I thought I had already posted my review for INC when I bumped into a draft just waiting for me to finish it already. INC Coffee Roasters on Portola Parkway, is located inside of the beautiful Hoag building in Foothill Ranch. Who would've thought they'd have a coffee shop in there? Not I, that's for sure! I'm glad they're there though. I come out from an appointment and go straight to the coffee bar. From the fall seasonal menu, I ordered the maple pecan latte. It was so good. By the time I headed over for a drink though, there wasn't much pastries left so I had to head home with one hand empty. Bummer. Service is usually quick and they don't seem to get very busy, at least when I'm there. Price is a bit on the higher end, however, you can taste the difference with that first sip. I'm looking forward to grabbing a cup of something again real soon. read more

Really good quality coffee! would highly recommend this coffee shop. It is located inside the hospital but doesn't take away from the good coffee. I usually go for their seasonal drinks & have been surprised by the quality especially when it's made with homemade syrups! The only down side is the hours if you're looking for a late afternoon coffee but if you can make it before 3pm then definitely try it read more

Located inside Hoag, you can find it from the board located outside of the facility. There are a few tables around the lobby and lots of seating/couches. Inside is very quiet, posted hours are 7:30a-3:00p daily. Multiple different coffees, matchas, and food options available. One worker taking orders and making drinks. The matcha was surprisingly good, about $7 per drink with alt milk options for $1 extra. I appreciated the sifting and hand whisking. Personally the matcha drinks were a little too sweet for me but I prefer a lighter sweetness. Next time I come I would ask if sugar can be adjusted. INC Matcha was sweetened with vanilla syrup, einspanner matcha with agave. Will be back to try other items! read more

Small little corner coffee spot located inside Hoag which is super convenient if you have an appointment in the building. I decided to try their White Miso Latte since I've never heard of the drink and was pleasantly surprised! It's a little on the sweeter side but also has a slight nuttiness from the miso. The coffee flavor is really nice and very smooth. The young barista was also very kind and personable. We spoke about our weekends and talked about recent movies we watched. Overall, a great shop that serves delicious coffee and top notch customer service! read more

I'm not sure what they put in this but this white miso Latte was absolutely delicious. The cafe is inside the HOAG urgent care so make sure to put that in the gps. There's not to many places to work as it is more of a small cafe that is geared towards the hospital staff so please be mindful. read more

This coffee stand is located inside Hoag Health Center in Foothill Ranch. It's located in a large plaza so there is plenty of parking. All their signage reads "& INC Coffee Roasters" and I thought the "&" was part of their name but apparently it's just their logo? I come to this Hoag fairly often and had never seen this coffee place open until this particular day. Despite having posted hours, I think it is staffed rather randomly. I noticed their sandwich-board sign in front of the main entrance on the day I visited so maybe that's the best indication that they are open. Hopefully they will be more consistent with their hours. After getting an X-Ray, I stopped and got a latte and a brownie. The fellow working here was low-key but friendly. A list of winter season drinks was on the counter and I chose one of those - a Peppermint Nutella Latte. There was a small selection of pastries and the chocolate-walnut brownie was my choice. There is a lot of comfortable seating in the lobby inside Hoag so I sat and enjoyed. The latte had a good quality espresso and the prevalent flavor was peppermint with a chocolate background. I really appreciated that it was immediately drinkable (and also that, miraculously, there was not a single laptop user sitting around). The brownie was surprisingly pretty good. I am usually not a fan of walnuts in my brownie but they were used sparingly and the brownie itself was so delicious I barely noticed the nuts, other than an occasional crunch. It's an odd location but it's comfortable and quiet. No need to be a patient or getting blood drawn or scanned for something; anyone can walk in and get coffee, tea, lemonade or juice. read more

Excellent seasonal flavors! Was in the area so I stopped by - was difficult to find as maps do not tell you it's located inside the Hoag. It's located inside a quiet area within Hoag, therefore this is very much a pick up and leave type of establishment, unless you are waiting for other services in the building. I tried the two seasonal drinks -The CTM and the maple butter pecan. Both were deliciously unique within their flavors. Will be coming back here to try their non seasonal drinks as well. Really good matcha located at Hoag! It's a small coffee shop located inside of Hoag. There's only one person working since there's low traffic but they work fast on the drinks. I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup. I like that they sifted and used the bamboo whisk to prepare the matcha! As for the matcha itself, it was very good! The vanilla syrup balanced out with the matcha very well. The drink was a bit pricey but overall good! If you have a doctor's appointment here and need a drink or just want to stop by I recommend this place! read more

I visited INC coffee yesterday inside the Hoag building. There were plenty of parking spots and easy to find the place. As soon as you walk in you can spot the INC coffee roasters. I ordered the matcha Sweet Crème , it was good but I thought the sweet crème would make it sweet and it wasn't. Overall it was good I will go back and try their lattes next time. One of my favorite place from now on. Batista there is very nice and explain about Coffee like an expert of Coffee tastes. Coffee tastes exactly the same as what she has described. Very cute coffee shop inside the Hoag medical center, they seem to have a lot of specialty/seasonal drinks. I tried the strawberry matcha (which was fantastic, would get again) and the sweet creme cold brew - which tasted extremely sour. Might have gotten a bad batch? The drinks feel a bit expensive, with some being ~$7+. Service was excellent, the cashier/barista who helped me was very sweet and detailed when making the drinks. read more

Given its low traffic, there's only one staff member, and she was super friendly and attentive, offering suggestions and highlighting some unique menu items. I decided to try the White Miso, which was recommended to be served hot. It's an intriguing blend of miso paste and caramel syrup, reminiscent of a salted caramel latte. While I found the taste to be different yet enjoyable, my husband didn't care for it but really liked the iced matcha latte I brought home for him. I took the contrast in our preferences as a good thing because it shows the diverse range of flavors they offer. This isn't the ideal place to meet up with friends for a chat or to hang out and study as it is located in a clinical setting. However, if you're looking for a quick, quality coffee fix with exceptional service during your medical visit, it's worth a try, even though the drinks are a bit pricey for the size you get--I spent over $15 for two drinks, and that was before tip! Overall, it's a convenient and nice surprise within the health center. Look at how creamy and beautiful this is! I just knew when I saw this color that I was going to like it. I have been in the hunt for a good matcha in south OC and today I finally did! The ice is the perfect type so it doesn't water down the drink, the match flavor is prominent but not too grassy, it is not too sweet which is how I like it (but u can adjust that to ur liking) and it's not separating from the milk!
