Our wedding day. Dress created by 3m3 Creations.

I found 3m3 Creations on the internet. I had one month until my wedding day. Jessica, the owner, told me we can complete your wedding dress before 3/23/24. Anna, her wedding expert and lead wedding seamstress/alterations/designer, was on the ready. Between the two of them, they made it happen. I designed my dress, but they were the final makers and designers. This is the only dress in the world. I was knocked off my feet with the final product. My wedding dress was so beautiful. They were affordable and professional and worked on my dress to the end. I came in with a drawing and fabric, and what an amazing, gorgeous wedding dress they handed me. I loved working with them. They were so easy to work with. They accommodated me at all times. My bridesmaids went to get their dresses altered. They were pleased with their dresses as well. Anna is an outstanding professional wedding seamstress and designer.

Great work and great customer service. I brought in a 2pc half-canvas suit with unfinished sleeves and hem AND needed a quick turnaround so that I could wear the suit at a spiritual event that same week. Despite the busy atmosphere, I was taken care of rather quickly. Yesika juggled incoming customers while making sure my work was fully understood (I requested functional surgeon's cuffs on my sleeves because I'm bougie about my suits). The work was finished on time and at a reasonable price considering the rush job and the custom work. Will definitely use them again for future alterations.

Yesica really took her time to hear my concerns. She explained to me that she was dealing with a family emergency and she wanted to do whatever it takes to fix the error. We talked and came up with a great sample for my product. She even made a few different samples for me to choose which looked best . I am so excited to get production started! I am very happy with my service now and so happy that Yesica and her team are willing to work with small business owners such as myself !

Anna did an amazing job transforming my wedding dress! I am extremely thankful for her services and diligence. She was such a nice and amazing seamstress.

Dress that was altered for the dance. Fits perfect!

LE truly went above and beyond for me…read more I was referred by Mariee's Bridal in Scottsdale to Suzanne's Sewing to have my wedding dress altered, and unfortunately it turned into a disaster. After my very first appointment, my dress went from fitting perfectly to not fitting at all, and with every subsequent appointment it only got worse. Two weeks before my wedding, I realized I had to take a chance and find someone else. I called Le and she knew even before seeing the dress, she immediately understood what was going on and agreed to see me at the end of her workday. When she finally saw the dress, she was shocked by the condition it was in. It had essentially been slapped together by Suzanne's Sewing. The dress had been stretched out and damaged from being repeatedly taken in and out, and mismatched material had even been added under the arm area and along the sides that looked nothing like the original fabric. LE worked on my dress every single day. During the first week I was in the shop every other day, and the week before the wedding I was there every evening. The night before we left for the wedding, I didn't leave her shop until 3 a.m. Despite the condition the dress was in, LE managed to completely transform it. She made sure it fit me perfectly and that the corrective alterations looked seamless. She even prepared a backup dress for me in case the original dress ripped during the reception because of the previous damage. LE is incredibly skilled and has a remarkable eye for detail. With formal gowns, every adjustment affects the entire structure of the dress. If someone doesn't fully understand how each change impacts the rest of the garment, the results can quickly spiral into bigger problems. LE clearly understands this craft at a very high level. If you are getting married or have a special event, this is absolutely the place you should go for alterations...DO NOT GO TO SUZANNE'S SEWING!

Went here to have some patches sewn on my leather vest. This was one of the only places in the area…read morethat I found that could do the work. It was about two weeks to have them sewn on and while they did ask me if it was ok to sew through the liner, they did sew through the liner and pockets rendering the inner left pocket unusable. I don't really use the pockets except maybe to put my phone in, but I would have thought that they wouldn't have done that. All in all I had 4 patches sewn on for $80. As you can see, one got sewn right through the inside pocket. I would have like to have been asked about that, but hindsight being 20/20, I guess if I need any more sewn, I'll let them know. This business seems to do a lot of alterations for wedding dresses, so I'm guessing not a lot of bikers are hitting them up to sew their cuts. Just be aware if that's something you need.

