This was very lightly fried with a wonderful sauce. The miso soup was flavorful, the salad refreshing and the seaweed salad was nice too. The fish was outstanding. Super fresh and melted in your mouth. It was wonderful. We also tried their tamago. It was incredible! Perfect consistency and maybe the best testing one I have ever had.
