Tito's crew were absolutely so professional, timely, protected all of our furniture well with blankets and plastic wrap, protected our wood floors, communicated VERY well about our wishes, wore masks, and overall were just the best. There was nothing they couldn't or wouldn't do. We were still packing as they started moving furniture and they were happy to keep adding more boxes to the truck. Wow. I am blown away by Juan Lopez and his team! Moving is the worst, and they made ours better. They were reasonably priced, SO pleasant to work with, and freakin fast! I would turn around and another room would be empty. Did I mention I am into very large, heavy (got to be authentic, right?) furniture and I also lived in a three story town home? Not a problem for these guys. They could eyeball the size/weight of my 300 pound armoire and tell how many times they needed to turn it to get down my windy stairs. And they did, quickly. I haven't been so impressed and pleasantly surprised in a while. Getting out of our house was honestly way easier than expected. Who says that about a move?! My situation was a little more complicated in that I was asking the company to pack and move my stuff into their truck, store it for one month, and then move my stuff from Houston to Dallas. My work company was paying for the move so the first complication arose when there were several miscommunications with the representative at 3 Men Movers regarding how they would be charging the expenses as 3 Men Movers had agreed to charging all the expenses directly to my work company. When the packers came, that information was NOT communicated and because it was a Saturday they had no way of contacting their bosses and so I had to directly pay with my credit card. Despite telling 3MM about this situation, the movers came the following day and again were very confused about charging it to my work company's account. Again I paid with my own credit card when I shouldn't have. After the stuff was placed in the truck, we confirmed with 3MM that our stuff would be safe in their truck and once it was time to move to Dallas they would drive that truck up to Dallas. We get a call on the day they were supposed to drive up telling us that they can't open up the truck because we have the keys to the lock (which we did because they gave it to us) and that they had to break the lock for a $25 charge. Again we had to make a separate call to their bosses in which the charge was waived. However, that lack of communication with us was frustrating because did they expect us to be in Houston to give them the keys on the day they were driving the truck up? That makes no sense because we told them specifically when we first hired them that we were traveling abroad and flying back to Dallas, not to Houston. Finally, my last complaint is about the packers: they did not pack some of my stuff as diligently as I would have expected. An opened bag of detergent was carelessly thrown into my bathroom toiletries and after unpacking the box, the detergent was all over my make up and bathroom supplies. Overall, 3MM got the job done as any professional moving company bound to a contract should. However for the price charged, the inconveniences and frustration that we encountered, and the poor packing job were not worth it and will make me look elsewhere for my next move. read more

We moved June 7, 2023. I might have written a review around then and it seemed that they did a great job. It took weeks to unpack all the boxes! When we were done we realized we were missing 9 Waterford crystal glasses The company told me to fill out a claim form. The form was for damages, not for LOST items. They also had me submit a letter explaining the whole situation. When all was said and done they offered me $75 for $900 worth of missing items They said to file a police report, which I will do. They assigned me a driver for a long distances move . He contacted me and said he would be here at 7AM we were up and ready ! 7:30 no show !!! I called the driver he was reassigned but no one called me !!!!! Now waiting on a crew to show up at 9:30 as the find a crew !!! who is stuck !! I waited more than a week to make this post hoping to have found my diamond bracelet. On the initial phone call, it was mentioned that everything in drawers/cabinets must be removed otherwise the movers will not move the furniture. It was also said that they do not move jewelry. When the 3 men arrived, it was mentioned again that any piece of furniture with items in it will not be moved. I was alone during the move in the morning and everything seemed to be going smoothly. Although it was 3 men, I only ever remember interacting with 2. After the move, I realized I had forgotten to take things out of my bed side table. There were a glass vitamin jar, 2 books, and 2 pouches of jewelry. (Which they still moved) One of them was a Tiffany and Co. pouch. It was a diamond bracelet I had just fixed a few days before the move and forgot to clear out from the drawer. The pouch was still there but not the bracelet. I called customer service to let them know, the lady said she's going to ask the men who had moved for me. Literally 1 minute later, she calls back and says no one has the bracelet and asked for me to file a police claim. I have not filed a claim yet because I know I'm never going to get it back. I've used 3 men movers 3 times. All 3 were great experiences! Nice people, asked where we wanted furniture placed, wrapped up nicely so no damages. They were very customer friendly and despite my latest move (my mom gifted us some furniture) which was not much furniture they still treated us like a full house move. I have to stress this. **I HAVE NOT HAD A MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY** My experience is from getting an online quote. We are closing on our new home on 2/19/2019 and will need the help of movers. I decided to go online to get quotes from different companies to compare. I put my move information in and my email address and HOME phone number because I did NOT want anyone calling me on my cell phone about the quote. If your online quote is a good price I will choose you. I don't need for you to call and harass me. So I put the information in got the quote (which was decent) decided I would wait before I booked. Not five minutes pass and someone from this company called my CELL number. How did you get my cell number?!?! I purposely did not give my cell number!! I was going to talk with my wife and book, but this sale tactic of looking up peoples information that was NOT given to them rubbed us both the wrong way. So we are still looking. read more