I never write this much for a review but you all need to know all the details. I would give 0 stars…read moreif I could for this establishment. I went here because years ago the seamstress that was working there did a great job on alterations. Since then this establishment has been taken on by new ownership or the owner lost the seamstress they had. I went here on the 16th of April with three items that needed alterations. As I was heading to the store, there was a man smoking outside who gave me a bit of the side-eye. I wasn't sure why but I walked right on in with the hopes of seeing the lady who did alterations for me before. Once I got in, that same man followed me into the store and asked me how he can help me. I didn't sense much of a customer service attitude but it is what it is. I went over the clothing that needed adjustments. One was a skirt that needed the inside lining hemmed and side stitched, a pair of pants that needed to be hemmed, and a fancy blouse that needed its neckline opened up wider and sleeves tightened a bit. While looking over the blouse, the owner, Ahmed, immediately pulled off a beading on the neckline stating that the beads were glued on and I would lose the beading if he adjusted the neckline. I asked him why he pulled it off and whether he would be glueing it back on. Seriously, who does this? He could have easily just explained that the beading is glued on. Then I gave him a sample blouse to use as reference for the neckline. He immediately showed me a much lower neckline because he was measuring the reference blouse from the waist up rather than from the shoulders down. I was concerned but figured with the positive reviews he had that he knew what he was doing. I corrected him and said the measurements should be made from the shoulders down, not from the waist up of the other garment. He then said it would take over a month to get all this done and quoted me $125 for the three items! This is when I should have left. Honestly, I was a bit confused as to whether this person was the actual seamstress or just someone working the front desk. I decided to still go for it. I told him I needed it sooner because I was leaving the state for a wedding and needed these items. He then gave me a pickup date of 5/9. So the seamstress had from 4/16 - 5/9. Still three weeks for completion. 5/9, Saturday, gets here and my husband accompanied me for pickup because he knew I was a bit nervous on how the blouse would turn out. We got there a little after 11 a.m. and the child manning the front of the store could not find my items. He went to the back to talk to his dad. The owner then comes out and immediately addresses my husband and doesn't even acknowledge me. He starts off with "My brother...I'm not done. I need more time." He was so nice to my husband. Totally different from my experience on 4/16. My husband asked if it would be done by the end of the day and the owner wasn't confident that it would be. Then my husband asked if Monday would be okay for pickup to which the owner agreed with and thanked my husband. Monday gets here and I call at 12 to ask if the items are ready for pick-up since it would take me 30 minutes to get there. Owner states that the skirt and pants are done but he hasn't started on the blouse. At this point, I told him to forget it. There's no way he would be done altering this intricate of a blouse on this same day. I told him that I would just take the blouse back in its original state because I have to leave in a couple days for the wedding. The next day I go to pick up the items and he tells me to check out the pants and the skirt. The pants were fine. The skirt lining was hemmed but there was still a gaping hole going down the side! When I pointed this out, the owner chuckled it off, apologized, and went to the back to fix it right away. Then he went on to gaslight me as to why I chose to not have him fix the blouse because he was just waiting to ask me some questions on the alterations before he started working on it. Mind you, I called HIM for an update - he never called me with questions. He then said that he was there working till 6:30 on Saturday because a man came in and asked for help with his pants for work so he prioritized the pants and ended up staying past his normal 5 pm end time. Why is this my concern? If you didn't have the skillset to fix the blouse, just say it. I could have went somewhere else instead of waiting close to a month to find out it wasn't even touched. Hire someone for help if you can't handle the number of customers coming to you for support. Now I can't even wear this outfit for my nephew's wedding because of the lack of integrity and work ethic from "Seams to Be.." Seams to be a let down! If you are thinking about going here, save your money, time, and frustrations and go somewhere else.

