Let me start by saying my review is not on the food but on the service that was given to me today. I arrived around 9:30 PM where a young girl wearing a white t-shirt was at the registers. I walked up to the truck and and noticed she was on her phone. It took her 15 min for her to start taking my order. Finally she asked me what I wanted to order. I told her I wanted to order a tofu plate with white rice and a New York Steak plate with fried rice. The young girl told me if I wanted the tofu or the new York steak plate. I had to clearly tell her 3 times want I wanted. The young girl finally wrote down my order and charged me for both plated $29 with some change. Once I got my change she told me that it was a 45 min wait, witch i think she should tell customers that first. I walked away and waited in my car. It took them about 1hr to call my number (98). I walked up to the left side of the truck where there was a guy wearing eye glasses with a black hat that asked me for my number. I told him I was number 98 and handed me a bag witch it was only one plate. I asked the man where was my other plate I order and paid for. The man rudely told me I only see here on my paper you only paid for one plate. I walked over to the right side of the truck and asked the young lady why didn't she tell them my order correctly. She rudely responded, you told me you didn't want it no more, I said what do you mean you charged me for two plates, she laughed and said oh I'm sorry I guess I didn't put in in. The guy with eye glasses and black hat told her to tell that I need to wait for my food (30 min). I immediately told her I didn't not want the food no more and to give me my refund. She rudely gave me my refund and said next to speak clearly. I later found out the guy with the eye glasses and black hat is the owner of the truck. I will never go again and will tell my family and friend to not go so they wont get treated that way. read more

Food is great but the customer service provided by employees isn't good. Tried to call in because there is a long wait usually. When I called in at 10:02 they said they don't accept phone orders after 10pm, which is understandable. So I still drove over 30 minutes to get food from here. While here waiting on my food, which was 30+ minutes another customer was able to call in and receive their food while I was STILL waiting for my food to be ready. When asked about it, all they had to say was "sorry" and laughed it off. Plus there is very little lobster in the meal as well for $20+tax. read more

Keeping it honest, for a plate that costs $32 (steak and chicken) it's really overpriced. If the food tasted good and it was high quality then I understand the price. The plate fills you up if you eat the 5 pounds of rice they give you. Not stopping anyone from going but I'd rather spend $32 on something good. Average food, very overpriced.
