Explained a lot, scheduled my visit to have them installed (I bought on Amazon). The following Monday morning I arrived at my appointed time and did the additional paperwork with Miranda. She was smart, kind and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner and when the total bill was presented, it was actually less than I expected! They pushed my truck to the side and now I've been waiting for an hour after they said it will be done at 5pm. This place sucks and isn't what it use to be. It's a shame cause I really had a budget of about 15k to spend on upgrading my truck and I spend about 6 or 7 with 4W before I decided I cannot willingly give my money to people who act bothered when i walk in and have no respect for your time. They stall, avoid, misdirect and play stupid as much as possible. Re training is a must for the staff. The only time I ever get a smile out of anyone there is when they are running a credit card. I can't thanks enough the amazing customer service and attentions from Alex and all the crew at this location. I purchased wheels and tires online on their website to upgrade the originals of the F-150 and came in to get it install today by appointment. The measurements and size were suggested by another tire place and unfortunetly the installation was not going as expected because size and vehicle. However, Alex was very helpful, kind, courteous and professional found solutions to all the issues and was able to accommodate the full installation of a new leveling kit, wheels and tires today. That is an hours long job and they got it done while I wait so I didn't drive back home with a problem. Alex really care about customers and it shows. Few things have occurred. And in all fairness, I have given them three tries! The wait is ridiculous, no social distancing, no cleaning and no one is forced to wear their masks once inside, reminder we are in the peak of COVID, state has mandated masks and cleaning are mandatory, except here! 1- The service from the sales reps is great if they are making commission, If they are not making their commission then forget customer service! 2- Ordered and paid for in FULL a soft top (over $2k), the company who delivered the item massacred the box and they offered to send it back to the manufacturer for replacement; DUH of-course send it back, the box was beyond damaged and even the sales re is saying they wouldn't accept the deliver... so wait another week or so. Fine with is cause we want an item that is in the NEW condition we paid for! 2- Waiting for soft top replacement ($2k+ already paid) order new floor mats ($300), sun mesh top ($80) and other items ($200+}... over a week and no one calls to let us know it has arrived, as they advised us would happen when purchasing and making that commission on us! 3- Scheduled and paid in full for a soft top installation, upon arrival we are advised the hard top had to be removed prior to arrival! They admit its their mistake for not advising us not only once but twice! First chance when they scheduled it and we paid in FULL, 2 chance when we call to find out if the part arrived or did we have to reschedule! Ok, figured their mistake, they will remove the top, yes but now we needed to add the cost of two hours of labor to remove the hard top oh, paid for 5 hour book install, arrived at 9am.... right now its 5:50pm and they are still not done! I purchased a set of RockSlide power retractable side steps for my new 2021 Ford Bronco. It is a 2 door, so it was difficult to get the steps in the first place. Once they arrived, I called another dealer that I have done business with before and they said they wouldn't install them. I called 4 Wheel Parts and they set an appointment for me the next week. The resulting installation was professional and looks good on the Bronco. They ever called to determine where I would like the disengage switch placed. They went the extra mile! Truck had a crab walk so i brought it up to here to have them check it out. After waiting for a few hours they came to the solution the lift i had on the truck had the wrong leaf springs. They kept it for a little longer to try and fix the issue, they couldn't resolve since the leaf spring was in fact the wrong part. They only charged me for 1 hour labor vs a 8 hour job. John there helped me and i will recommend him again and again. Super helpful and a great guy. read more

Horrible customer service, installation of equipment on my jeep was poorly done, had electrical problems after installation, talked to a manager (Alex) and explain all the issues, he offer a lot of ways to fix the problem but at the end they refuse to take care of any the problems, and try to profit for a problem that was originated by their lack of experience and professionalism. Horrible customer service! got some off roads lights for my vehicle and they stop working after 2 weeks, they did a horrible job, had to take my vehicle to another shop to get it done correctly, all they say was that the lights were working at time of install and they are not responsible after the vehicle leave the premises unless you have their insurance. Also the vehicle was not ready at the time they schedule for pick up. Had to wait for two hours at the shop. read more

