Idk why everyone has such bad reviews they did a beautiful job with my nails. And the ladies are super nice!

    Broken nail on each hand

I keep going back to this shop hoping it gets better but I give up. Paid $150 for a fill, pedicure, and brow tint and a week later I'm missing 2 nails. Last time, I was missing 4 nails. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I shouldn't have tipped them.

Literally a bad experience I went for a pedicure and full set the pedicure was okay my nails I asked for a 3-D design they weren't able to do it so they asked me if I wanted something else I was like sure because I had to get some thing because my nails were white it was too simple they ended up putting some golden strips on my nails which they're coming off their cricket and this morning I noticed one of my nails It's going sideways and the golden strips are all bad Never again going to this place and o pay $ 152 I was so pissed off

With how many bad reviews there are of this place, I did not have a bad experience. The only downside was my wait time, I had a girl come in after me & get her pedicure first. I wasn't too happy but I had a free margarita so I wasn't complaining too much. Heidi did my acrylics and she actually took her time, I think she did a good job.

I've been going here pretty much since it opened and the vast majority of the time, my manicures are well done (usually gel) and last 3-4 week's easy with no cracking, peeling, chips. It's usually done quickly, no trouble. I enjoy the beverage they provide and I enjoy socializing with other patrons. I often go with friends and rarely do we have a long wait, if any wait at all. I never make an appointment-I just don't have that kind of schedule and I've always been accommodated. I don't mind not having the same technician so I'm willing to be flexible for the walk-in privilege. It's by far not the cheapest place I've ever been but their fees are posted on the wall directly behind you if you are at the front counter and they have fee sheets (along with package offerings) at each station. Communicating can be a challenge, but I so admire the Vietnamese staff! They have moved to a new to them country and work hard for their money. Be patient and be prepared to explain if you want something different. I've learned about natural medicine, cooking, immigration and more from the nicest people. They are frequently quiet if you do not reach out to visit with them. I did not give them 5 stars for a couple reasons. Item number one is that they prefer cash-and since I usually do everything via Debit Card, that sometimes is a frustration because they want me to pay ATM fees so they get cash and don't have to pay credit card fees. I don't like that. I always try and remember to get the cash I need but sometimes... and item number two is their practice of always asking about waxing. I'm sure they are instructed to solicit alternate profit streams but it's every single time I'm in there and it can get tedious (especially since waxing is not an option for me!).

I cannot tell you how bad this place is. Fake pedicures with pretend motions. Asked the "technician" why she didn't buff my nails or cut cuticle and she replied "I did, you just didn't see". Really??! I'm watching the whole time!! Ridiculous and insulting...I urge you to stay away, worse place to get your pedi in pdx!! Too bad there isn't a negative star.

    Crooked along the top.

I unfortunately snapped a nail off the night before so I went in just to fix one nail. Of course she isn't my regular woman so I didn't expect her to make my nails identical, but she has my one nail so off I was better off leaving it broken! The woman in chair 15 for one failed to even acknowledge me when i sat. She starts on my nails cuts me then didn't think to even apologize. Well after she thinks shes done I look my new nail is way longer than my other thumb. Ask her to please correct the length. Look the 2nd time the shape is horrible. I once again ask to please correct my nail. She attempts to but it's still longer & obviously not even the same type of coffin. Its wide, crooked cutting & bleeding. I shouldn't have to ask a third time to correct what I keep pointing out! So I told her God bless & left.

    Fuck this salon.

I've come here every 2-3 weeks for almost a year. Occasionally I'd get a few good techs but they're so few and far between that it's not worth coming unless you schedule an appointment with someone who's good at what they do. This place was my first acrylic overlay set and today, I spent almost 45 minutes removing layers of their shitty fills. (After waiting an hour) I've asked multiple salons and people who've had their acrylic nails removed what the normal process for removing acrylic nails is. And EVERY SINGLE PERSON has said "soak with acetone" not only did this tech not do this but she VENGEFULLY pulled my acrylic from my nails before deciding to soak, (thanks Annie - enjoy your $10 tip and unemployment). My nails are in so much pain I can hardly use my hands, and I'm thoroughly pissed. And before you say "maybe you didn't tip enough..." I tip plenty and each time they look surprised. Probably because they're use to doing such a shit job and treating their customers like so. Heed my warning. DO NOT GO HERE!

Susu gave me the best pedicure ever. She paid attention to detail and got me looking right. I've been coming here awhile now and the service is always amazing! They also listen to you if there's something you want done differently, without attitude!! Which I feel like is rare at salons. This is truly my favorite nail salon and I refuse to go anywhere else. Not to mention the affordable pricing. They also have nice massage chairs and complimentary refreshments.

This was the second time I returned to do my lashes and repair broken nails…read more The first time I came, there was an unbelievable amount of gel on the bottom of my nails, which made my nails, terribly painful and uncomfortable. They didn't take the drill out or smooth it or anything just very sloppy very rough very aggressive. Because of the remodel, I was not able to get my scheduled fill for lashes I had discussed with management that when they would open that I would get my fill at a discounted rate or if needed a full set at a discounted rate. It seemed like today there was confusion and well I was given an eyelash technician. SHe was very aggressive very rough highly inappropriate she snatched the fan out of my hand after I told her that my eyes were sensitive and she responded by saying no your eyes are not sensitive She said your eyes aren't even watering. I said, excuse me, but these are my eyes and they're sensitive and she got glue in my eyes. She poked my eyes, and I had also heard her speaking about me in Vietnamese mixed with English. At this point, I was uncomfortable and asked her if she could complete it because I wanted to leave. I sat there for about an hour, listening to her talk badly about me in my face. She spoke badly about my skin. She spoke badly about my eyelashes, and she even spoke badly about my ethnicity. I expressed how uncomfortable I was an only paid because I was very upset and wanted to get out of there immediately because my eyes were in pain. I mean, they are dry. I have reached out and haven't heard anything back in response and I plan on contacting the board of cosmetology and I plan on getting a full refund but Hay if you want to go and get your nails done there is a guy and he actually repaired my nails really well in there, but everybody else is really rushed really rude. Also if you want to spend a lot of money and listen to people speak badly about you in Vietnamese because it's their establishment then go right on ahead but I'm licensed in and there's nowhere where it says you can't speak in your native tongue but why would you speak badly about paying customers? Everybody has Translate on their phone I will be posting the transcript on Instagram and be doing a live about this as well. lunastarr__ don't supporting people who shouldn't have businesses I don't care what your ethnicity is this has to stop !
