Finally got to try Let's Pho 2 its hidden in the little corner where Seafood City is. This place needs more customers cause the food and service was great ! We started with the fried Thai chicken appetizer, which was so good. It came with this green sour dipping sauce that was absolutely bomb and paired perfectly with the crispy chicken. I ordered the Combination Pho, and the broth was incredibly flavorful. It honestly didn't even need any extra hoisin or sriracha it was delicious on its own, which says a lot about a good pho broth. We also tried the Bangkok Wonton Noodles, and the best way I can describe it is like if a Chinese beef noodle soup and a Thai boat noodle had a wonton noodle baby. Such a unique combination, and it totally worked. Definitely something I'd order again. The food and service were both amazing. Everything came out fresh, and everyone was super friendly. I'd absolutely recommend this place, and I can't wait to come back to work my way through the rest of the menu. Tried this place for the first time. The lady who helped us was very nice and polite. I make authentic pho myself so I know what pho should smell and taste like. We got beef pho. The broth did not smell like pho, more like burnt or smoked beef, I couldn't tell to be honest. No hints of cinnamon, star anise, cardamom or fish sauce or any other seasoning pho should have. The food was very disappointing overall for us. Maybe the Thai food is better, idk. Bathroom was not clean. The floors were dirty and the hand soap was empty. My bf and I have been seeing this restaurant for awhile and today we went ahead and tried it. When we first came in I was so grateful to feel the cold AC hitting my face since it's super hot outside. It's nice and clean inside and plenty of seats to sit in. The service was great and the food WAS sooo good! My bf got the chicken Pho and I'm usually not a fan since I like my beef broth but the chicken and chicken broth was so good and flavorful that I kept stealing from my boyfriend's food. The usual monthly dilemma when my son craves pho and I crave Thai food was solved with an AI chat that found us a place which served both which is a rarity. Pulled up and was instantly put off by the overflowing trash and odor right next to the door entrance. No bueno. Small very basic and severely outdated interior with bathrooms serious need of cleaning and remodeling big time. Some new blinds one until it's either looks very worn down. The seats and tables were nice. I had a pad thai which was drenched in sweet chili oil but in a good way maybe a little too much but overall it was solid and the shrimp actually did not taste like plastic they tasted like real wild shrimp. I really enjoyed my pho the broth was very tasty and the beef was soft, easy to chew. Once all toppings and noddles mixed together, the broth turned a little darker and it was more rich in flavor. I haven't had great pho in a long time. Everything tasted like it was home made. I think even the dumplings my son had were made fresh and wasn't pre-packaged.