I had my a larger tank put in at the Dallas location but while in Florida, the tank was found with a manufactured defect and leaked. It seemed as if I would be stranded in Florida but 4 wheel parts stepped up and helped me out, we got another tank here, they swapped it out and I was back on the road within a lil over a week! I took my jeep and was told it would be checked out for free since I purchased parts from them, talked to and advisor and was told I need a few up grade on my suspension, after then having it for a week they said it was done so the final bill can out to 1800 , when I picked up the jeep and drove it back home it as soon as I hit 60 on the highway it had a terrible wobble , I took it back and the said the parts usually take some time to break in so they swapped it out with a cheaper one , so finally after they said it was done I returned and had a mechanic and myself drive it on the highway snd it seem to be fine, they also said that they replace the front axel gasket because it was leaking and I park it on my driveway all the time and I never notice a leak, so the manger said they do that as a requirement whenever the change parts on the suspension which I found odd, they also said I had a bent control arm in the back and they would cover the labor but I had to pay for the price and when I was test driving it I mention to the mechanic that my front headlight was off and it was working perfectly fine when it arrived at there shop he said it was probably a loose wire... so a couple of weeks pass and I decided to call them on the headlight i forgot to mention I also purchase a aftermarket horn and they probably loosen or my wires got loose , so upon talking with the shop manager he told me that he mention the headlight and I told him I don't remember him mentioning it or I would of told him if he could fix it ingot upset and I called him a liar, and I said I will never buy or to come to that shop... i just want to write this review because they did a few things fishy and didn't want anyone to have the same experience I did IF YOU ASK ME THERE IS NO STAR TO GIVE THEM read more

Went in to have a previous 4 Wheel Parts installation inspected because I was hearing a rattle noise. They came to me with a hand written note saying my rear axle seals were leaking (just had replaced by another 4 Wheel Parts), and a few other items. I explained that I recently had both rear axel seals replaced by another store and showed my receipt. The guy tells me he can't find the work accomplished in their system because they are on a different system than the other store. So, I asked for a quote, was told I'd have one emailed to me that afternoon. No quote. Next day, no quote. The third day, no quote. I called on the third day and was told they are busy with walk-ins and that I'd get a quote later that day....no quote. I checked my axel seals and noted no leakage. The only thing I did find from their list was the left front shock blown out. Typical for that particular shock, I was told. I really don't like going into this place. I would not recommend. Once I find another Jeep shop in the area, I'll stop going to 4 Wheel Parts altogether. read more

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado last year with 40,000 miles on it. A 1500 Z71 extended cab- 8ft bed, I service and repair cranes and heavy equipment, I have a cross the bed tool box and 2 side boxes and a job box next to the cross box, arou 4 to 5 thousand lbs of weight wit tools, I drove it for a year and started to feel the ride getting rough, the bed of trluck was sitting on the bump stops so the shocks weren't working and the front shocks were rusting out from being origin from up north, took it to 4 Wheel Parts and spoke to Alex Colon in sales, He suggested that I add a leaf spring to rear with new Bilstein shocks and Bilstein adjustable shocks to front set at a 2 in lift to level truck, started on truck around 10 am on a Saturday morning and was done at 4:30 Saturday evening and that included a front end alignment, since that time I have drove to Louisiana and Atlanta, the ride feels like the truck is riding on air , very smooth, hardy feel the bumps, turns a lot better and don't really feel the weight in the bed of truck, have a gain of 2 miles per gallon also, the 2 in stance looks great, looked like a low rider for awhile Thanks: Alex for your expertise and the nice look and the comfortable ride read more

