The toppings were fresh, high-quality, and really made each pizza stand out. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, and they were fantastic. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and a great way to start the meal. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and makes for a great dining experience. It's clear they take pride in both the food and the overall experience. We'll definitely be back many more times. Let me start with the service....it was excellent, attentive & knowledgeable of the product...great recommendations. Now on to the appetizer...oh so good hot and just enough for two people. it was fried potatoes with Alfredo dipping sauce. We could have stopped right there...but then the Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken and fresh Jalapeños New York Style pizza arrived. We had the medium with a side of Ranch dip. Oh Boy was this good. But wait there is more! We were so stuffed and even took three slices home, but we just couldn't pass up dessert. We took an audacious & ambitious slice of carrot cheese cake home for later. I've visited this location several times since it opened. The pizza is delicious and always excellent when dining in. However, on the few occasions I've ordered takeout after work, the pizza has been cold by the time I got home -- not just cooled down from the drive, but already cold when handed to me. Most recently, I placed an online order for two pizzas and 10 wings through the restaurant's website. The estimated pickup time was 45 minutes, which was completely understandable for a 6pm pickup order placed at 5:20pm. About 15 minutes later, I received a notification that my order was ready. I arrived around 6:00 PM and could see the pizza boxes already sitting behind the counter. When I checked in, I was told the wings were still being prepared. I had no issue waiting for the wings, but my concern was that the pizzas were left sitting out and were not kept warm while the rest of the order was being finished. Additionally, it would be more helpful if the "order ready" notification was only sent once the entire order is complete. In the end, the pizza was cold and I had to reheat it in the oven. Been here a few times Pizza is fantastic I really love the decor, easy parking and pizza is unforgettable. I would have posted 5/5 stars but today it was busy and normally you seat yourself. There were two fully opened tables no reserve sign and the waitress came to remove us after we've been sitting there for 15 mins to tell us it was reserved. We patiently waited for the next table she goes to tell me to sit down and another waitress seated someone else. Frantically running around she comes back to us to apologize and says to wait for the next table. I just turned my back and walked out. Staff has lack of coordination and awareness. We were craving pizza, so we searched around our area and found 365 Woodfired Pizza, which had good reviews. We ordered a Margarita Pizza over the phone. I picked up the order for pizza and a tiramisu slice in around 20 minutes. The pizza was delicious, hot, and well-made, with great bread and crust. It was one of the best Margherita pizzas I've had. Horrible place , my sister used to work there and I admit it is good pizza but the owner is terrible. The owner took the tip that a costumer gave her and the owner came and snatched the 50 dollar bill and said "that's mine". This place is a place I'd never order again and it had taken a huge toll on my sister life mentally and physically. The owner also wanted to threaten to call the police on my sister after she quit she texted her friends that worked at 365 while they were working. We went around 5 pm on Saturday and it was not busy. We ordered a pesto chicken pizza and a meat lover pizza - both were good but not great. The NY NY pizza is much better and is right next door so we probably won't be back. This is the same ownership as the 365 in the Krates and the 365 in Wiregrass Mall. The pizza was really good. The chicken Pistachio is one of the best I've had in this area. Everything is fresh. The Nutella Pizza... amazing way to end a meal. They have various pasta dishes, Wood fired pizza, and NY Style pizza. There is also an entire case full of desserts like the 365 in the Wiregrass Mall. We just went to eat at this new pizza restaurant just north of Seven Oaks. 365 Woodfired Pizza, 3746 Windcrest Dr., Wesley Chapel. If you like pizza - GO HERE! The pizza menu is varied, and they have salad, pasta dishes, appetizers, etc. The decor and atmosphere are delightful and much nicer than so many other eat-in/take-out pizza restaurants. But most of all the pizzas we had were excellent and so many of the others looked delicious as well, it was hard to choose!  I would have added pictures, but don't see the option here. This was my second visit and decided to take my neighbor who had never been there. Boy was that a mistake! We got our appetizers fairly quickly but we waited over an hour for our pizza (we ordered both at the same time). The waitress came back in that hour and told us they ran out of the crust for the type of pizza I ordered but they could make it on a different crust so I said ok. I kept looking back and hadn't seen my order so I ask the waitress what was the status of my order and she said they're putting it in, it should take 8 minutes (this was 45 mins now of us waiting and it's just being made). The kitchen staff were too busy with the take out orders, that I feel the dine in people were not a priority. You can go during the week here but weekends are questionable. The gentleman (manager) that was making the pizzas came out (after I complained) and gave us a free pizza and took the appetizer off of the bill to try to rectify the situation which was a nice but I think they need more kitchen staff on the weekends so they don't run into the same problem. read more
