Me and the hubby came in for a quick bite the other day while we were shopping at the mall. I passed this restaurant 100 times but finally we decided to stop in because it is one of the only "fast" food restaurants at this mall. They have pizzas ready that you can order by the slice, with a weekday special of a slice and drink foreight dollars. We decided we wanted to order a large pizza though. Because the oven is 900°, a whole pizza only takes about 10 minutes to cook Everything was so fresh. The ingredients, the high-quality cheese. And that crust gets such a nice crunch to it. We really enjoyed the pizza we ordered, and are really looking forward to coming back for another . The staff was so friendly. We were even cracking jokes. There is a great indoor and outdoor seating, depending on what you're in the mood for. read more

Ordered from here for the first time. We ordered Meatball Subs to go. The meatballs must have been frozen because they looked the same size and were gray in color like when you pull them from a frozen bag. I watched the guy cut them in half and place them on buns . He added some sauce and cheese and placed them in the oven. He even said they would be ready in four minutes, and that's when he pulled them out. The bread was as white as when it went into the oven and it was soggy and doughy, not toasted at all. The subs did not taste good at all. We ended up throwing the sandwiches away and had cereal for the evening. Waste of money. Now let's talk about the place itself. It was dirty. Trash on the floor, even behind the counter by the employee hand washing station. The trash was full to the brim. The waitstaff were all on their cellphones and earbuds in their ears. Even the manager stood behind the counter on his phone. How unprofessional! They should have been cleaning up the place, washing off tables, cleaning the floor, something other than being on their phones. We will never go back. To the manager Adrian, that responded to my post and requested that I remove the post, the location is correct. I'm attaching a copy of my credit card transaction. I know it's not the review that you want, but this is what I saw and this is what our food was like. Your pizzas may be good, I don't know. I did not have one. I can only speak for the subs and your cleanliness. Your staff seemed very comfortable in the way they were operating things so my guess is this isn't out of the ordinary. You may want to double check your cameras. This is your opportunity to correct some of the problems you have. You may even want to retrain your staff and teach them about cleaning and phone etiquette. I'm not sure if you were the manager on duty that day but if you were, put your phone down! For many years I have been wanting to try the Woodfired pizza here and I finally did and I regret not doing it sooner. We got the Margherita and the Boscaiola Woodfired pies and requested both have an extra crisp to it. Both pies were amazing and they put some EVOO on both pies at the table for us. The pie is thin, ingredients are fresh, the sauce is very good, and the crust had the right crunch to it. Our waitress was very nice and checked up on us often, the seating is a bit tight inside however it was not as busy when we were there. I will come back here again and most likely order the same pies. read more

I truly love supporting local businesses, which makes this review disappointing to write. Unfortunately, we've now had two frustrating experiences here. The first time, we dined in and a child's noodles came out about 20 minutes after the rest of our food. By the time it arrived, everyone else was finished eating. When we explained that the child no longer wanted it, we were told they wouldn't remove the $7 pasta from the bill. My dad had to speak with the manager, who was initially dismissive, though it was eventually taken off. We understood they were busy that night and chose to give the restaurant another chance. Tonight I ordered fettuccine to go. The restaurant wasn't busy and the staff was very kind, which I appreciated. However, the pasta was hard and the sauce was more like melted cheese than an actual sauce. It just wasn't good and definitely not worth $20. I'm genuinely sad because I was excited to try again and support a local spot, but both experiences left me disappointed. read more