Trash service!!!! Scheduled an appointment to have my axle seal replaced. 9am appointment to be done by 12pm. I drove almost 1.5 hours and brought all necessary parts in for them to complete the task. Just before 12pm, I received a phone call stating, nothing has been started (just 30 minutes before the proposed finish time) because a piece was missing (even though I knew I had provided it). They state they could order it and have it completed by end of day (5pm). I agree because at this point I have no other choice. I receive another call around 4pm, just for them to tell me they found the piece I brought in that had been misplaced by one of the staff and the new pick up time will be 7-8pm or I can just pick up my car another day as if I do not have a job or life that I need to prioritize. I pick up my car at 7:30pm and they try to tell me I didn't pay a deposit. Luckily, I had a receipt. I spoke with the manager again and had to demand some type of discount because even after all the inconvenience his shop caused, he did not offer one. Extremely unprofessional service, would not recommend this place to a rat!!!! read more

Less than a week ago, I had an Airlift 7500 XL air bag system installed on my F-350. The following day I noticed the heat shied was not installed on the exhaust pipe, as called out in the instruction manual. I called them regarding the missing heat shield, and was told "the clamps provided in the kit for the heat shield were too short to fit around the exhaust pipe resonator". I would have expected them to come up with a way to install that heat shield, since it could damage the brand new air bag. I am very disappointed I wasn't told about the heat shield problem when I left their shop. I would not recommend doing business with 4WP Orlando. read more

During the conversation the man helping us raised his voice for no reason & wouldn't let us finish and was super rude. Horrible customer service and wouldn't go back in for anything. Was not very impressed by the work done on my jeep. Had a hitch installed and had to go back the next day because the lights on the jeep would not turn on. It would've been nice if they would've check their work prior to handing me the keys. Also, the electrical part that was installed had to be replaced because they put in a nonworking one. So, I went in the next day to get it replaced, they were nice about it but I asked the manager for a discount, hoping for a 20% discount for having to go through the trouble of taking time off to drive out there again. All I got was a $25 gift card. I was not very impressed with the service here as I fear getting something big done would have me very worried about whether or not they will do a good job. read more

Bought our lift kit from 4wheelparts. When I ordered it over the phone for pickup in the store, I asked a few specific questions about additional parts that we would need. They told me, "Nooooo you won't need anything else!" Which to say the least was not the case! They obviously didn't care, or didn't know. Also, not the politest people at the counter. I walked in, and out of the 3 or 4 people I seen behind the counter, no one said a word to me until they were good and ready. Only 1 of them was helping another customer, of whom was the only other person in the store front. Spent 5k on a lift, tires, wheels, and to fix my undercover top. I'm a Year out and the topper isn't fixed. The wheels they stripped the bolt on the center cap which flew off within a month. Still no center cap. They didn't adjust the lights after a lift so everyone was flashing me brights. Place was a waste of money. I expected them to be the best. They were far from it. read more

We recently bought a lifted Chevy truck and went in to ask about redoing the front end, cost, labor, time, etc. We were given a printed quote with all that. We said we wanted to make an appointment so the person helping us told us they were booked through the week and that we could come Tuesday of the next week. Tuesday comes and we stop to drop off the truck. The same person told us he didn't make an appointment for us because we didn't pay a deposit to order the parts. Had he told us that we needed to do that, we would have done it when we were there the first time. Then he tells us they are booked through the week again and we would have to wait another week. We make an appointment and show up at 9 am to drop the truck off. When we get there we find out that the parts weren't in yet. Even better, they were ordered 4 days after he scheduled the appointment! What?! So a tracking number says the parts will be in later that day. We leave the truck. Next day, call in around 10 and they tell us the truck will be done around noon. Call around noon and they tell us it's not done yet and that it won't be done until closing time, around 6, if it even gets done today. What's worse is that each time we called, the person answering was rude and sounded irritated that we were even calling to check on our truck. This place has the WORST!!!! customer service of any company I have ever been to. We will NEVER give our business to these clowns ever again!!! I hope the owner of this business reads this, because I want you to know you have a terrible business and rude employees. Rest assured we have many many friends in the offroad community and we will warn them and tell them to warn all of their friends about your joke of a business. read more
