First time at 3 Restaurant. The serving sizes were huge and 3 out of 7 of had take home boxes. I gad Chicken Parm and it was delicious, large and thinner, but tasted great. The server was nice, could have been a little more attentive to refilling drinks. Prices are post Covid expensive. But so is everywhere else. Everyone enjoyed it and would go back. read more

Ordered Togo this Saturday night. Website said 30 min until ready. 12 minutes later I got a text saying it was ready. Great. So now it'll be 15 min colder when I arrive. Got in my car and headed out. When I arrived hostess checked in closet and said it was NOT ready. I let her know I got a text saying it was ready and she assured me it'll be a few more. Hmmm. After another 10 min I asked her to check again and she went to the kitchen and came back empty handed. Double hmmmm. Then went back into the closet and came out with it. Guess she missed it the first time. Didn't apologize for missing it or anything. Wonderful. So now the hot food was EXTRA cold and the tuna tartare in the order was extra warm. Very disappointed AGAIN. We had several really good dining experiences and left positive 5 star reviews, but the last Two prior times we went there over the last year, always something off or out of specials ... decided to give them a third chance, FAIL. Slow service this time, never got our salad, didn't see our server for over 20 minutes after asking another server to track her down. Food never delivered, the food that did come ended up being cold. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Three strikes and you are out. A real shame, used to love "Sky" that was owned by them, always good food and service and they closed it down. read more

I'm from Manhattan and I moved temporarily to Franklin to live with family so I thought I would never find good food especially having a wheat allergy. 3 restaurant is AMAZING! It would do very well even in midtown. I'm really happy with the service and quality. The Mediterranean haddock was amazing good and the gluten free bread tasted like real bread. Recently visited 3 and dined outside at a bistro table in their beautiful patio space. But that was about all the good they had going for them. There menu is quite frankly lame given the prices and "upscale" branding. Started off with Buffalo Cauliflower which was very tasty but portion for the cost was a disappointment. I then ordered one of their signature cocktails which stated it was made with Jim beam whiskey. The server asked which type of rum I would like with it. I don't think he understands how the cocktails are made. Then we ordered our entrees, a burger with fries and fish tacos. The server asked if we would like the FISH tacos made with chicken or shrimp. I literally couldn't make this up !! We asked to clarify that the FISH tacos aren't made with FISH and he doubled down stating they do chicken or shrimp. We decided that wasn't for us and ordered a salmon burger instead. The burgers were forgetful. Over cooked, not juicy, not well seasoned. And the fries, they were so dried out they tasted like veggie straws. This was the second time we've dined in and also ordered take out once. If we didn't have a gift card I wouldn't go back. What an incredible dining experience! Our server, Nina went above and beyond! She learned it was a special occasion we were celebrating and even took the time to learn our names at the table and make us all feel like family. The atmosphere of the restaurant was stunning and the food did not disappoint. It was all devoured before photos could be taken, but we enjoyed the chips and dip, thai chicken skewers and Italian eggrolls for apps - wow. The Thai chicken skewers were a table favorite but they were all 5/5. The eggrolls were a big appetizer though, so they're great to share but can be filling. A few different main courses were eaten around the table, all with great reviews; I had the harvest salad. It was perfect and light. The pears were super interesting too!! Terrible experience with being rushed out - despite only being there for 60 minutes and spending over 200 dollars. Followed up with manager. He was so apologetic. Insisted on sending a gift card as an apology. Guess what? No gift card. Was telling my daughter about this and guess what - same issue. She did not bother to follow up with manager My suggestion is to read the reviews and make sure you don't dawdle over an hour. read more

We encountered less than professional attitude from the staff behind the bar. Never acceptable.. My friend and I grown, sophisticated adults. Voicing my great disappointment in staff the next day, a friend said she too will never be back due to the attitude and service received in past year. Ordered through door dash and got a Caesar salad and steak tips. Tips are always good, the Caesar however was reaallllyyy small for $12.00. I was thinking my fiancé and I could split the two and make a full meal but the salad was really for like one person as a small app. Kind of disappointing for such a high price. read more

In the past we've had problems with management but decided to give 3 another try tonight. It was a busy Friday night, with a two-table crew from a local marble company partying obnoxiously loud as if they were at a club in Boston instead of a nice local restaurant. The serving staff were all AMAZING in trying to navigate a difficult situation that was clearly irritating practically everyone at the restaurant. Our server, Crystal, was particularly fantastic and made a potentially really uncomfortable meal actually feel fun. It takes a special kind of person to be able to elevate a situation like that and we were lucky to have a table with her tonight! Food was also amazing, we had the haddock and stuffed veal cutlet, which I've enjoyed since 3 first opened. It was great to be back there, and we'll go back again soon. I'll update to 5 stars if we're not rushed out... hopefully management has learned how not to do that, and apart from some rowdy atmosphere, we didn't feel any rushing or anxiety this time around. read more