The food and the service were excellent. We got the margherita and the calabrese pizzas, both woodfired, and they were top notch. The service was quick and the pizzas got out to us very quickly. They both tasted amazing and for only one size for the woodfired pizza the actual size of it was great as well. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Unfortunately we dove into our pizza's and salad so quickly that I forgot to take a picture. This was our second visit and couldn't wait to get back here! We ordered the capricciosa pizza, with the artichoke, Kalamata olives and traded ham for their spicy salami. Absolutely delicious! And the Mediterranean salad is dynamite. Our son in law is quite the pasta eater and loved the spaghetti and meatballs, even commenting that it was better than Bucca's. Excellent lunch spot for our family! The Woodfired pizza was top notch. The gluten free crust and regular crust were both very tasty. Lots of good topping combo options ready to go. One of our crew ordered a calzone, the waitress warned, "It's really big." Holy cow. It was 3x the size we expected and ALSO delicious. Our waitress was working by herself, and hustling. If you're looking for the largest Calzone in the Tampa Bay/Wesley Chapel Area, this is the place to be. The waitress warned us that the calzone was large, but we shrugged it off and Said ehhh can't be THAT big. Boyyyy were we wrong. We ordered, a bacon sausage calzone, meatlover pizza, and mozz sticks. Let's just say 2 people cannot finish all of that. The calzone can easily feed 4 people if you split it properly. It's not just big either... it tasted great!! They even give you a side of marinara sauce which compliments it perfectly since they do not put the red sauce in the calzone (at least we didn't see any). Long overdue review and both times have been great food! The first time around we got a pizza and fried ravioli which were both really really good! We did on the first time get butter noodles for my son and they burnt the butter and added way to much seasoning which when I mentioned it to our server she didn't seem to know why it was made that way but then brought us more noodles with no butter just bland spaghetti which wasn't the issue it was the butter sauce.. Three words, keto cheese pizza! As a guy who is, and will be keto for the next year, this is a great place to order food from that meets my needs, and is a fantastic place to eat! I really have enjoyed eating at their outdoor seating area, but, recently I've been enjoying takeout. The keto pizza is full of cheese, with a cheese base, and creamy/rich tomato sauce. The non keto (I have taken a bite) Neapolitan pizza (margarita) is well balanced, from crust to front all the way through. Service Experience : Staff is rude, laughing and giggling behind the back rather than greeting. I've mentioned Dine in while ordering, and after billing and waiting they gave Pizza in the box and said it's closing time though there is an hour more to closing time, and rushed us out. Staff gave an unnecessary free advise to take the Pixza box and find a mall chair outside to eat without asking if I needed plates or utensils. I have eaten inside, sat outside, and ordered to go from this restaurant many times. The service is always fast and friendly and we have never once received an item that was not absolutely delicious. You can order full pizzas, individual slices of pizza, salads, and pasta dishes. The lasagna has always been perfectly cooked. It is a smaller restaurant inside so sometimes it is a little louder but never a bad crowd, just happy people enjoying their meals. read more

This pizza joint is located in the Wiregrass shopping mecca and my first visit to this center. Wife and I thought we were at the outlet mall center which is close by but we were wrong. However they do have a lot to see and do. On this day we saw vendors in the streets selling food and craft items. Wife just had to buy some Dirty Martini Olive Juice, and made locally in ST. Pete too. Enough of that, lets review. We found 900 Degrees down one of the side entrances which looked very unassuming, we looked at each other and said lets get a slice if they sell slices. As we walked up and and saw on the front door they have slices. Though I am accustom to counter service for slices, that was for togo orders only. Both indoor and outdoor seating, we sat outside on this grand day. We gave our order, (2) slices of pepperoni and (2) Bud-lights, to the girl outside. She returned asap with our beverages and soon later with the slices. Not sure of this place and the style of pie it serves but wow, we were both pleased with the pizza. NY style with a crispy crust done just right. We both really didn't expect this from a pizza joint at a shopping mall. It was worth going to Wirgrass just for the pie. In need of a quick bite while shopping here, I recommend it. If this is a chain place, it's the best from a chain. read more

Wish I had taken a picture of the food. But we ordered a cheese pizza. Was burnt to the color of charcoal on the outside and bottom, soggy in the middle of the pie. Our family generally comes here we sit outside order a few Dishes and always extra to take home. Chicken Parmesan solid piece of good tasty chicken pasta done just right comes with a great house made garlic knots. For appetizers it's the Boscaiola pizza always come out quick since it's cooked in the brick oven. For takeaway later it's a NY style so you can fold a slice or just go with roof of mouth burn! Skip the Italian ices next time- not my favorite flavor selection. read more

6:30 7/31/24 Certain Employees or male employee need to stop touching their hair,face, nose etc while looking into a phone like a mirror then wash their hands after being called out on it. And informing this patron as if he performed a miracle. In the end the same male employee kept touching his face etc and started making pizza boxes. I asked the chef at the woodfire oven to not use the boxes this employee just make. I was told i do mot have to talk to the employee that way. I was not addressing the employee. I was talking to the chef. Store manager interjected but failed to have the employee wash his hands and claimed i will not be having anyone fired. I was not trying to do that. If you like thin crust then you will love 900 Degrees. Need to know that the size of the pizza determines the type of crust. We ordered a 12inch and a 18inch, and honestly I prefer the 18inch as it has a nice flavor and chew. The 12inch is a little more crispy, it too has a good flavor. The Margherita pizza was one of the best I've ever had. We didn't order a calzone but saw one come out and it is huge, I would estimate 18inch in length. This would be a shared meal with several people. Want to try one. read more

