I have to take back a former review. I have on a few occasions went to the Daniels Pky location and found the portion poor. I've been to the College Pky location a few times recently and my burrito bowls were well prepared and the value met my expectations. I guess it depends on on which employee you deal with. read more

Think of Chipotle, but with higher quality ingredients, more sauces, and a tad pricier. I really enjoyed my visit and my burrito. The staff was friendly and the portion was large. The staff went above and beyond to help my family and I find the best option for each of us. They let us sample multiple items to help us choose. They also offer a complementary side of chips with all orders. The sauce selection was very extensive, the avocado ranch and 3 pepper hot sauce (smoky, not hot or spicy) were out of this world! The spicy chicken and the pork carnitas with Asian sauce were both incredible! The "spicy" was not spicy at all, just tasted like it was properly seasoned to taste authentically Mexican. Save your money! We tried this for the first time on Cinco de Mayo and it was awful! We ordered online and by the time we got home, the food was ice cold. My son liked his taco but he's 7. The burritos were bland and mostly rice. I couldn't even tell what kind of meat was in mine, all rice! We called to complain and the manager on duty questioned why it took so long for us to call. We had called early to complain that items were missing and about the food but they were crazy busy. This place had a taco kit which I ordered. It's like a $40 kit for which I got shells and chips and salsa. Forgot the 2 meats, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes. I even asked them before I left if everything was in there and he says yes everything but the sour cream and went and got it. Drive 15 mins home to find out we had no food. Hungry kid and wife weren't happy. I call back and guys says "you should have asked if everything was in there?" I was furious and insulted. Then he says I can drive back and get the 3/4 of the order they forgot. I said no I'm good. I'll go to Moes or chipotle.. the value of my lifetime business as a burrito guy is significant. I have never made a restaurant review before but this experience was so awful I had to say something. Not only was the service horrible but the chicken was raw and soggy looking. My food was left to burn on the grill while the staff all went to the back for 10+ minutes. I chose to not even eat the food after I got it in fear of most likely getting food poisoning from the smell of the chicken alone. Honestly wish I could report this location to the FDA as a health code violation. Will 100% never be dining here again. read more
