Yay new toes haha It's my third time visiting this shop and every time I've seen Jenny. The shop itself is small but they use there space wisely and made it cozy and looks clean and well kept. I got a gel pedicure and I loved her work she didn't rush took her time and made me feel at ease, she's also very detail oriented which I love im a bit picky with polish being on cuticles because if you've gotten gel before you know that will cause it to lift. Thank you again Jenny for the great experience and definitely will be back again. read more

I have never had my nail change color and start to grow fungus Don't come to this salon they are unsanitary! I got a pedicure at this location 2 different times this year. The second time they did an ok job but after removing the gel I realized one of my nails doesn't look the same. This is my first time experiencing this. & this Salon is the only one I have been to in 2025! read more

Decided to treat myself to a deluxe pedicure (which I was not aware of before stepping in to this shop). Although I've been in here years ago. There was one customer in the salon and the lady working asked me what service i'm in for. She then had me choose a color on the wall of acrylics. It was a guy who attended to me and he was friendly and a bit chatty. looked very efficient and has some opinions on every subject under the sun. Interesting guy. Took about 30 minutes for him to soak my toes, brush and massage with warm gel and do the while shebang. Heavenly! It is a mom n pop shop so good to be contributing to the community. Pleased with the service and will definitely be back. read more

I was lucky they had availability the first time i went because is a small business and every other time I've been trying to go they are busy. So I recommend to call and book appointment. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and kind. She took a good time with the massage and felt good. I pick regular white polish and lasted a good 3 weeks read more

Just tried to stop by here for a pedicure right before 3pm and it was locked. The open sign was lit up. Hours on the door said they close at 5:30pm. I called to see what's going on and it keeps ringing. It won't even give me the option to leave a message. Very unprofessional read more

So happy I decided to treat myself and come here. My last experience, at another salon, left me with an infected toe and so I was a little hesitant-but I really wanted to find a great new nail salon. I have found it! Thanks to the Yelp reviews :-) I came here on Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, and it is very quiet as there are only two other customers inside. The husband did my pedicure and the wife did my manicure. Both are very sweet, and gentle, and my nails came out looking fantastic. I will definitely be returning here as a loyal customer. :) read more

My first time here I asked for a deluxe and the guy was scared to touch my feet. The lady had to take over and my feet weren't massaged and they did not put lotion on my feet. So basically my feet are dry. My heels weren't worked even touched. This place is horrible and for 50 bucks you're better off going to Walmart to get a pedicure. Never will I come here again. This place sucked and the service was horrible. read more

Closed and locked when I stopped by. Yelp listing said they should be open, as did the sign on their door. Nothing bugs me more than heading out of my way to a business that doesn't bother to update their online listings or their own front door as to their correct hours of operation. I won't waste my time trying to get any services there again. read more

I like it here. The couple that owns it are super friendly and nice. They do a good job and I'm comfortable. It isn't the fanciest place, I feel like some of the polish could be replaced or maybe just organized a little different. Their prices recently were increased but not dramatically. I will make note of two things. When I went to pay I was using my debit card and I was on the side of the counter-not the front...I missed seeing a sign that said if you want to add a tip you need to say so before they run the card. So, I had no cash and my bank is close and, of course, the ATM is down so I ended up at Trader Joe's and getting cash back to go back and tip. Ugh. Make sure to have cash or speak up. 2nd...I intended to do a deluxe pedi and I did not state that when I sat down and I wasn't asked. Therefore, I had a regular pedicure. It was great and I am 100% happy but I need to remember to speak up next time. read more

I received a deluxe pedicure from my spouse for Valentines Day this year so I was so pumped to try it. When I walked in, there was one nail tech helping a client and she called for another nail tech after asking what services I was coming in for. (Deluxe Pedicure-$35.00 & Regular Manicure-$15.00) I was super surprised at how small the salon was. We started with my pedicure and then worked our way into a manicure. The nail polish selection wasn't too large but they had a decent amount of colors. Once I got settled into my chair I turned on the massage feature and placed my feet into the water. The water was soooo hot. Eventually my body adjusted but it was a pretty uncomfortable start. My nail tech didn't cut my nails on my hands or toes, just a quick file. The hot towels on my hands and feet were burning. They had their towel warmer on such a high temperature it was hard to stand. Two day's after my manicure the polish was already peeling off. I won't be returning to this spot, although my nail tech was super sweet, my experience wasn't great. read more

Decided to have some me time on my lunch and check this place out due to it being right across the street from my job. It is a little shop with maybe about 5-6 massage chairs and a couple manicure stations. Luckily there were no other customers so I was able to sit and have my feet worked on right away. Lady was really nice. They had a nice little collection of polish to choose from but wish there was a little more options. I like dark grey and they didn't have any so I went with a lighter grey. Anywho, it was just a plain pedicure. Nothing to fancy. Guess I am spoiled by the one by my house. They do a deep pedicure for the same price. IE- scrub your calluses really well, get any ingrown nails, massage with hot stones, and etc. I am happy I went. She did a nice job and I was able to take a break and relax. Now back to work I go. read more

