My favorite ramen place on Long Island! I have gone to many but this one tops them all. I have visited every few weeks after my first bowl. The food is delicious and nicely priced. I love that it's cozy and usually empty.

Have to say we were very pleased with dinner on Saturday night. Pleasant restaurant, great service, good ramen. An overall nice local noodle shop. Does lots of takeout. The phone was ringing quite a bit. The space is definitely a former pub of sorts, I'm not an original native of the area. The ramen was pretty good. Started with some apps, edamame, Chicken Karaage, and octopus balls. Octopus balls are cute, they come out with bonito flakes on the dish, and with the steam and heat, the flakes wiggle around, leaving you to wonder if anything is alive underneath, hehe. Nice flavor and texture. The Chicken Karaage was good. Fried chicken thighs in chunks. I've been spoiled with some good karaage, this wasn't standout for me. The edamame were steamed in an aromatic of sorts that had a very nice flavor. The ramen was good, portions seemed fair. Went with the Spicy Chicken Tantan Ramen, added a spice bomb. The noodles were plenty, cooked well. The chicken was nice. The spice was not spicy. For the money, and something different and casual, I'm sure we'll be back - especially in the winter months.

Amazing!! The friendliest and kindest service and a delicious ramen experience for us. I never had ramen before and we tried some appetizers, was great, the pork buns, scallion pancakes, fried chicken it was all so yummy! The ramen was delicious and so filling. They were very clean and I highly recommend, we have a new go to spot and want to spread the word, check it out Ramen 3:16, it won't disappoint!

First time here! We tried the Spicy chicken tan tan ramen after only having chicken tan tan at a Michelin start ramen spot before. I must say this ramen was AMAZING!!! By far the best ramen we've ever had. The minced chicken and spicy chicken broth were so good. The owner and staff were also very welcoming and kind. 10/10 will definitely be returning

One of the best ramen spots on the island. It's such a hidden little gem with excellent service and food. It's so good I usually go multiple times a week. Everyone inside is super nice and it's just a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a fan favorite for when it's cold out, warms the soul nicely. The parking lot is always crazy so plan accordingly because they share parking with some other locations. If you're looking for a personal and friendly experience with some delicious ramen and awesome appetizers this is your spot!

I passed by 316 Ramen a few months ago and wanted to try them ever since, so on a cold windy day decided it was a perfect time to stop in for a nice hot bowl of ramen. Turned out to be a good decision, and thanks to Yelper Frank T. for the drop on this place. I was happy to see they offer takoyaki appetizer, a generous portion of lightly fried octopus croquettes with crunchy outside and yummy tender filling. Then moved on to the veggie ramen with spicy chicken add-on. The ramen was filling, delicious and beautifully presented with slices of silken white tofu lined up symmetrically in the bowl. (I'm kinda OCD so appreciated that lol). The noodles were thin and perfectly cooked, as were the veggies and half egg. Service was pleasant and quick enough. Liked the cozy homey decor as well. Very happy to see an authentic ramen place like 316 opening in these parts and plan to return again soon.

Looking for something warm on a cold night? This local ramen place hit the spot. The dishes were flavorful and good portions. Another night we had it for takeout and it was just as good! It is located in a strip mall so there is decent parking lot. Will definitely return soon!

It's a quiet and cozy little restaurant. The service and food is good. The broth with the ramen had excellent taste, the scallion pan cake was tasty and crunchy.

The shop is nice and clean. Ramens are good in general. The overall taste is quite above averages, would recommend for ramen lover in the area to try. The fried chicken is juicy not over cooked like many other places I went to. To be picky, the pork is not cooked/heated enough to let the fat melt. That provide a bit over oily and greasy taste while eating the ramen.

Ramen here is very good. Ingredients are all fresh. The Spicy Miso Ramen has just the right amount of flavor an wasn't too spicy. The pork in both the ramen and bun are extremely soft and was very good.

Pleasantly surprise with this place! It is a chill little place. Service was good, I was quite surprise that the food is really good. We ordered pork bun as appetizer, spicy tantan ramen and spicy miso ramen. I'll say try to order other appetizer instead, pork bun is kinda small with only one piece of meat in it, but it is very tasty though. Tantan ramen was surprisingly flavorful! Definitely recommend this place to locals who wants to have a bowl of hearty ramen for lunch or dinner. Of course, don't compare it with any ramen in Manhattan that is franchised from Japan.

    Spicy chicken tantan, excellent

The chef was funny and very accommodating to special requests. I had the steak medium which he actually did medium thankfully. Shrimp was clean! Clap it up for no veins! Lol this passion fruit tea was actually really really delicious. Not too sweet as some passion fruit flavored drinks are. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the scallion pancakes. Maybe if you do just put in the request for it to be crispy. If you are like me and enjoy it that way. Otherwise I'll be back

We also had quite a bit of appetizers which were also all really good so appetizers will not fail you at this restaurant ... but what really annoyed me was that we were still eating and ordering drinks but Almost done with our food and bc they had more clients coming in the rushed us out of the restaurant in a non discreet and noticeable manner which was terrible bc we wanted to order desserts for everyone as well and the way they pushed and rushed us out was very swift and we didn't realize till our food was in he containers and they basically was pushing us out after even thanking them for their service and accommodating us so that was a big turn off to me and I didn't appreciate it bc we were a party of 12 and we got 8 appetizers double the amount of drinks and plates that cost over $28+ each so that was a bit disgusting and rude especially while wanting desert and celebrating my daughters special day , the restaurant is very clean if that matters for some mid food and n rude way we were sent out ehh I don't think I will be coming here ever again and not recommend this restaurant to anyone to be honest I personally did not want to tip the after seeing how the were rushing us out but I had class and still have them 18% normally we do 22% but it's okay will spend my money elsewhere next time

Ramen, but I remembered this place tucked away on 110 near Costco that I've passed 100 times and suggested it. When everyone saw the menu and their more unique offerings, we immediately pivoted and ordered from here. My husband picked the vegan curry tofu ramen, my future brother-in-law picked the spicy wonton ramen, and my sister picked the wild pepper ramen. Everyone loved theirs! I sampled the curry broth and it was delicious. I had dental work last week so I've been cautious of what I can eat so I picked just the miso broth with noodles and added a side of egg and a side of the beef shank. The beef shank was able to be cut with a plastic spoon with how tender and delicious it was. The eggs were perfectly gooey in the middle, and the broth was exceptional. We all agreed we wished there was a bit more broth in their bowls but that's our only complaint. I need to come back here to eat in the restaurant next time!

We went before the dinner rush and were seated right away. They also offer bubble tea and a nice selection of beers, which is a fun bonus. We started with edamame and shrimp shumai to share, both simple and tasty. I had the seafood ramen, which was packed with flavor and loaded with shrimp, scallops, and clams--comforting and delicious, especially on a cold night. My husband had the shrimp donburi and really loved the grilled shrimp, which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service was great, definitely a great place to warm up on a cold winter night.
