I went to this Chili's in Fort Myers to meet a group of friends for lunch. We all shared the salsa, guacamole, and chips. Food was good but was really upset! The service was overall okay but as a server myself it is protocol to let your customers know if there's an upcharge on anything they are ordering. Not to mention $1 per 2 ounce of sour cream is pretty outrageous! But this is what happens when you go to big chains. I'll choose to keep the server to myself but next time let's tell our customer when you're going to charge them $5 for sour cream! read more

The burger was prepared perfectly and the toppings were crisp and fresh. French fries were seasoned and crispy so good. The Coca Cola was so refreshing. Was an ok lunch, they got busy and the staff quickly got into the weeds. The manager just stood around with his ear piece in looking around as if he was going to jump in somewhere. The bartender had plenty of time though, enough to check emails and text as not to get behind in his own world. Food was hot and as advertised. read more

Yet another chain resturant. One of my favorites though. But they have changed it up a little (not for the better), since i was last here. We weren't brought (or offered) any chips and salsa when we were first seated/greeted. After a few minutes I asked about the chips and was told that they were not free (unless you're a member). I dug through my phone, and Yes, I was a member. The food was good, and the service was average. Best food experience at a Chilis ever. Got my normal meal of their chicken crispers. Normally I have to complain at other Chilis when they bring me a plate of what is best described chicken nuggets and only 4 or 5 at that. And with a tiny soggy piece of corn on the cob. This time is the first time EVER I had to ask for a box. Plenty of the crispers. A whole ear of corn. Plenty of fries and a appetizer of their chili which was the best restaurant chili I have ever had. The down side being my waiter was nowhere to be found when I needed a refill or the check. But with the Covid staffing issues I can overlook that. Tried using their pay at the table device but had no luck. Had to flag down who I think was the bartender to pay my bill. He was hussling his butt off. Seemed to be picking up the slack of the other wait staff. Not sure what his name was but he was a big guy calling everyone boss. I hope he got the tip I left. Haven't been to Chilis in years but thought we'd try again because of the 3 for me sale. We sat at the bar because in most restaurants the service is better. Not at Chilis. Maybe not her fault but the person working the bar was also waiting on tables in the bar area. I would have been miserable also. They should have had a bartender and server. It took unusually long just to get noticed at the bar. Then waited forever to place our order. The order took forever. We were there between 1:00pm and 1:30pm on 9/25/23. Did not see a manager anywhere checking on service. Would have been a more pleasant experience if bartender/server was more pleasant. I'm sure she was stressed even though they weren't that busy. I think tonight was by far my worst experience at this chilis every other time has been amazing and i can say that with my eyes closed. It started off by me calling and trying to join wait line because the app says when its a big party you have to call it in so i did and host turned me away over the phone honestly CJ who is a host there is a better host than her,her speaking tone was not it. When ordering drinks i went ahead and placed my daughters food first as it was packed and knew they'd probably be a while waiter didnt let me place my food in with my daughter as he was not expecting that and was only placing in the drinks and appetizers. When my daughters food came it didnt even come with the right side. I ordered a three for me and it usually comes with an appetizer i let the waiter know what i wanted and it never came. They said "they don't make it that way anymore" when asked. So take it off the menu or change the menu! I mean it's flagged as one of their signature menu items after all! We hadn't been to Chili's in years and thought we would revisit it. My mother ordered soup and salad. The salad was fine, but the chili was old and extremely thick. It was almost glue-like and tasted a bit sour. She slept it aside, choosing not to send it back because of the length of time it took our order to arrive in the first place. The place was busy and a bit chaotic. This morning she mentioned that her stomach had not been right all night long, which she attributed to the chili. Our server, although very nice, had hair that, for health purposes, should have been contained. A hair style like hers would have been acceptable to have at any place other than a food establishment. Management needs to pay attention to this. All in all, we won't go back. read more

The worst Chili's I've ever been to in my life and this has been a bad experience the three times I've been. I drank a platinum presidente margarita and it didn't taste like normal. 15 minutes later I threw it up in the bathroom. After having serious issues with doordash (the WORST online delivery service) both Kim and Katie were kind and compassionate while helping me with figuring out what went wrong and getting my order replaced in a timely manner. Very happy ! First time eating here and we did curb side pick up yestyerday evening and orders the brisket quesadilla and the cheesy chicken pasty and the complimentary drink and a small kid sized strawberry lemonade. We arrived a few minutes before our order was even ready and very sweet girl was already out there and asked for ours and came right back out with it. She was very polite and our food was super hot snd fresh. The drinks were fully filled and cooled with ice. We got home and we're happily surprised with the amount of food they had for their plates. We decided to return to this Chili's for lunch today, and WOW, were we pleasantly surprised. After a couple not so good experiences at this location, I was seriously impressed by my most recent meal. I ordered the lunch cheeseburger with a side salad. The food was ready about 5 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was perfect considering that we were quite hungry. The burger was hot, fresh, and delicious. The fries were also cooked perfectly. The salad was better this time, although there's not too much else to say about it. The packaging was on point and the the worker who helped us was cheerful and friendly. Chili's really impressed me this time, and they certainly made a customer of me once again! read more
