ranges, Took the suite and said he doesn't have anything for me and walked away. Never been treated like that, I know it's not a high end suite place but basic customer service should still be expected. Went to Northridge suite outlet, they were very friendly, they showed a few options from different price ranges. Avoid this place would never buy from here. read more

Karim at 3 Day Suit Broker is extremely helpful. I came in for a pair of trousers. I was in a pinch, headed for a wedding on the same day. I realized they didn't sell pre-hemmed pants, and I was about to leave, Karim really helped me out. I selected the trousers, got my measurement handled, and within 20 min they were ready. I would never expect same day service like that, but Karim got it handled. I also bought a blue blazer, a white shirt and a belt while I was waiting. The prices were very reasonable. This is the only game in town when it comes to suit and accessories. So naturally the guy running the place thinks he's a god among us mortals. Truth is hes as useless as a screendoor on a submarine. I only got a suit here because I was pressed for time and I needed suit for a funeral. There is no help from the God-manager and every cut of suit is mixed in, only separated by size and even thats a crapshoot. They never restock anything and it's all filled with no-name, random crappy inventory that sits there for an eternity. Every question asked gets a one word reply, two if youre lucky. I asked how much shoes that were on display cost and he told me to check the box, oh over there where? Oh the 50 shoe boxes, across the store?? The guy running it is a total jerk who I can only surmise has no meaningful relationships in life. Hes a pompous, arrogant and miserable man. I'm never going here again and neither should you. Walked in to get a suit and get it tailored. The employee treated us like shit, ignored us and then snarled at us when we asked for help. He guessed my size based on eyeing me (incorrectly) and then basically told me to figure it out. My fiance found a suit she liked for me, but I refused. I'm not gonna do a huge song and dance for the right to be a customer without being treated like an asshole. Not giving this business a penny when I feel that level of hostility. Walked in here obviously looking to purchase a suit. My normal suit is delayed in New York, so I was looking for something quick. I stood in the store for 30-35 minutes and not one salesperson approached me to see if I needed any help of any kind. Isn't that your job as a salesperson? To solicit sales? I spent my last 10 minutes standing at the front so I could be clearly visible, still nothing. So I left, plenty of suit stores around who would be more than happy to close a sale. Anyways, don't give establishments your business if they don't care when you walk through the front door people. It's not worth it. Moving on. read more

I came here to buy my suit for my wedding with my family and fiance. I wasn't helped or given any attention when I walked in despite entering with a big group. My father had to go find someone to help us. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped us but he was incredibly rude. He didn't try to help in anyway beyond telling me what size jacket to wear, but he didn't even measure me. When I asked him for a dress shirt to try on under the jacket he treated me and my fiance like we were idiots for asking and then told us where we could find a shirt to try in with it. After that, I tried on a jacket that had a satin lapel. My fiance asked to if there were pants that matched and again he acted like we were stupid for asking, telling us that "nobody makes pants out of that!" In response we asked if he could help us find pants that would match and he told us to look for ourselves. He then proceeded to tell my fiance, who had simply and politely asked if he could help us (that's his job), that she was giving him attitude. I always feel that I get the same service as some CEO looking to spend large sums of cash. The recommendations are always on point.
