On a recommendation from a friend, and without really knowing too much about the restaurant, we tried 350 Grace last night for the very first time. What an absolute delight! This is a family-run business, and the care and compassion with which the family and staff approach their guests is quite evident. 350 Grace has a welcoming, yet simultaneously elegant, atmosphere. The menu features some Southern comfort food classics, and each dish is creatively imbued with ingredients and spices that make them very unique and mind-alteringly DELICIOUS. My salmon dinner, for example, was brought to a new level of tastiness by some strategically-added sundried tomatoes. The lima bean soup was graced with pieces of andouille sausage, which complimented the dish and made me want to order a second helping. And at the risk of hyperbolizing, the bread pudding was the best I have ever eaten. We will certainly be returning here again and again! Five stars all the way. The older lady at the door could have been polite to say the least. I am not sure when restaurant service became combative in nature. I can say that it is much more common today. I can also say, this could have been a great visit for myself and my family. I truly hope she is having a better day today. read more

This is tHe first time I've been to a gluten fRee restaurant. I'm so glad we went. II couldnt believe how many things mY daughter (who has celiac) was able to eat! Not only did she have a great meal, but I did as well. Wait staff and owners were very friendly. It was a little pricey first regular visits but we will enjoy it when we can. read more

What a great place! First time in Norfolk and my first restaurant experience here. The food was GREAT and the staff was so attentive! The staff was so great in fact...that when my girlfriend and I were too busy gabbing that we didn't realize they had been closed for 20 minutes, they never made us feel like we needed to leave (even though that would have been understandable), in fact the opposite. The atmosphere and food here was amazing. I would highly recommend getting the fried green tomatoes which included lobster and spinach which completed the appetizer perfectly. My only regret is that I had no room for the desserts which sounded delicious. read more

We have waited for months for this restaurant to open. It was worth the wait! As a general rule, we never go to a new restaurant for the first month or two after its opening so we won't be disappointed or frustrated as they work out the kinks and get their act straight. This delightful place has hit the ground running. Great menu. Great meal. Great service. The entire menu is gluten free but you would never know it. Absolutely fantastic. Yesterday was my birthday and my husband and I decided to try 350 Grace for the 1st time. This place is a hidden gem in Norfolk. I can't start by saying how amazing everything was from start to finish. You walk into the restaurant and you are greeted with a warm welcome. The environment, the service, the food are all excellent!! We were not disappointed with anything. As you are sitting there, you can see the Chef in the kitchen making your food. This is something I just love and you don't always find this in restaurants!! It tells me one thing, how important it is for the Chef to see his customers happily enjoying the food. The salmon and the crab cakes were delicious!! They were cooked to perfection. It is so interesting how the cakes are wrapped in potato chips. Never seen this before. The amount of crab in those cakes is insane. We loved the desserts! Don't let me start on that bread pudding! I highly recommend this place. I encourage every one of you to give it a try! Service was dreadful and ruined what would have been a decent meal. Front of house was poorly run by the disengaged and unfriendly hostess/manager. Bar and wait staff clearly hated working here - evident in their demeanor, conversations towards each other, and attitude towards guests. They take reservations but this does not appear to be related to seating time. We waited over 45 minutes after our reservation to be seated - a party of 6 who all arrived by reservation time. We were refused service at the bar while we waited because the bartender thought we were about to be seated. This was due to miscommunication from the hostess and the kitchen running behind. We had to request the hostess ask the bartender to serve us. As a result of their poor coordination, we were the last table served. Plates were cleared before meals were finished. Unfortunately no gesture was made in an attempt to rectify any of the above-mentioned. Auto gratuity was applied to our bill. It seemed like the worst opening night ever, though they'd been open several months by now. I'm sure this place won't last long -- the staff certainly won't. read more

