They didn't show at our scheduled time of 8am! But they found a crew that showed up two hours after our scheduled time and credited us $200 (after some back and forth). Those guys did an excellent job, worked hard, and carefully and very thoughtful for both the packing and moving part. They moved us into a POD and had to repack it several times (my fault) but we're very patient with me. I would recommend the crew, but not the company. Wow! Marco and crew were amazing. They showed up a few mins before 7am and got right down to business. We did a quick walk thru and they started moving. Moving is not fun, moving from a two story home even less fun. But they made it seem easy handling a huge armoire and washer and dryer (and everything else) down a switchback staircase. Super fast, efficient, all belongings wrapped. Zero dings. Thankfully my new home is one story. They were very attentive placing everything right where I wanted. My parents recently moved from Dallas to Austin, and we used 3 Men Movers. They were prompt, responsive, and helpful when setting up the move. The best part was the move itself. These guys were very careful to wrap and protect the furniture, and also while moving things into the house. They put down floor covers to protect the floor as they came in and out with boxes and furniture, and they were efficient, fast, and professional. They worked hard and stayed on task and on schedule. A special shout-out to Alam, who led the team: he is the sweetest guy, and was very patient when asked to move items to a different room a few times. I cannot stress enough how much I would avoid 3 men movers in Austin. I feel like crying I get so upset when I think about this move. No mattress protectors, no floor coverings, no booties, no gloves, no consideration or respect for our things or our space. They used my Dyson air filter machine as a DOOR STOP obviously they eventually knocked it over and it's broken. They showed up with 3 boys smaller than 5'9, super small skinny guys, they struggled to move even the most basic household items. A 2 bedroom move .5 miles down the road took 13 - THIRTEEN - hours. 3 men movers from Houston was incredible and they moved me from a Houston 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom to Austin in 12 hours (including the 3 hour drive!!!). 3 men movers in Houston was awesome, the women packers, the men movers, but here in Austin I would recommend avoiding at all costs. Boxes were carried upside down, boxes were dropped, I still can't get over the fact that they failed to protect our mattresses - the items were now supposed to sleep on everyday. They didn't use the TV boxes, they ate my food and left the trash around the house. I really cannot stress the horribleness of this move enough. Christian was kind but he was also the only one large enough to be a mover and the only one that could communicate in English. Avoid at all costs. $3000 move, $1500 pack - I would've paid double for a professional service to get it done in half the time with all my things clean and intact. read more

We moved into basically a construction site and they handled it very well, even backing the moving van down a hilly road ticket to our house on a rural property! Total pros. I have used 3 Men Movers for several moves over the years and they are always on time and professional, and Cristian and his crew maintained that high standard I expect from 3MM. They are so fast; if I did a time lapse it would only be a few seconds. They showed up, looked things over, got to work and I turned around and two rooms were already on the truck. I would have still be on box number 6 in the same hour it took them to load (going down stairs) four rooms. I can't recommend them enough. They should have a rating system past 10... 15 for Exceptional, Amazing, Completely Awesome. They wrap everything, they move everything with great care, and I don't know how they maintain that level of cardio. Their work ethic is outstanding. read more

We booked 3 Men Movers weeks in advance for a move to begin in the morning. They called us on 6:30 pm the day before our move to tell us they couldn't actually show up in the morning. Luis and his crew were fantastic to work with, they arrived on time and were incredibly fast workers. The entire crew was careful with my items and were able to complete a 1 bedroom + office POD unload on the 3rd floor in just under two hours. The team was also able to put my bed into a loft space and helped with assembly during that time period. Communications with Luis and other members of the company was clear and direct, and the estimate on timing was very accurate. The pricing for the move was very reasonable, especially considering how quick the team was and the amount of work it took to move everything up two flights of stairs.
