I have been to this place twice within a month. My kids, my husband and I all like this place. The staffs are really nice. But as you know reman soup is really salty but this place is not as salty as other places out there but it's still a bit salty. Appetizers are good as well, I think it really worth it to try at least once. read more

Eh, it's mid tier ramen. Still looking for the best ramen place around the island but it's hard to find. Broth was okay, nothing outstanding. Noodles were plain, not very chewy or special. Went 316 Ramen with my wife for the first time. I was a bit dubious as my wife is a bit of a picky eater. The interior was very austere but nicely done. I missed all the decorations that were on the walls and ceiling when it was The Bayou We passed on ordering appetizers when we saw the size of the bowls. My wife ordered the #R6 Ramen bowl with miso broth, chicken, assorted veggies, and noodles. I ordered the #R1 Ramen bowl with pork broth, pork belly, assorted veggies, noodles, and 1/2 a soy egg. I was shocked when my wife tasted her ramen and broth and loved it. The miso broth was familiar to her from eating at Japanese Hibachis, as was the rest of the ingredients. My Ramen was delish. The broth had a nice balance between porkiness flavor and seasonings. The pork belly was tender and cooked to perfection. The combination of meat and pork fat on the belly was perfect. The veggies were tender and crisp, and the noodles had a nice chew and were not overcooked. The bowl is huge and a bit of a challenge to finish. Whatever you don't finish, you can take home. The service was very friendly and attentive, always unobtrusively checking the table and refilling water. During the meal,the owner Ivan came over and talked with us for a bit. He was very nice. After he thanked us for coming, he brought over a round of sake, and we toasted his success. I felt the prices were extremely reasonable with the average Ramen bowl around $15 or so. There is a vegetarian ramen option. Overall, It was a very enjoyable dining experience and not only will we be back, we're going to bring our friends. I stopped in on a whim, I have never had freshly cooked ramen before. I've seen tons of videos on youtube from Japan about how good the fresh stuff is as compared to say , the Nissin cups. The Pork Miso I got from here was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, the noodles weren't hard and didn't taste to like plastic, the broth was warm and soothing , and hit the spot for sure ,especially today since it's a very cold Long Island November. The décor was beautiful as well, looks identical to the shops I saw on YouTube. I was particularly enamored with the painting of a Kabuki entertainer, forgive me, I'm a fan of the Japanese culture and do plan on going back. Stopped by there on 3/16/22 for a light dinner. We ordered the spicy miso ramen and the chicken ramen. Also ordered a hot green tea with free refills. Service was prompt and she was very attentive- kept checking to see if we needed anything. Price wasn't bad for the 2 ramen bowls and the tea came out to about $40 with the tip.