Svitlana is unprofessional, unorganized, and treated my wedding dress carelessly, which ended up with black stains on my dress. I purchased my wedding dress at LUV Bridal in Tempe. They provided me a list of 3 seamstress who could do my alterations. The woman who sold me the dress raved about Svitlana, who was first on the list for recommended alterations. Svitlana has great reviews on Yelp and Google so I didn't bother looking elsewhere. I visited Svitlana a total of 4 times. The first couple times were fine but she was ALWAYS late. When I arrived to my 3rd appointment, she wasn't even home yet and the door was locked. I waited outside for about 10-15 minutes until she came home. When I tried on my dress, I noticed multiple black stains in the front of my wedding dress. One of them looked like black oil stains. I asked her where the stains came from but she had no idea. From the day I purchased my dress, I never took it out of the bag until I took it to her for alterations. Svitlana claimed that the black stains came from the LUV Bridal bag. But when I called LUV Bridal, they were not aware of wedding dresses getting stained from the bag. She said she'd try to get the stains out but she's not a professional. I didn't even trust her to clean it. I added sleeves to my dress so I needed to stop in for a 4th time. The sleeves were too tight and I could barely move my arms. By the time I picked up the dress, I had to leave for my flight for my wedding that week, so I couldn't ask her to adjust the sleeves. She tried to clean the stain and it ended up with a lighter white ring around it, and the stain was still there. She played it off saying that the stain is small and took a picture to show that it's not noticeable from afar. I'm upset that I had multiple black stains on my dress in the first place. I understand that my dress will get a little dirty at some point, but that should happen AFTER the wedding, not before by a seamstress. When I found a dry cleaner in Houston that would try to clean my wedding dress, she told me that the black stains appear to be burn stains, so they couldn't take it out. I was horrified. When I tried on my dress at the dry cleaners in Houston, she noticed that the lining of my dress was not properly altered so she did a rush job for me. Thankfully, my dress was ready just 2 days before my wedding day. I paid so much money to get my wedding dress altered, and I had to do even more work to it afterwards. I'm disappointed and upset beyond belief. I called LUV Bridal to explain the whole story, and it turns out a few other brides have experienced similar issues with Svitlana. She has now been removed from the list of recommended seamstresses. I hope this review helps future brides.

Suzanne- the wizard of all wedding dress alterations! I found her here on Yelp about 1 year ago and…read morecan now confidently say that what the reviews said about her are true. She is SO friendly, witty and most of all, talented! I really cannot imagine anyone being more talented than her with wedding dress alterations, so I count it as a blessing that we have her right here in the PHX area. I even had NO qualms whatsoever driving 45-60 minutes during rush hour to my fittings because I knew I was getting the best of the best. Suzanne and her team have a well oiled machine as an operation. They make it incredibly effortless for busy brides, sending reminder texts, easy changes to appointment times and much more. They even have an option to clean and then preserve your dress after your wedding, which I took advantage of. Suzanne even cleaned my shoes free of charge after I got blood on one of them (long story). What makes Suzanne an ideal seamstress for brides is that she's completely "detached" from the work. Creative folks oftentimes allow their ego to get in the way and want to make a piece the way they see it and not listen to customers. In her case, she has no problem explaining "this is how I would do it, but it's about what YOU want since you're the bride." This happened to me with my waistline where she explained to me the way I wanted it made it look unfinished, but regardless I still wanted it the way I envisioned. She was so patient explaining it all to me (and even had me laughing a time or two!) and then she had no problem proceeding with my request because (as she says so many times) "you're the bride!" The only constructive feedback I have is that in my final fitting, I felt like the material in the torso wasn't tight enough and was bunching. Suzanne's employee explained that it's just like that if I'm hunching over, even slightly and just explained to have good posture (which any bride needs on her wedding day!). I REALLY wish I would have said something to Suzanne before leaving because as you can see in the pictures, it did bunch up in the torso regardless of my posture. Luckily all of the main photos have my bouquet in that part, so you can't always tell. But every time I look at the wedding pictures, I get that internal nagging feeling that I just should have triple checked it by Suzanne, who I'm sure would have figured it out. Since going to Suzanne for my wedding, I have referred her to two brides. Neither of them went to Suzanne. BUT both of them had severe panic moments when the seamstress they chose completely messed up their dresses. They had panic moments, called Suzanne, and she took care of it. One bride even scouted me out a her wedding to tell me how much she appreciated my recommendation because Suzanne came in clutch in the last two weeks of her wedding. So if it's one thing you need to know, it's to listen to me---- hire Suzanne NOW or there's a good chance you're going to be going to her anyways-- just make it less stressful and call her first before you're calling her for an emergency appt. LOL!