I was hesitant to come here because there wasn't a ton of reviews/photos on yelp (gladly contributing my own here), but I'm sooooo glad I came! Owners were very kind and welcoming, took time to shape my nails and clean up cuticles extremely thoroughly, very clean work overall. I wanted a very natural look, but after 2 coats of polish it seemed a little light. I asked if I could get another coat as I wanted a little more color, and he said, "anything you like!" He happily painted another coat for me. I got a gel manicure for $30 which is at least $5 cheaper compared to pretty much every other nail salon close by. Great deal and very happy with the service! My friends and I've been looking and looking for a new place to get our nails done. And I think we've found it! The last few places we've tried were overpriced with crazy long waits or super cheap with crappy service. Go here bc: * We walked in, w/out an appointment (I know terrible, but it was a spur of the moment kinda thang) and they sat us all down immediately. (Three of us) * They have PLENTY of color choices and PRAISE THE HEAVENS I FINALLY FOUND A DARK GREEN IN GEL POLISH (honestly why does every place only ever have neon greens, cmon ppl, who really needs that) *They shaped my nails so beautifully. Square but rounded. Literally can't stop looking at them. *Not over priced, not under priced. It was $25 for gel polish. Honestly though for any less you're getting a terrible mani (if you're getting a swell mani for under $25, why are you even reading this though) Wish I knew the name of the girl who did my nails, anyway amazing. GIVE THEM A CHANCE, I'm so glad I did read more

Went in today for a pedicure. Was seen right away. The place is clean but outdated. A super sweet man helped me, David and will surely be the reason I return. He and I made small talk. He told me I have nice skin (I am black) and seemed very genuine. He mentioned Obama being handsome and we laughed. The woman also working there, who I assume is the owner, did not like that. Once she heard that, they began speaking in a native language and her body language very much alluded to our convo and her not liking it. Im sure it was also because she was servicing an old WHITE WOMAN who had to have been a regular based on their interaction when she walked in for her appointment. She gave the vibe that she said that as to not offend the white woman. Wake up! This is 2022 and black people are here to stay. I can have a conversation about my BLACK SKIN if I want to. How are you offended when I live in my black skin every day? Lady, chillax. David, I'll see you soon. read more

My first impression was okay...small salon and friendly staff. However, after telling them what my friend and I wanted, they tried to force both of us to get stuff we did not ask for. Finally, they left my friend sitting in the chair after the pedicure for 15 minutes without polish....like they forgot. My toes look good but my friend's started bleeding because they cut too close to the cuticle or something. I understand that people want to up-sell their products and services (I'm in sales) but you cannot force someone to buy something they don't want. Or in this case, start performing a service the customer did not ask for and repeatedly told you that you did not want. read more

I don't get my nails or toes done very often. So I wanted to treat myself so I went in expecting my toes to take 45 minutes to an hour. I showed up 10 minutes early to my 1030 appointment and I was the only one in there, which I'm okay with it. Expected they would take their time with me and not rush. So I pick my color out and got over and he started my toes. I was done by 10:46 with my toes completely. I asked for gel, and he gave confirmed it. And ended up doing regular polish. Started my hands and he was confusing me because I asked for a French tip and he used white tips and now half of my nails are white and don't really look that good they're crooked. He didn't use white to straighten them, and instead of soaking my hands, he use the grinder to grind off all of my skin at cuticles. they don't look like French tip like he should've just done my entire nails white because that's what it looks like pretty much. I feel that I wasn't done a good job at all. I will not be coming back. read more

This is the only place I get my nails done in Henderson! This is a husband/wife shop and they are absolutely adorable and do a great job on your nails. Family owned business. Jenny and Tony is very nice and have good interaction with customers. My nails is always very pretty at the end of my visit. Prices are very affordable and is always a pleasure to visit them. Salon is very accessible right on Sunset Rd in Henderson shopping center next to Good friday. read more

I've only been here once, it was 20$ for a salon pedicure and they charged an extra 5$ for French tip. They didnt do a bad job but I probably wouldn't go here again.. U get what you pay for.. read more

Customer service is not dead! Toni was accommodating to my same day appointment request. I had not been to a salon for a mani or pedi since last February, so I got a deluxe Tropical pedi and gel mani to usher in the New Year. I am a bit picky, especially about keeping safe during Covid 19 and it seemed as though safety measures were closely followed. read more

I give this little salon 5 stars because they are able to do exactly what I ask. That being said, I get a standard pedicure and standard manicure. I do not get gels, full sets, or amazing designs, so I am unable to review those services. This is a family establishment, husband and wife team. Very friendly and they do quick work. Getting in is easy if you call the morning of to make your appointment and I am able to get in and out within my hour lunch period. read more