Stay far far away. 3 Men Movers was recommended to me by family and coworkers so I took a chance. I completely regret my decision. Monday, August 6th. To start I received a call the day before my move letting me know that the crew was on their way and would be at my residence within the hour. I informed my crew leader that I my move was not till the next day but he told me it was on the schedule for today. I started scrambling to get things ready for their arrival when I received another phone call stating that the crew leader screwed up and my move was indeed scheduled for the next day. Not to big a deal at this point as I only had a small amount of stuff staged for the move. Tuesday, August 7th. Moving day arrived and this time I did not get a call from the crew leader and no one showed up either. I called 3 Men Movers to find out my crew would be running behind and I should be hearing from them soon. I received a call from the crew leader stating that they were waiting on one member and would be there in about 30 minutes. Time went by and 45 minutes later still no crew. I called back and they informed me that the crew was still short a person and I could take a 2 man crew and they would lower the hourly rate. Already frustrated I agreed just so we could get the move started. Another hour went by and still no crew was at my front door. Finally over 2 hours late they finally showed up. The move started out well but when we got the new residence they put a huge scratch in my front door. In addition the master bedroom furniture was completely tore up. I immediately started the claims process with 3 Men Movers and they assured me they would make things right. Friday, November 2nd. Now going into month 3 and we still have not gotten the claim finalized. 3 Men Movers did have a furniture repair company come and repair the master bedroom furniture but the front door was deemed beyond repair. 3 Men Movers is now trying to pay me pennies on the dollar for the front door because their insurance will not cover a front door replacement. read more

Great move, we had 3 Men Movers pack our belongings, Ashley's crew came a day before our move . They are rock stars! They were extremely carful to protect our dishes and glass wear as well as other belongings. That cut through our house like a hot knife through butter. All boxes were labeled so when they arrived at our new location, we knew exactly where to place them. Did not miss a single item. On moving day we had two trucks and 6 crew members, since the packing was done and staged, the boxes and furniture were quickly loaded and by mid afternoon they had delivered all to our new location. Both the packing crew and the moving crew were very professional, communicated with us and every box and piece of furniture was placed exactly wear we wanted it. Two thumbs ups! We used Lenning and his crew to help with a move from Freeport to the Cleveland area. They showed up on time, loaded up everything very quickly, and then unloaded very quickly. Saw H-Town movers yesterday in the heights moving someone else and they answered our call this morning to schedule a move for tomorrow. H-Town movers has better rates($120/hour on a Thursday move plus $50 trip charge) and customer service than 3 Men movers. Ridiculous they canceled my move twice but increased the hourly rate each time. They're asking me to be flexible while they hike up their profit... price gouging at its finest! read more

Do not ever hire these guys. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Hired them on my only day off to move. They were late showing up. When they did come I showed them what I wanted moved, including my two pianos, which I had told them when I set up the move. The guy was in my house for two min. Walked out and got in his truck. He then drove off. Not a word to me. I called the company and they said the driver claimed I asked him to pack boxes. And that things weren't ready to be moved. This was a straight up LIE! These guys were great. Not only were the prices very reasonable (my main concern), but they were also on time, and VERY fast at what they do. Fast but not clumsy-- they took their time wrapping furniture in plastic, loading boxes, etc... and were able to empty my old apartment in 30 minutes or less. They had me moved out of my Kingwood apartment into the Heights in less than 2 hours (the drive alone was nearly an hour). They put my furniture back together + asked where everything should go + nothing broken. I was happy. I wasn't sure what to expect with the price I was quoted. They were suppose to be at my apartment by 8am however I knew with traffic they might take longer to arrive. Sure enough, I got a courtesy call from Raul letting me know he might be late because he was stuck on 290 traffic. If your from Houston you know 290 is a disaster. They arrived shortly after 8am, Raul went through the obvious and read all of his terms and conditions and I signed and off they went. They were efficient and extremely careful with my things, asking me questions in regards of my personal belongings. Long story short within 2 hours they had my 2 bedroom apartment literally inside my storage facility, which by the way was in the 3rd floor, squared Away. I even asked them if they were sure that was all of my things when going up the elevator because of how fast they moved everything. So yes, all in all I was extremely happy with Raul and his crew... Instead of spending all day to move your things, with a quickness they had everything packaged up and done within two hours. My brother is even moving soon and I told him to get the crew that helped me. He called and that very same day got them to come and help him move as well. I would highly recommend Jose and his crew. I had to move out of a small apartment the week before Christmas after weeks of traveling for work, and needless to say I was stressed out. The day of the move, the team got there a few minutes earlier than initially quoted, quickly wrapped up my furniture and carried off my boxes in maybe 20 -25 min. They even dismounted my TV which I was dreading doing myself. We hired 3 Men Movers to move from our house to our newly purchased condo. Alicia and her crew did a great job packing our belongings. Rene and his crew did a good job carefully moving my mother's nearly 80 year-old piano and some heavy furniture from upstairs. Unfortunately, on Friday evening, I discovered that 8 large boxes and an ironing board were not moved out of our master bedroom closet. We were supposed to be out of our house by midnight but got permission to stay until the next morning. When I called 3 Men Movers to ask what they were willing to do to help us, I was told that I would have to book a new move at $175/hr. (2 hr. minimum) and pay another $81 trip charge on top of the $812 for packing and $1401 I had already paid them. The only thing I was offered was a $30 discount on the trip charge. My partner (who is a heart patient) had to stay up all night and make several trips to get the boxes out of the house. Even though I emailed 3 Men Movers and asked for someone to contact me, no one has bothered reaching out to me. I am extremely disappointed in the poor customer service that has been provided to me. The movers were very nice, however, I have moved 6 times in the last 20 years using different companies each time as most were corporate moves. I have never had so many pieces of furniture damaged as with this company. Nicks, scratches, and a huge chunk of wood out of the leg of a $1200 Ethan Allen loveseat for which I was reimbursed a whopping $60. I requested someone to be sent out to repair the furniture and was told they don't have anyone in San Antonio.