Where do I start. Eric is an amazing and very lovely waiter. A crest smile is ready to great you and see what your taste buds are ready to indulge in. I love the scenery very intimate and beautiful. Capable of having private parties in their gorgeous private room as well as spacious comfortable seating in the front. In this picture you see the crawfish tale meat macaroni an cheese and when I say GLUTEN FREE you would never know because it taste exquisite and the seasoning is perfect. As a souther girl I appreciate great food from great people and I must say Chef Willie. M & Mrs. M crafted together a wonderful menu. I love that they play smooth jazz in the background it pairs well with the cuisine and the ambience. 350 Grace you are top on my list and put a smile on my face when I needed it. They close at 11pm but last reservation is at 8pm. That, in and of itself, seems weird. My wife and I were turned away at 8:55pm on a Friday night. I have heard good things about the food but I'm not sure if I will return. I got a weird vibe in there. We ended up going to Crudo Nudo instead and had a FANTASTIC experience. The food was delicious, service impeccable, and the ambiance was a lovely blend of old meets new. The menu is elevated southern cuisine and I can't wait to work my way down through each offering. Chef Moats has been with some of Hampton Roads most iconic restaurants and certainly brings the flavor. Miss Michelle in the front of the house makes each guest feel right at home. I took a week to before posting a review. I contemplated giving them 2nd chance because I'm a reasonable person. Some business just have bad days or bad moments. However, this issue was too egregious. The restaurant owner gave me a 7:45PM reservation for four on Feb 20, 2021. At 7:43PM, as our party was finding a parking spot, the owner called to tell me they ran out of food. RAN OUT OF FOOD??? When I asked for a gift certificate for a future use, the owner told me to the best they could do is give me a reservation for a future date. I told her I live in Maryland and I was only in town for the weekend. She told me that they could serve salmon if we wanted to keep the reservation. No second chance for this restaurant unless they reach out to me. read more

I enjoyed Pasha Mezze for many years, and I was very disappointed when it closed. Enter 350 Grace...I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my first experience at this new gem. The atmosphere was warm and lovely, the service was impeccable, and the food not only tasted amazing, but the plates were so beautiful. We started with the fried green tomato appetizer, and it was truly something special. The perfect balance of flavor in every bite. Talk about an elevated southern classic! For entrees, all three in my party chose the crab cake special, and it was like nothing I had ever experienced. So much crab meat! Also, the fact that it was encrusted with crunchy house made potato chips was definitely the icing on the (crab) cake. It came with asparagus that had the perfect amount of crunch, and the mashed potatoes were a good match to cut the richness of the chips. For dessert, we shared a chocolate toffee lava cake, and paired it with fresh cups of coffee...yum! Unfortunately, they didn't have bread service or house made desserts due to currently being without a pastry chef, but they were upfront about this from our arrival, and I never felt slighted because everything else was so good. Any great pastry chefs out there looking for a job? The fact the restaurant is gluten free is an added bonus, especially for my friend who has celiac disease. The flavor and texture of the food never once made me feel like I was missing out on anything. Oh, did I mention the old fashioned cocktail? It was delicious, but it seemed a little small for the price. A lady next to us was drinking the most beautiful martini that I've ever seen, so I'll have to try that next time. A fantastic surprise. I was just walking around and noticed a sign for a restaurant. Looked at Yelp and saw that it's "hot and new". Boy is it hot. Fantastic vibe, great and I mean great, first class service and delicious, finger licking delicious food. I had the first drink on the menu, gentleman jack something which is dangerously delicious. Ordered the trout and wow. I have no idea what the sauce is but I practically licked the bottom of the plate. I think I'll come back. And everything is gluten free. Good job people. read more

From the time me and my party walked in we felt welcome and tended to. The service was top notch and drinks were on point. The fried green tomatoes were definitley a must have. My company had a pork loin for the ages that looked like it must have weighed 2 pounds and looked cooked to perfection served with maple glazed sweet potatoes she loved... she doesnt like sweet potatoes. My crab cakes were perfect, crispy outside chip surface and a melt in your mouth inside and the sides were just as to die for. After reading online reviews and looking over the menu, I was excited to try 350 Grace. The service is this place's weak point. We had a reservation that the greeter reminded us several times had to be observed. I understand they're busy, but our party was waiting five minutes prior to reservation time and didn't need any reminders from her. When we left the restaurant, a group of folks were waiting outside, complaining that they had a reservation and were told they would need to wait another 20-30 minutes. Once seated, several waiters greeted us, brought drinks and a basket of delicious fresh corn muffins. After our initial greeting, the service slipped off. Our waiter was harried and fumbled throughout the evening. He lost track of who ordered what, reached across the table with food and drink items, spilled oily salad dressing on my wife's clothing, and then basically disappeared, forgetting to bring a glass of wine we ordered. Water glasses were not refilled, and we sat unattended for a good while. The waiter was interested in us again when it was time to ask repeatedly if we wanted dessert. When we declined he was gone again. Overall, the food was not bad, but for the price should have been perfectly executed. One of the dishes we ordered, the grilled eggplant, had mustard greens that were so gritty they were inedible, which is a serious kitchen error. Overall I was shocked that 310 Grace has been open since October. The clumsy service made it seem like they were still working out the kinks. I wish them well, but there are too many upscale restaurants with better service in the area to choose from. read more
