After waiting 20 minutes, we experienced other orders come and go. It wasn't until my husband spotted our pizza in the warmer and realized it was sitting there all this time. I wasn't even upset about the fries and the lukewarm pizza. I wasn't even more upset that the employees passed by my husband several times and didn't care to ask if he was waiting on an order or get his name again to check if it was ready, even though the information was already provided when we arrived. I'm conflicted if the consistent over waiting and previous experience will take us back again.
