The Sunday brunch at 3 is consistently good. Try the brunch bowl or breakfast burger. In the warmer weather enjoy their beautiful outdoor patio area, which are great for grabbing a drink. The lunch and dinner options, while fine, I still view as overpriced. I'd expect better flavor for the price tag.

While our first visit was a miss, our second visit was SO much better. Their steak tips and pasta are winners in my opinion. They need to keep working on their salads. The place is very welcoming with great staff. There's just something about the decor that feels a bit off to me. But - it's hands down the best choice in a few square miles in this area.

Really nice outdoor space! Nice place for a casual meal and quiet considering its right on a main road. Steak tips were great and service was efficient.

This was our first visit to 3 Restaurant while visiting our daughter in Franklin, Massachusetts. The large restaurant features a full bar and ample seating. The food quality is excellent, and the menu offers an extensive selection, from salads and soups to pastas, fish, burgers, and more. I began with the delicious clam chowder. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, and the standalone restaurant has plenty of parking available.

We went for a goodbye lunch for a colleague. I have never been before and man I can't wait to go back. There is plenty of of parking so no worries about that. There was a large group of us but the server had no problem making sure our waters and drinks were full and everyone was happy. This is a huge place with a huge menu. You can sit at the bar and enjoy a burger or sit at a table and enjoy a fancy dinner. There is something for everyone They started us off with some really good bread and oil to dip in. For my lunch I had a French dip that was out of this world. It's a great place and I highly recommend it. I will be back for sure.

I ordered pan seared scallops with risotto. Just horrible ! 5 small scallops on rice. This was not risotto. It was more like minute rice w/ mushrooms and peppers. It was dry and bland. For $34 other than a few scallops the rice got tossed. Don't waste your money.

We called in and picked it up ourselves . I was dismayed though when I looked at the receipt - they are charging either 2 or 3.5 percent takeout fee - this frosts my buttons. The packaging on the food items was minimal- would have been the same I'm sure if we dined with n - so we were charged for putting it in a paper bag and being handed through a window? Much less work than if all of us ate there - you would have had to clear and wipe tables I'm curious if there is a done in fee as well - based on the fee I would consider not going here - we did a rather large order for 6 people and the fees add up

Small but cozy eatery/drinkery in a residential neighborhood. No parking near the building, but…read morethere's an easy lot just around the corner. Lots of knock knacks on the walls, many related to beer and trains. Deep menu of comfort food made from scratch. Good draft beer list. -- Depot Burger: Their more ambitious of two regular menu burgers (they also have some as specials) was a visual treat in a pillowy Portuguese muffin. This provided a full size patty cooked to medium rare with juices trickling from the gentle, loosely packed beef. Full-coverage Vermont cheddar added silky richness, red onion jam added contrast, and tomato and arugula added vegetation. The star, at least visually, was the bacon: crisp, yet soft and bendable, with glorious color. Flavor was even better, with a deliciously strong cure. The whole package worked beautifully. One of the better burgers I've had this year for sure. -- Fries (a $2 add-on to the burger): A big stack, hand-cut (they also have hand-cut sweet potato fries), cooked just to the point of crispness while leaving a little droop and fluff. Nicely seasoned. -- Beer: I was thrilled to see a Hill Farmstead Double Nelson on the tap list. Smooth, strong, and delicious. -- Buffalo Wings: Looked and felt a little different, so I asked. Baked, then fried, yielding some charred crust on the outside and some tenderness within. Good wings, but with great sauces: the homemade Buffalo sauce had some serious kick, some complexity (little bits of unknown herbs), and some vinegar too. Homemade blue cheese thick and zesty. On Mondays, $1 each in batches of 6 or more, and with a guest flavor on top of their interesting fleet (ginger is next). -- Quahog: A well-rounded stuffed pile with bits of chorizo crispily mixed in, served with lemon wedge. It needed it for moisture, but a formidable offering that still satisfied. -- Caesar Salad: A large one with two well-layered hunks of Romaine, with a zippy (maybe mustard-infused) dressing and a dense coverage of crispy pancetta. Numerous homemade, dice-sized, well-seasoned croutons. No additional Parm and no anchovy pieces I could detect on their, but that dressing didn't let me down. A different kind of Caesar, but a very enjoyable one. -- Steak Tips: Had as an add-on to the salad, this provided a taste without committing to a full order. These don't make my steak tips pantheon (Champions, Tuckaway Tavern, New Bridge Cafe), but decent. Cooked a bit past the medium rare but still somewhat juicy. Nice flavor too, but subtle. I wouldn't get these again; too many better things on the menu. Service at the bar was cordial and attentive on both visits. Friendly staff all around. Not everything was perfect, but so much of it was (and no duds) that it's impossible not to drop a 5 based on the overall quality of every aspect.

I was very happy to have her! This night I ordered the chicken Loretta but had it over pasta. This was probably one of the best dishes I've had in a while. The interior is inviting with a large dining room, and the hostess was welcoming right away. Service stood out--attentive, consistent, and professional throughout the meal. The menu is extensive, almost to a fault, but it works in your favor if you're indecisive. They were out of one of the surf and turf specials, but with so many options it wasn't an issue. Drinks were well done--the spring sangria was a highlight and worth ordering again. We started with bread and truffle-style fries. The fries were overcooked and a bit too hard, but still flavorful and a generous portion. For mains, the short rib was pretty good and well-prepared. The chicken and broccoli leaned a little heavy on the garlic but was still enjoyable. Steak tips looked solid, and the fish and chips were another strong dish. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but for the amount of food and variety, it felt reasonable overall. In the end, not a bad spot at all for a suburban restaurant. A few minor misses, but plenty of positives. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
