When I got there to double check if they will price match, they said ok. The lady that did my nails was really sweet, didn't speak much English, but did the best she could on pedicure. However, she didn't realize she grazed my pedicure when we transitioned into doing manicures. I pointed out to her that some of the pedicure got removed, so she fixed it and it wasn't until I got home that I realized the pedicure was chipped (on the FIRST DAY that I got it). I asked to see if she can do some simple designs and she had to call her boss over who was originally there, but left and had to come back, because the girl that originally helped me out didn't know what the additional price for designs would be, didn't know how to do it, and couldn't communicate English much with me. I knew limited Mandarin and spoke with what I could that she gave her boss a heads up that I was able to understand them if they were to talk behind my back. She mentioned that they can put a flower sticker on my nails for a smaller fee than the designs I was originally thinking about getting and the boss kinda handled my nails roughly.. When payment came around and I showed them my screenshot of the Groupon deal I would've got if I purchased it online, the boss mentioned that it would be the price if I bought it online, but not the price the store accommodates..? I was kinda annoyed by this, because all of the stores that I've been to for Groupon always matches the discounted Groupon price, but they did not here. I paid it anyway considering it as a tip for the boss and also tipped the nail tech that helped me out since she massaged my feet and hands that was nice. My nails did not last for my trip with the girls at all the next few days and quickly chipped away, so I will not be coming back.

I was the only one at the salon so Moon came to me immediately. I told her that I wanted an ombre french tip with dip powder and asked if she could do it. She said yes and proceeded to waste my time for TWO. HOURS. Here's a break down of the timeline since it's important, and I told Moon when I booked my appointment that I had work at 3PM and needed to leave before then. 1PM - my appointment 3PM - work began for me and I needed to leave by then During my manicure, Moon was getting frustrated because she couldn't do it. When I noticed that she was attempting to give me a classic french tip instead of an ombre, I flat out asked her if she knew how to do it. That's when she admitted that she doesn't know how. At this point, I had been at the salon for an hour and I told her that I would be fine with a classic french tip if it was easier for her. Guys. SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO DIP POWDER!!! I don't know why she even offers it as a service. My manicure came out lumpy and the tips were awful, they weren't clean. When I inspected them, she sheepishly asked, "they look bad, huh?" GIRL, YES! At that point, it was 2:40PM. So I said, "Moon, you're aware I have work in 20 minutes. Where can we go from here?" She said she's better at gel and she could do that for me instead, so we proceeded. Even with gel, the manicure didn't look really good because she tacked on the gel on top of the powder she put on. I have natural nails so she put SO MUCH product on my actual nails that the products began to chip two days later and my actual nails started to break. At the end of my manicure, Moon charged me $50. She didn't offer a discount for wasting two hours of my life for the worst manicure I've ever had. On top of that, after I paid, she said "see you next week!" I asked her what she meant because I did NOT give her any indication that I wanted to return. She replied "so I could fix your nails." Umm, excuse me?? Why would I EVER return to your awful salon for your terrible skills??? Plus, she had charged me full price -- did that mean she'd do the same if I were to have returned for her to try to salvage what she wrecked? I just told her that I wouldn't return. The technician kept telling me that my lashes were too curly from the last session but eyelash always gets messy after a month after getting this done due to the lashes growing. It was pretty painful as the liquid she put on my lashes went inside the corner of my eye, she pulled on my lashes too straighten them and it hurt so bad my eyes started getting really watery. I was hoping that the pain would be worth it at the end, but my lashes barely curled and looks messy. She said she also put on some conditioner on my lashes since some were super curly but the next day, realized you need to yank them out since they were like gel consistency. I washed my face twice and saw it wouldn't come off, so I tried gently rubbing on my eyes with a a tip and regardless lost 6 lashes on one eye. I'm sure this place works for some people but since I have sensitive eyes, I will be going somewhere else Pics: it's only been ~24 hrs and my lashes are already straight and isn't curly. The side pic shows half are curled half are already straight follow up : I understand my lashes are damaged but I have never been to a lash lift place where damaged lashes don't lift and get flatter. If anything, they just come out messy. I've been doing lash lifts for over three years, and for the price that's charged, the shop should have let me know my lashes were too damaged to work on upfront than wasting my time for money.

Little did they know, I am Vietnamese and understood every single insulting word they said. It is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and toxic to trash-talk the very clients keeping your business open right to their faces. I will never step foot in this salon again, and I highly recommend others take their business elsewhere to a place that actually respects its customers.

I've had Stella and sunny as my nail techs and both are great! Typically, I do my own gel nails but they don't last as long as getting them done here. These nails last me upwards to a month with no issues so I always get them done before a vacation or a long trip. I always get an almond shape with builder gel and something's gelx if I have a broken nail. I get more simple nail designs but they always nail it. Appointments are usually 1.5-2 hours long , wifi is available and seems more like an appointment only salon.