I'm happy with the friendly service of Nail Connection. They consistently provide good service. I actually first went there 8 years ago, so I can say that. The first time they were kind enough to let my dog stay there while I was getting my nails done. He was well-behaved and just rested in the lobby area. The owner's husband even took him out for a walk twice, which I couldn't believe. I haven't been there a lot, maybe about four times, because I keep forgetting about them. It's too bad the owner, who still owns the place moved out of town. I really liked her, but her family members that are running it now are pretty nice. I'll just have to remember to go back. read more

It's been 2yrs and we are still loving this place. You cant beat the service or the price. I'd like to defend them against the disgruntled customer. They make plans to close early if by 5pm they have no appointments or walk ins. Could you imagine how many nights they've stayed open until 7 for no reason. So I'm not mad at them for saving 2hrs of electricity..lol just fyi to avoid them leaving early you can always make an appt they will stay read more

All of the staff are polite and welcoming. Spa pedicure was $20 and it was pretty good. Comfy massage chairs, clean, polish came out beautiful. Con- No sugar scrub or offer of paraffin wax. Was hoping for a little more since I took my friend for his bday. Also, leg massage was just okay. But for $20, the customer service is great and the end results are nice. read more

I had to point out multiple times that a couple of them had lifted and needed to have the gel removed where it was loose. At checkout for the $55 fill they tried to charge me an extra $5 for repairing the three lifted nails. Seriously??? I don't have tips, and my nails are barely longer than my fingertips...maybe 1/16th of an inch long so fixing them was no different than filling them.

The shop itself is very pretty, but I paid for a professional, premium luxury service and did not get that today. The pedicure technician (Jaden) was wonderful. The massage chair was nice, the service was relaxing, and she did a great job on the application. However, management failed to stock the premium Rose Quartz products included in the VIP package I paid for, substituting hot stones instead. Despite this, Jaden seemed genuinely interested in having my visit be as relaxing as possible.. and I appreciate her great service. She took her time with me and made it special. I really enjoyed the scents! While the menu explicitly states all nail services come with a complimentary beverage, I was never offered or given anything to drink. My manicure by a different technician (Julie) was incredibly disappointing, rushed, and looks cheap. There was zero proper nail prep...no cuticle work, cleaning, or detail work around the nail beds. To make matters worse, Julie repeatedly criticized my color preference. Jaden even explained to Julie that I liked the color, but Julie kept complaining that the tips were "too light" while painting them. Just do what makes your client happy. While rushing through my nails, Julie spent time checking her phone and talking to another client. She openly stated she was scared to ask that client to wait if she completed my brow wax. Instead of honoring the appointment I booked well in advance, she just apologized and turned me down for the brow service entirely. The finished Gel-X nails look messy around the edges. For Gel-X nails that cost $77, they should look flawless but look like cheap press-ons from a grocery store. Out of sheer frustration and the urgent need to scramble and find another salon to do my eyebrows immediately before my trip tomorrow, I just had to take it and get out of there. I understand salons get busy, but pre-booked appointments and client preferences must be respected. I booked my brow wax in advance, yet Julie openly admitted she didn't want to make another client wait and refused to do it...I paid salon prices for a manicure that looks unprofessional. I came back for a fill and a Christmas design. I brought it a video of a design I saw and sunny as he did before took it and made it better. He never disappoints and takes anything you give him and makes it his own and better! His vibe and style are impeccable and he has definitely made a long time customer with me!

The salon was clean, had great ambiance and many colors of nail polish to choose between.

When I walked in, the staff seemed unsure if they even wanted to take me since they were already with clients. I stood there awkwardly while they considered if anyone would take me. Eventually, one lady agreed and asked if I wanted regular or gel. When I said regular, she paused, sighed, and then they all burst into laughter. They made a few jokes I didn't fully hear, but by then my feelings were already hurt and I just wanted to leave. The vibes were so off already. She started running my water, but I said I needed to grab my medication from home so I could exit the situation gracefully. She gave me extreme attitude and asked when I'd be back, but the answer is N E V E R. Her response was so disrespectful and condescending that I wouldn't return even if it were free. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere. Maybe some clients don't mind nasty attitudes, but I did absolutely nothing to deserve being treated that way. Apparently just wanting simple polish was enough. If this is how they treat people who come in anxious and shy, I can't imagine how they'd act if there were an actual issue. Maybe their regulars are people who spend $100+ a visit, but I didn't realize it was unwelcome to want a basic pedicure. Not everyone can afford the luxury options; some of us just want to feel a little better after a long day. I'm so disappointed and hurt.

They took my sister and started working on her manicure and they asked me to sit down next, I let them know that I wanted a full set and they were acting all confused which caught me off guard. The lady asked me for a picture and took my phone to the back and I realized it was straight bs so I just said it's fine, I'll get just a manicure. They said okay and then proceeded. As she started the lady started to say sorry that they had an appointment at 2 and blah blah which genuinely sucked. If we ask if you have time for 3 walk in's you can say no. While she was cutting the cuticle she also chipped my finger a few times and said she won't cut anymore because she was hurting me.
