The line is almost always quite lengthy when we are there but the staff is great and the drinks typically come out quite quickly. My go to drink is the iced Snowy Mocha and it has great flavor and is always made to perfection. The pricing here is also quite good and they offer a substantial rewards program as well that adds up quickly. Although they have since opened a newer location closer to home in Garden Grove for me, I still prefer this location so far overall for consistency and overall pleasantness. I am a satisfied customer of theirs and hope to return again many times to come.

I'm glad they're there though. I come out from an appointment and go straight to the coffee bar. From the fall seasonal menu, I ordered the maple pecan latte. It was so good. By the time I headed over for a drink though, there wasn't much pastries left so I had to head home with one hand empty. Bummer. Service is usually quick and they don't seem to get very busy, at least when I'm there. Price is a bit on the higher end, however, you can taste the difference with that first sip. I shook it to find out that the entire cup was filled with ice and filled with some lychee juice, it was really ridiculous. I asked the person at the register about it.
