I can't emphasize enough the perfect balance of care and efficiency that both Yermek and Albert juggled so fluidly throughout the entire day. I had large, heavy furniture, and so many boxes. They're not just strong; they're delicate as well, and added protective blankets, tape, and wrap to anything that needed it (which turned out to be pretty much all furniture items). I mentioned it already, but they're so dang efficient. I know some people can be worried that movers will extend time by moving slowly, but this is not the case with Yermek and Albert. He was also very clear about any potential additional fees. No hidden fees here. On the day of the move, Yermek sent three gentlemen as requested. Fantastic and 100% worth it. This was my first time using professional movers for a local move. We needed help transporting our belongings from our one bedroom rental to a two bedroom. Yermek responded quickly to our inquiries and provided us all the information on fees and the process. The day of move in, Nick and Albert came right on time with a huge moving truck. They packaged and wrapped our big items tightly and with such efficiency. Additionally they uninstalled our TV mounts and disassembled our bed frame. I was surprised to see how fast all that could be done. For our former apartment, they moved out 90% of our belongings in 45 minutes. They did not idle around. Then we drove to the new place while the movers stopped for a water break. Once we arrived at the new place, they placed our belongings in the appropriate rooms and assembled our bed frame and mattress. At the end, they kindly asked us if we needed them to move anything else. We paid them $415 cash for the three-hour minimum. Very pleased with all the work. I usually avoid bad reviews but I'm astonished at the unprofessionalism so zero stars!!! So unprofessional and yes I have the right company... No I did not have them move my furniture because the customer service was so terrible that they couldn't even get a simple job on the calendar after already confirming a day. They said they were available for a certain day and to send a video of belongings. I said great let's move forward and within 30 minutes they gave that day to someone else after doing everything that was asked of me and saying I would like to send a deposit etc. I said that was rude to give the day to someone else after just confirming it and they then asked me to find a different mover for simply stating that it was rude to do that to me after confirming.