Hey guys, this is SARAH and Deborah. Here's what you deserve and have been waiting for fellas: BEWARE: 900 degree pizza. Awful. This pizza was burnt, BLACK, and soggy across the bottom. I spoke to a manager to let them know and he said that this pizza was checked and cooked perfectly. It is garbage! The picture does it an injustice as it was burnt all over the bottom and we threw out so much. A waste of food and time. He insisted it was not burnt upon checking. I realize this is wood fired pizza but BLACK crust and bland flavor is unacceptable. DISGUSTING. A friend called back and told him how AWFUL our pizza was, as we didn't eat much at all as we were scraping through and cutting out all the burnt parts, and he started to LAUGH and say we "just wanted the credit" when we didn't ask for one lol. Extremely rude. I've given them multiple chances and they continue to disappoint time and time again. Unacceptable and TRULY pitiful attitudes. I will not be returning and I suggest you don't waste your time, meal, energy, or money supporting this location. This establishment advertises "Authentic Neapolitan & Original NY Style Pizza & Pasta." Delivery is offered thru DoorDash, UBEREATS, & Mobilemeals .com With a craving for pizza, I popped in to order a small extra sauce/extra cheese pie & Caprese. For approximately $22, I went home w/ a delicious meal(s). I ordered at the counter, paid, then was sent to my vehicle to wait. Manager Brian (the most personable & professional young man-- very impressive) brought my order to my driver's side window. I arrived home w/ hot, fresh, & delicious Italian food. A huge fan of NY pizza, the woodfired pizza I was provided was excellent. I finally found a restaurant manager who knows the meaning of "extra cheese." Will I return to try other items on the menu? We order take out, 2 large pizzas, 3 rice balls, knots and deep fried calzone. The knots are alway good(so far) The pepperoni pizza was good. The pizza with spinach ricotta cheese and bacon, it was soggy crust in center and the bacon is fake. Really need a better bacon. The rice ball where all burnt. Great for slices/takeout - huge disaster for dine-in and sandwiches. Let me start by saying we've come and gotten slices here several times - taken them to go or eaten at one of the outside tables. Last night, for the first time, we tried eating inside and ordering something other than slices, and our experience could not have been worse. We ordered: 1 whole cheese pizza 1 slice (for one person) 2 slices (for another person) One baked ziti One meatball sub One chicken parm sub Garlic knots The cheese pizzas and the slices came out at the same time - not bad, maybe 15-ish minutes? Then for the rest of the food we waited, and waited, and waited, and WAITED. The cheese pizza and slice eaters were done with their food, and still we waited. And then waited some more. Finally, more than 45 minutes after ordering, and after we had asked out waiter if he knew what was going on, our 2 sandwiches arrived. Still not baked ziti. 10 more minutes and the pasta finally arrives (bright spot: it was good). I mentioned to the waiter than we never got our garlic knots - you know, those things that were supposed to be APPETIZERS. He say "Oh, yeah, I think he's warming them now." See...they are sitting in a huge pile on the counter, have been the whole time. They COULD have heated some at any point in the HOUR+ we had been waiting by now and actually given us food, but no, it is just now occurring to them. I told him "Well I don't wait them now..." and he seems annoyed. Sadly, the disappointment didn't stop there. The meatball sub was one of the worst things I've ever been served anywhere, It was literally 3 incredibly dried out meatballs cut in half with a tablespoon of sauce and a teaspoon of cheese on top, in a completely dry sandwich roll. No saucy goodness, no garlic buttered bread like most places, no gooey cheese. Nothing redeeming whatsoever. I got up myself and asked for a cup of tomato sauce so I could at least spread it on and try to make any morsel of it wet enough to chew and swallow. So incredibly disappointing - meatball subs are one of my love languages and I've rien probably 200+. This doesn't even deserve the name, so hideously bad was the execution. The only good part was that, since the rest of party had now waited an extra HOUR after finishing their food so the three of us who waited so long could actually eat something, they were hungry enough to go get dessert when we left. And my food was so unappetizing and unfulfilling I had space for gelato too. As the waiter brought out bills he finally said "Sorry about the wait...he got really backed up." I don't know who HE is, but they either need to fire him or get him some serious help (note: there were several folks working behind the counter, so if they were all doing nothing while one guy did all the work then I think I see the problem - fire THEM instead.) None of this even touches on the fact that the floor next to our table was covered in trash no one had bothered to pick up, so all in all I would say stick to pizza to go. I'm certainly never giving it another try any other way. read more

Great place to grab a quick bite if you're at Wiregrass! The pizza was delicious and was made super fast. A take back was the fried ravioli-- it was hard to chew and honestly was an outlier in the food we tried. The bruschetta was good but lacked any salt on the tomatoes.