My wife and I went out to eat here this past weekend. She is soon expecting with our first child and I wanted to take her out somewhere nice for Mother's Day. I've driven by this spot multiple times and decided to make a reservation through their website, It was very easy. Upon arriving I noticed they had a huge parking lot. I was kinda surprised they could fit that many people inside. After going inside I could see how big the space really was and we didn't even see upstairs. It was classy inside. There was no wait for our table and our waiter was assisting us instantly. I am an avid Sheryl temple drinker and could start my own blog on just Sheryl temples from different locations. When I say extra grenadine and extra cherries that's what I want. And sure enough it was made great! We ordered the nacho platter for an appetizer and it was also great! The chips were very crunchy and the toppings were delicious! I ordered their Rib Eye special and my wife ordered the Spring Vegetable Primavera. Not to long after finishing our appetizer our entrees arrived. The presentation was exquisite. My Rib Eye looked very appetizing, the asparagus and baked potato where tucked under the big honking rib eye and it was all smothered with a buttery; creamy sauce. My wife primavera also was very appealing to the eye, topped with some mixed greens and littered with vegetables. Now I haven't had rib eye much but this steak some of the best I've had! The fat just melted with every bite! And the sauce was so good! My wife loved her meal as well! The overall experience was amazing and though it did come to about $125 after tip it was well worth it, not only because it was my wife's first Mother's Day but the food and service where exceptional! We'll definitely be back! 10/10 would recommend. I also added a picture of the menu because when looking this restaurant up on here the menus were all over the place and didn't match what they had when we went. read more

3 restaurant has become more of a nightclub that serves food than a formal family restaurant. My last few times there, the lighting is poor, extremely dark. The music is loud, and the ambiance is more of a nightclub or bar. My wife and I were at a small table and had trouble understanding what eachother was saying. We had two tables near us full of people screaming and laughing loudly, like some kind of bachelorette party. Plus the service was slow and inattentive. The food was just average and the drinks took forever to get to us. 3 used to be the "go to" place for a good restaurant nearby, but I think now it's become the "only if there's nothing else". The outdoor bar and patio area in the parking lot is nice in the summer though. read more

I just held a memorial service at 3 Restaurant (on fairly short notice) -- They were so incredibly helpful! The room was lovely, the food was excellent, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and generally fabulous! I highly recommend 3 for an event. While I'm sure they'll do a great job with a rehearsal dinner or baby shower, I was so impressed by how they simplified my life at a difficult time. read more

This place is huge and nicely appointed with a large beer garden type outdoor space out back. I had the eggplant rollatini which was flavorful and light just like I wanted. The Chicken Milanese was a huge crisp fresh chicken breast that was well seasoned with grated Parmesan in the crust. The lobster ravioli was perfectly decadent. The vibe is chic. We sat outside and they offer "lounge" or table seating. The lounge option is low chairs around fire pits so not really conducive to having a meal. The service was sub par. It took 8-10 min for someone to come to our table. He took our drink order and then came back 10 minutes later bc he couldn't remember what my date ordered. When we did get them, the drinks were delish (raspberry mojito and peach bourbon lemonade), so kudos to the bartender. My date's food (pesto gnocchi special) was delicious but mine (shrimp scampi ravioli) was overcooked. There were 7-8 good size ravioli but the pasta was mushy. We were looking for Parmesan cheese but our waiter didn't return until we were done. Moral of the story....chill place to get drinks but wouldn't necessarily recommend dinner (at least outside) read more

This is a chic restaurant with ample parking (and a weird location for the entrance... it's around the back). The staff were professional and incredibly prompt. the menu was fairly sophisticated and priced accordingly. I had the Butternut Squash Ravioli which was good, but it felt like more of a soup than an actual meal. I regret not pairing it with a bread. I'm hopeful to try this establishment again. they definitely have potential and hope they continue to thrive in the years to come. read more

I stopped here for a very late lunch while at a hotel a few miles away. There wasn't much open at the time, but the reviews here were good enough to give it a shot. I sat at the bar with the only two other people in the restaurant and ordered an unsweetened iced tea and the pecan crusted chicken salad. The tea took awhile (apparently they made it fresh for me), but it was good. The salad wasn't really what I expected. The chicken breast was whole, and sitting next to the salad on the plate. I thought I was ordering one cohesive dish, but it seemed to be chicken with a side of salad. Odd. The chicken was fine, cooked well and nicely seasoned, it's just that I ordered a "chicken salad". Good service overall, but it was slow when I was there. I liked the bread that came before my meal, and appreciated that I was given space and time to work while I ate. read more
