Staff was friendly and listened to my concerns and even put an add on part on for no extra labor. Gave me a reasonable quote to fix a leaking topper and I will be back when funds are available to get that work done. Great customer service from Tony so ask for him when you go by or call. I had a fellow fireman come and get a topper installed on his silverado 2500, when he left the Orange park location he heard a terrible noise which ended in $4300 dollars of damage because his mechanical Emergency brake was applied applied and never turned off the whole time the work was being done. When he brought the truck back to explain the issue after he had a mechanic look at it, they told him they wouldn't pay a dime or even be civil enough to have a conversation. These same people who provide services to the fire department, and i am sure other public services, would treat a decent guy like that. read more

for all you who are fixing to purchase a bedliner under the rail, make sure they ask you if you got a cap. I purchased it through Jamie the Internet salesman and not once they asked me if I had a top on the bed and when I went to the store to pay for it so they could order it that gentleman never asked me if I had a cap on the bed. When I arrived to have it installed, they said that you got a cap on the bed and it will be $125 to remove it and reinstall it after the bedliner has been installed not once. Not once did the Internet salesman nor the salesman at the store asked me until I got there so make sure they ask you if you if you got a cap on your letter truck . I returned it and Jason ordered the right part- it came in two days later and we scheduled installation the same day. 45 minutes later it was done, demonstrated and has worked flawlessly since then. Well I finally got a new truck and wanted to see what was available to customize my vehicle. I went on line and could see that there is a LOT of cool things I need. The first thing I wanted was the window vents. On line, 5 day, and the shipping cost was insane. I called Cap World and pick them up the next day. When I went into the store they had all kinds of extras I wanted on my truck. The good part is I could actually have hands on and see the quality of the products and the cost. The staff was very businesslike as well as friendly and knowledgeable on all the product. Very easy to speak with. The store looks a little old but do not let that stop you. Cap World did the job that I requested. I purchased the window guards to keep wind and rain from entering the car. My issue was when I purchase again from them the guy told me he would install at no charge. I should have had he sign my paperwork on my sales slip. He lied and charged me again away. Would I recommend them to my friends not really. The other thing that made me a bit mad when I got home the back window unit wasn't installed correctly but I fixed it myself. read more

I purchased a new GMC AT4 that had factory installed bed boxes. I have used Cap World in the past and loved the products they installed. The bed utility boxes presented a unique problem as most tonneau covers use c-clamps to install the top rails. There wasn't enough clearance to do this. Jason suggested we try the Tonneau cover for the Carbon Pro model to see if it would resolve the problem and not have to remove the bed boxes. Unfortunately the Carbon Pro model did not resolve the clearance issue and we had to ultimately remove the boxes from the bed. I ended up with Bak Flip 4, and I'm extremely happy with the results. Other truck accessory superstores simply said we can't help. I found that the willingness to help, and then offer solutions to a unique situation sets Cap World of Orlando apart from the other truck accessory stores. It's also evident based on the volume of dealerships and government agencies that use them, there a very few issues with service and quality. Highly recommended! read more

If installation takes more time than what was specified due to unforseen issues, they are very sympathetic about the delay and provide you updated time in when it will be completed. First of all, let me be the 2nd review on here who actually has something positive and truthful to say. I've been to capworld over 6 times. I have had them install my toolbox, which I bought from them at an excellent price. I also bought all season floor mats at a great price. I bought a bull bar which they installed and got at an excellent price on, I had a them install tail light guards on my truck and they also installed LED lights on my truck on which I brought to them. I can go on but there is no need to on what I bought and had done but I don't have to since there installation and customer service is superb. Jeff, the manager goes out of his way to make sure his customers are completely satisfied before leaving capworld. Chris is excellent in installation. The entire staff is knowledgable. Just because they know more than people who want to be the first to write the first review of capworld doesn't make capworld staff rude. I've never had nothing but positive and great experiences here. I only come here for products and installation since they know what they are doing and know how to treat every customer right. I could have said nothing. Probably would have said nothing. But...they asked. They asked me to go out and publish a positive review on 'social media'. And...that was like waking up the feelings of regret I had from that purchase. One of those things that you chalk up to experience. I did think long and hard about what I wanted to do, and even considered doing the work myself after watching some youtube videos. At some point, I decided to leave this in the hands of professionals, since this was a 'measure twice, drill once' scenario. What never occurred to me was the possibility of spending $400+ on parts and labor and coming up with a result that didn't do what I wanted to do. The people that worked there are nice. They gave me a quote ahead of time and everything was looking up, even though I did notice the cartoon signs around that indicated that customers wanted too much. I recall one sign that said "It's a truck, not a submarine". I brought my truck in to reseal the topper and install some roof racks. I had a leak on the corners, and I thought this was a good time to have racks mounted. I never thought it might still be leaking after that, or that the racks would look crooked...never even thought about that for a minute. The place is full of examples of really good looking truck stuff, magazines with Ford Raptors dressed all the way out...this would be the place where it gets done way better than I could do it, right? This is the place where race truck drivers get their modifications done. All I can say is that I am very happy that a new Raptor and high-end Thule racks were not in this equation. I did communicate with the manager and he advised me that the racks were installed correctly. We didn't talk about the leaking...this is pretty much why I never went back. Once the deed was done, it was too late to say, whoa...that's good for ladders, but not surfboards. If you want something to take away, I'd say, be very active in watching the work done on your truck, don't just rely on the judgement of Capworld. read more

I purchased a Roll N Lock from Cap World 3 weeks ago. It became our of line within 2 weeks. I took it back on 7-29 and they made an adjustment. The very 1st time I opened and closed it within 2 hours, it was again out of adjustment. By the way, this is the 2nd bed cover that I have purchased from Cap World in the last year. the first one, a BacFlip, fell apart wtihin 6 months. Cap World at 5350 E. To my surprise, they had a substantial amount of products I wanted I stock and they were able to do same day installs. The installers of the roll n lock tonneau cover gave me a functionally test and went over and above with service. I see some people say they are pricey, well I did not find that too be true.
