Super big place with many donut choices and variety choices of boba drinks and sandwiches plus pastries. There is a corner seating area in the back of the shop with lottery machine over looking the parking lot. Big and easy parking lot , clean, bright and spacious shop. The owners (couple husband & wife) are very nice, friendly and accommodating. The donuts are quite good, abit sweet for me but loving it, sweet tooth time of the week. read more

This place makes delicious doughnuts for an affordable price! The lady at the counter is a total sweetheart. They have a variety of options available so it's always fun to get a little bit of everything. Cake Doughnuts- Dense but soft and crumbly. Love the light crisp in the exterior. The glazed chocolate and maple ones are my favorite. Yeast Doughnuts- Light and airy with a good amount of chewiness. My favorites are the glazed with sprinkles, such a childhood favorite. Hadn't been here before, so used the TooGoodToGo app to grab a box of treats to share at the office for my bday. I paid $7.50 and got 18 donuts!!! Customer Service is top notch, both employees were very friendly. Super convenient spot on a major street just off the 57 freeway. Near lots of office/business park areas. I will definitely be back to try other menu items, their in-house made bagels are huge, and they offer sandwiches with them as well. read more

The 405 Donut shop came into my life through TooGoodToGo. I picked up my surprise bag and the counter staff went above and beyond and even warmed up one of the pastries for me without requesting this. The surprise box was plentiful and heavy. Shout out to the traditional donut shops! You are a reminder that you don't need to be fancy to crank out DELICIOUS treats. Our favorite was a donut that was also reminiscent of a cinnamon roll. YUM! And then came their croissant...OMG. I don't usually actually like them, but DAMN it was buttery flaky goodness. Now I want to try one of their breakfast sandwiches on the croissant. I forgot to take a photo of what I bought. I was overtaken by the glorious aroma of donuts, cinnamon, and sugar. Next time, I promise. Heads up - they have a private parking lot shared with their neighbors. So parking shouldn't be an issue. And there's a 50 cent fee for CC charges. read more

I'm a huge fan of local mom-n-pop shop and this place certainly deserves a shout out. I stopped by to pick up an assorted box to bring to work. The owner was so kind and generous and super friendly. Their baked goods display looks delicious. Their store has such a charm to it, It's inviting and nostalgic. The price is unbeatable compared to all the other donut places around. Ordered from this place via Uber Eats and I was really happy with my order! We ordered bagel sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, donuts, strudels, donut holes, and muffins and they came in little packages. We also ordered thai tea and mocha iced coffee and both were pretty delish. They were courteous when they didn't have something available and gave us a call to see what they can replace it with. Everything we ordered was good! The only ones that were just okay was the strudels, but it's still not bad. Really pleased with the sugar raised donut, a classic for me. It's not too dense but just right. I love that a dozen donuts is $15! There's a good selection of donuts, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. The woman who helped me was nice and accommodating. This place has a great selection of tasty donuts and the friendliest woman behind the counter. She asked me if I had kids at home and gave me extra cronut holes and a fruity pebble donut. I ordered several chocolate donuts with nuts and raspberry filed donuts thru Door Dash and since all the had were the crap chocolate on chocolate donuts that nobody wants, they decided to ignore my request and just give me the last end of day donuts that nobody wants and think that writing a note on the box would make it ok, it doesn't. $15 for a dozen donut. I was on the run, the owner was nice, got what I needed. He greeted me said hi. Not much small talk, but I was in a rush. Donut shop business is no joke, they work hard and are always open. So show some kindness. I try to support mom and pop donuts shops whenever I thought it was pretty good and fresh. 405 Donut is hands down the best donut shop that I have visited in a very long time. Their donuts were not only fresh but they tasted delicious. The French cruller was the best EVER. It had a soft airy texture with a slightly moist center that taste like vanilla custard. I could have eaten a dozen of them. I also thought that the vanilla old fashioned was outrageously delicious. I stopped by for an early dinner on my way back to San Diego last weekend. My friend and I each got the bulgogi garlic noodles (I added the egg but for $2.50 not sure it added a lot of flavor or value to the dish), shared the wings and an order fries. I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee on the cashier's recommendation--good suggestion, nice flavor without an overpowering amount of sugar. The wings were fantastic. Fries were fair, good portions and flavorful. I liked the noodles but weren't blown away. Everything was very soft, not a lot of textural change. The portion was generous with lots of bulgogi beef. The service was great--friendly and responsive. They have a small lot which was fine at 530pm on Sunday but probably problematic at lunch or normal dinner hours. My one complain was dirty dining room. Maybe it was just after the lunch rush, but the tables and floor could have used some wiping and the trash cans were full. Nice easy meal stop off the freeway at Orange.

I was never a huge Jersey Mike's fan until I came to this location, and now it's becoming my go-to…read moresandwich spot. The shop is located in a plaza with plenty of parking, and is always clean with plenty of seating. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and takes the time to prepare your sandwich exactly as you want it, no matter how busy they are (and they always have people in there). I've had a variety of sandwiches here with no complaints, but I think their BLT is damn near perfect; it's got plenty of bacon and is one of the best BLTs I've ever had (get it Mike's Way with some cherry pepper relish, you won't regret it). An excellent sandwich experience that I can't get enough of!

Instead of simply asking for clarification, the cashier responded in a way that felt unprofessional and dismissive. She laughed, repeatedly stared at me, and shook her head while staring at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed over what was a very minor mistake. Additionally, I noticed another employee who was adding toppings had her hair hanging down over the food and it was not pulled back or secured. This raised a food safety concern for me and added to my overall discomfort during the visit. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but customers should be treated with basic courtesy, and food handling standards should be consistently followed. This experience was disappointing and not what I've come to expect from Jersey Mike's. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed. I usually enjoy your food and service and hope this was an isolated incident.
