I would not recommend this company!! I scheduled my move more than a week in advance and received confirmation for both the date and the 9:00 AM start time. I even received a reminder text the morning of the move confirming the same time. By 9:30 AM on moving day, no movers had arrived and I hadn't received any communication about delays. I called the office, and the representative seemed unsure of what was going on but said she would call me back. About five minutes later, I received a call from the driver stating they had never received my appointment and were already on their way to Los Angeles -- nowhere near where I live. He then told me they could get to my place at 4:00 PM. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I had taken the day off for this, so this was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Thankfully, I was able to find another company last minute for the same price, and I'm so glad I did. Afterward, I looked up more reviews for 365 Days Labor and realized that many others had similar negative experiences. I would definitely not recommend this company. Last Christmas I was looking for movers and had reached out to multiple companies via yelp quote request system. The majority of them gave me the run around or just gave the impression of unprofessionalism. When I came across this company 365 Day Labor Movers, they were quick on a quote response, great availability during the holidays and reasonable pricing. I took their quote and booked. They were available 8am the day after Christmas so we were super excited they worked with the schedule we needed and had availability. I did request a 17 foot truck minimum as I had previously moved with the same amount of items and I knew that's what we needed. They did show up with a smaller truck because the larger was taken for another job that morning, but they were super cool and we made it work with a few adjustments and were offered two trips if we couldn't make it in one. The two guys were quick, accommodating, great pricing, professional, clean and time efficient with their work. I would highly recommend them for any moving service. I'll definitely be using them again for my upcoming move. read more

After much thoughtful consideration, I am choosing to repost my review that I was asked to take down by this company when I was trying to get reimbursed by them for damage they caused during our move. It wasn't sitting well with me to take it down in order to receive money I was entitled to, and I am hopeful this review will help them to improve how they treat customers. I am giving two stars rather than one to at least honor the fact that our movers were hard-working and kind, but the rest of this is downhill from there. Pros: They were very competitively priced which was a big motivator for me to go with them. They were the best quote I received out of many movers. We had a crew of 5 and they worked very quickly and moved us on the lower end of the range they had quoted, which was fantastic. Movers were friendly and hard-working. We tipped them over 20% for their hard work on a very hot day. Cons: We had a very heavy, large Murphy bed that needed to be moved. My husband let the movers know it was very heavy and they confidently stated they could handle it. Unfortunately the desk attached to the Murphy bed broke in half as they moved it. I appreciated them letting us know right away that it broke, but huge bummer. They also scratched/took out pieces of some corners of baseboards while moving the Murphy bed into our new home (see pictures). I let them know not to worry as thankfully we are in a new home and we get touch-ups as a courtesy, but this was also concerning. Unfortunately after all was said and done, we also saw a huge scratch in our old home where the Murphy bed had been while doing the move-out walk through with our landlord. We brought this up to the company and they denied it was their fault. I work in this bedroom right next to where the scratch was located everyday. It was not there before. They claimed the scratch was already "under" the furniture when they lifted it - however, this cannot be true because the location of the scratch was not "under" any part of the furniture -- it is in an open part of the room with nothing on top of it (see photo). The Murphy bed stands against the wall and would not have been covering this scratch. I understand it's our word against theirs, a tough situation, but what I further did not appreciate is as we were disputing this, the person we were texting with began to insinuate blame toward us for the desk breaking in the first place. They implied the desk broke because we did not follow their advice in taking it upstairs in our new home. I corrected them and said the desk broke FIRST at our old home, and THEN we were advised in our new home not to take it upstairs because of how heavy it was and the damage already done. We followed their advice, and I do not appreciate the insinuation that we are somehow to blame for them breaking the desk. Please take full accountability for your actions rather than constructing an after-the-fact story and casting blame. Update to my review: They would not reimburse us for the huge scratch and we had to pay our landlord almost $500 to repair it. They agreed to pay for the broken Murphy bed desk (another $500), but they were extremely unresponsive for several weeks. I texted them repeatedly to try to get reimbursement, with either no response at all and being flat out ignored, or being promised the money would come on X date and nothing would come through. Then they asked me to take down my review and would not respond until I deleted it. I finally did get the money over a month later after hours of stress and frustration and having to take down my review. I see that this is a Yelp guaranteed business and if I had booked through Yelp, Yelp would have covered the damage up to $2500 (good advice for any future bookers). I am so disappointed at all the damage that has occurred and being out $500 they won't reimburse, but worse yet has been the company's approach in handling it. Mistakes happen -- not a problem, but the true ethics of a business is revealed in how they make their mistakes right with the customer, and the way they navigated this was terrible. I hate to knock a small business and my intention isn't to hurt them with this review, but the sense of injustice I feel is too big to ignore. I am sorry to have to repost this. read more

These guys were excellent for our move from El Cajon to Lakeside, CA. I first started with speaking with the owner Miriam via Yelp who let me know everything I needed to know. I called her to confirm a date and the drivers were there on time and ready to move. These guys were much faster than the other two moving services we've hired. Their prices were reasonable and they were very careful with how they handled our furniture and electronics. I have a 85" tv that was huge and came out unscathed. I also had a lot of glass room furniture. Nothing came broken, chipped, or dirty. I highly recommend these guys and Miriam is very sweet and knows what she's doing! read more
