3 tequilas used to me one of my go to Mexican restaurants, I have not been back since the remodel and after this experience I will not be back. My taco steak meat was extremely dry and tasted old, my grandfathers beef tasted old, and my mothers food had a huge bone in it that could crack a tooth, the cheese isn't as good as it used to be. And not to mention the horrible service. Our server Karina was extremely lazy, when I asked for the check she rolled her eyes, my grandfather did not touch his food and when he quickly said no to a to go box, she didn't seem to care why. She needs to be fired and not allowed to work in the restaurant industry. The restaurant did look nice after the remodel, but that's about the only plus. It's sad to see this place in the state it's in now especially considering how great it was just a couple of months ago. Will never be back. If I could give less than one star I would read more

While we sipped on our huge medium margarita, we listened to the musician playing his guitar and singing to us. I felt like I was on vacation. My shrimp chimichanga was light, crisp, and filled with plump tender shrimp, onions and peppers. My brother ordered the La Reyna Fajitas. Seriously overflowing with all the meats. We had so much left over. My boyfriend ordered the Tacos AL Carbon. By far the best in town. It was my boyfriend's first time here and he was blown away at the yumminess. 3 Tequilas has the best drinks and the best Mexican food in town. The setup is the only part that could use a little improvement. The cheese sauce is quite thin (drippy), but still tastes good. They have hotter salsas you can request that are great if you like a little heat. The El Tejano is my all time favorite dish. You won't regret ordering it. My family loves coming to this little Cantina. It's always busy on a Friday night but the restaurant has such a positive vibe that you would come just to be a part of it. Not to mention that the food is extremely tasty. My husband loves getting the Carne Asada & I've gotten the flautas. I haven't gotten a margarita there yet however... They have a jumbo size margarita! It looks delicious. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick and they even have live music! That is our favorite part. Great place to enjoy a quick delicious lunch. We were promptly seated and our waitress immediately appeared to take our drink order. Immediately another associate brought a delicious bowl of chips and salsa and an individual small bowl of cheese queso. I ordered the chicken chimichanga. It came with rice, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole and a small amount of chopped lettuce. Not too spicy but the chicken had a great taste and they gave you a lot. Ricky is the BEST server you will ever have anywhere. I've been coming here since before their remodel and I even spent a year away because I moved but when I say he remembers everything how I like it, I mean it. I've never felt more taken care of by a server ever in my life. I drive 30 minutes and I sit in his section every time. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant, has authentic and Tex mex to cater to everyone. Besides the point, this place is special and Ricky is the best of them all. Smallest servings ever. Rice almost had mustard taste. No cheese on enchilada and red sauce also Walmart product in my opinion. Steak burrito was so gooped up with nasty white cheese, it was like partially dried Elmer's glue. Only good i can speak to was red sauce. We paid 50.00 for garbage. Never again. For the last 5 years this has been absolute favorite place to eat Mexican so I'm sad to see their quality decline in this manner. The white cheese sauce which was my favorite, was so runny and had no flavor, my enchiladas were thrown together so every time I try to eat a piece all the meat fell out. I was surprised with this as our Date night.. We did have the baby so I guess it was just "going out to dinner." The staff here is very friendly, and our waiter smelled so good! They have booths and tables, chairs with no arms, and patio seating. The queso isn't that gross jello like flavorless stuff, it's the yummy creamy white queso. All of their salsa, queso, spicy salsa and tomatillo sauce was the bomb. Flour tortillas are fresh made, not out of a bag. Chips are good too. Food was good, the meat has lots of flavor. 3 Tequilas probably has the best margaritas in town! They just have so many different options and sizes to choose from. I usually other their house frozen and it's wonderful. The reason for the 4 stars is the food, it really isn't that great but it's edible and they have many different options. I would stay away from their "steak", it's pretty terrible. Their vegetables, shrimp and chicken are really good though. The atmosphere is perfect for Happy Hour and there usually isn't a wait to be seated (except for on Cinco de Mayo, it's packed). read more

This place is seriously amazing! I'm so happy that we got to try it tonight! Everything we had was pretty great to say the least. First of all, I got the "medium" banana margarita, frozen. It was delicious and HUGE! My husband had to help me drink it down. Thankfully I was not the one driving tonight! I would definitely order it again, if I'm with friends & want to share one of their awesome drinks, I would go for the "Big Mama," which is the next size up from the so called "medium" marg I got tonight. Great place to have drinks! The Big Mama is only $10 during their happy hour (M-F 2 to 5pm)! Their food is also amazing. I had the shrimp chimichanga and I loved every bite. It had grilled onions, jalapeños and tomatoes inside, and was served with rice, beans, pico, sour cream & guacamole. It was so much food! And so yum! 5/5 would totally order again. Had heard for a while about how good the food was, so I took the family out to eat. We were extremely disappointed from the minute we walked in. The place smelled like sour dish rag, for having been recently remodelled, the paint was in bad shape and over all not clean. The "queso" had zero flavor and the consistency was slightly thicker than milk. The fresh tortillas were spot on, but the chips were stale. My wife and daughter shared a fish taco plate of some sort. 4 tacos, flour shells, table spoon of fish, lettuce, and rice that's it. The fish smelled like it had sat in the back of the fridge for a week too long. It was disgusting, and was not edible. First time there. We did the combo lunch where ya pick any of the 3-4 items to make a meal. I had the chicken soft taco, chicken quesadilla, rice, and beef tamale. My only complaint would be the cheese if my taco melted to the aluminum and so I lost the majority of cheese. Other than that the food was awesome. I was welcomed with a hello and big smile as I walked in. It's a little building you might miss it if your driving fast. I order chicken enchiladas with meat sauce and I received it I was a-little taken back by the look of it. The rice and beans were flavorless and not to mention the beans were watery. The enchilada sauce was basically tomato sauce with ground beef, the chicken was really chew I could tell it was over cooked. On the more positive side the chips and salsa were delicious the service was good. Our waiter was super tentative and constantly coming by to make sure our drinks didn't go empty. At the end of the meal they offer Sopapillas with a little pack of honey, I felt like they were alittle greedy with the honey but I'm sure if I asked for more they would have gave me another packet of honey. read more
