I went to the University Heights store which is near my house. Located in a small plaza near to Cedar Center is a clean store, the decor is bright and commercial, a large service counter is on one side with a utilitarian dining area on the other side; nice looking but not the kind of place to hang out for extended periods. A big video menu board lists plenty of food, but does not show the pizza menu. Service was good, the counter man guided me through redeeming the offer and went through the pizza toppings. I ordered a medium mushroom pizza. After about 10 minutes the pizza was ready and I have to say it looked great, the pizza was fully cooked and the zig zag crust is nice looking. Unfortunately when I got the pizza home and started eating it I was disappointed as the pizza just didn't taste that good. The crust was fine, cooked nicely and with a decent taste, although a little bland. The cheese and mushrooms were there, with almost no taste. The real problem seemed to be the tomato sauce; it was very uneven with some parts very saucy and other parts with almost no sauce at all. The sauce itself was a bit bitter, with no sweetness at all, and the flavor profile was very flat, no real tomato or spice flavors. The overall pizza just was not what I want from a pizza. I have to say that I was looking forward to having a Rascal House pizza, but it was not very good. With plenty of other good pizza options available paying a premium price for a mediocre pizza is just not worth it to me. Of course how a pizza tastes will depend on the individual so your experience may be different.

I was called about 45 minutes later (so the food took right at 1 hour) and told my order was ready. As expected from the outside, the inside is not the nicest. It's called a lounge and there does seem to be a bar, a few tables, and a small sitting area, but no one was dining in. It's pretty outdated and I couldn't imagine eating or having a drink there. The cashier (same person on the phone) was very sweet. My order came to $30. She opened the box and showed me my meal before wrapping it up and I was on my way. Truly, the food was excellent. The salmon tenders were sooo crispy and perfectly fried on the outside while still juicy inside. I got them seasoned with honey lemon pepper. You could tell that the batter was also seasoned along with the salmon. There were 5 pieces so it's a pretty big portion. I also really enjoyed the mac n cheese. It was super cheesy and well seasoned. The rice was good as well. While I did like the greens, there was sooo much meat in it that it made them overall kind of salty. Maybe I got the end of the pot, but it was really more meat than greens.
