By clicking on the menu item, adding to cart, and pressing order is how we order!! PS You pay after you eat when he comes by with the card scanner. Apple Pay is accepted!! Lan immediately made us feel comfortable by playing ambient music and turning on the TVs in the space. It felt like I was being treated into his household for a meal, that's how personable and sweet it felt!!! I got the mix small sashimi (15 pcs) and enjoyed the melty, juicy and fresh sushi he cut for us. It was high quality and not slimy. There was some citrus accents accompanying it with fresh lime, lemon, and orange on the platter. The salmon mango cup was super fresh and deliciously made. When first walking in the place, I had thought it was closed due to no one present. Not a second later, our host came out and greeted us with a big welcoming smile. He guided us to a table and directed us to a custom made website through a QR code, which was custom made. The website allowed us to order our foods. Tonkatsu Ramen & Mixed Small sashimi. We spoke to our host that we used to come to the restaurant for some ramen and we are very excited to try the restaurants new my sushi style. Later in our dinner, we would find out that our host, waiter and food runner is the owner!!! The owner, Lan, is currently running the place himself and hopes hire individuals to help him out when customers start coming in and the place gets busy. Food: Tonkatsu Ramen. The ramen was very delicious. It came with pork soup base, crispy fried pork, green onion, onion, half a boiled egg, broccoli and carrots!!! I love broccoli and finding it in my ramen was a first. The broccoli and carrots made the ramen feel more healthy. I found the ingredient a great touch. The crispy pork is what one would expect from a tonkatsu ramen. The broth was tasty and delicious and the noodles was filling. Overall the ramen is worth the try and worth the wait!!! Mixed Small Sashimi. The sashimi was compromised of Fresh salmon, tuna yellowtail sashimi 15 pieces. The salmon had two cuts, fatty and lean. Both were delicious and appetizing!! The tuna was thick, tender and delicious!!! The yellowtail was big wide and had a drizzle of sauce!! I was not able to ask what was in the sauce but nonetheless, it was delicious!!! Complimentary Mango Salmon. This was my favorite food of the night!!! The mango compliments the salmon so well!!! I love mangoes and I love salmon, so together it was AMAZING and Mind blowing!!! It also had avocado which added a nice creamy texture to all three!!! I was not able to find this item on the menu, so I hope next time I return to eat there, it will be available to the public!!! The ambiance as of right now is relaxing with music in the background. But I hope in the near future it becomes busy with a nice line of customers waiting to be seated and fed by Lan and his amazing menu of delicious foods!!! First time coming here and certainly not the last!! There is one very sweet kind man making the food and serving it so please be kind to him!! He literally opened a fresh pack of sashimi to slice specifically for our roll. You can tell this man is incredibly passionate about the food he serves and it reflects in the delicious taste!! My boyfriend and I went to My Sushi Style on a Tuesday afternoon. There were only a handful of reviews at the time but they were all positive, so we decided to take the leap and try it out. The host/sushi chef was very nice. All the rolls we ordered were really effin good, fresh, no fishy taste and large pieces. The mango was our favorite, the mango slices were actually sweet (not bland and tasteless). They gave us a mango drink on the house after complementing their mango sushi x100 lol. We'll definitely be back before more people find out about this place. What a pleasant little hidden gem. Atmosphere is 100%. Food is an 8/10 (to my standards lol). Service is on point!! Prices are decent. I do wish the gentleman who runs the place might hire someone to at least be a host. I felt very uncomfortable interrupting him to ask for anything so I just didn't. This is a one man show. What a wonderful experience! I was fortunate to try this new establishment "My Sushi Style" this week and wanted to share with everyone. The previous business at this location is no longer there and is now under a different Name. I walked only to be greeted by warm welcoming employee as I take in the large dinning room with plenty of seating for all party sizes. It was softly lit and pleasant to see compare to most other restaurants with office lighting and decor. The kind employee named "Lan" I believe had taken me to the front register where he shared a menu for me to browse. Their menu had a wide variety of foods which includes sushi rolls, sashimi, bento boxes, soups, appetizers , sides and more! I had ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen to go for the chilly night and Lan had immediately went to work. During our brief exchange while prepping my food, we were able to share about ourselves and our passion for Japanese Cuisine. After a short period of time, My order was ready. I was able to make a purchase and he thanked me for the business then asked to return to share our thoughts on the dish for the night. He even went out of his way to share a welcoming gift for us for our visit! I am happy to say that not only was the food well prepared and delicious but it was accompanied with a delicious side sushi roll for us to enjoy at home. Food, ambiance and service were beyond all expectations and for that I will be returning soon to continue to support this new establishment. First and foremost, it is a one man show which means there is one man who waits the tables, prepares the food and checks in on you. So I definitely will say that future patrons should keep that in mind and be patient and kind. If I see someone writing a review about how long they waited for their food or bla bla bla after I post this review, then 1) they cant read to save their life and 2) I TOLD YA SO. Because this honest man has passion and a dream, and I'll be damn if people write a terrible review because they can't be patient. Now moving on to the actual review. 1) Ambiance: so interestingly he hasnt changed the outside name which is Enjoy Bowl. I legit was confused in the parking lot for 5 minutes trying to find this place. The interior is nice, casual and spacious! The chef comes out with a warm welcome and even though english is obviously not his first language, his words and actions are honest and hospitable. 2) the food: the food is pretty good! Decently priced and portioned. I got the bento with chicken teriyaki and mixed tempura. The box was so filling and I absolutely love bentos because I want a little of everything. The salmon handroll was a handful keke and the seared tuna nigiri was divineeee. Overall, I would say the restaurant is a great addition to the valley which lacks sensible asian food. I went to try the hand roll set including California Roll, Tuna Roll, and Philadelphia Roll. They were so delicious, but my favorite one was those spicy tuna cucumber rolls.
