Never ever use these guys. On June 7 I had made reservations for a jumper waterslide with them a week before June 7. Called them many times that day told me 20 mins before my little girls birthday party that they are on there way. NEVER SHOWED UP MY LITTLE GIRL WAS CRYING MY GUEST WERE DISAPPOINTED. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY ( after calling ten different jumper companies for a specific jumper because all the kids were wearing there water gear ). I had to pay $80 extra for urgent order. Which didn't even have a jumper just water slide. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. There bunch of flakes. BEWARE IF THERE OVERBOOKED OR SOMETHING THEY WILL FLAKE ON YOU. LOOKS like THEY TAKE MORE RESERVATIONS THEN THEy CAN HANDLE. Bad way to do business never ever I will use them. My guest were so pissed they will also put there reviews in here. I would like to give this place 2 1/2 stars because my experience had both good and bad points. Good: *Jumper/slide was clean *Set-up was quick *Employees were polite Bad: *I filled out an online request form via their website in April and never heard anything. I called in early June, left a message, no call back. Called again about five days later and spoke to someone directly. They had no record of my online reservation, Fortunately, it was not a problem to reserve a jumper. They took my address, name, and phone # over the phone. *I called to confirm the day before our event. They said they would come at 10 am. I asked if they needed for me to give directions, they said no because they have GPS. * 10:00 came and they did not come. I started calling at 10:30 and called every five minutes between then and 11:00. No one ever answered the number (a cel phone) and I was not able to leave a message because voice mail was full. * The guys showed up a little after 11:00, as my guests were arriving. They said they had the wrong address. I am not buying it - they had my phone number and could easily have called. Plus I was trying to call them - why didn't they answer if they were just driving around in their van?? They apologized, but there's not a lot they could do about the fact I was having a major stress out 30 minutes before my child's party was starting about where our main source of entertainment was. Bottom line was that this was a poor experience with them, but I'm willing to give people the benefit of the doubt and bad stuff happens sometimes, so I'd give them one more shot if I were in the market for a jumper again. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I had to for these guys. I am big on receiving good customer service & these guys are awesome. They were able to answer all of my billion questions I had. Came to my party on time. Everything was set up perfectly. They weren't douche bags when they picked up the equipment. Zero stars would be even more appropriate- yes, Zero! We booked a bouncy house for this weekend (June 12th) back at the beginning of May. I reserved online, received confirmation back from Viet Nguyen (Vincent), and then even sent one more email confirming the reservation. I did not think to call the day before, because it had been confirmed already. The order was for 9 am delivery - I called every 5 minutes between 9 am and 10am, and left a couple of messages. I NEVER received a call back and we NEVER received the bouncy house. I couldn't believe it. We even left a message the next day, and NO call back from the company with an apology or explanation. I used them twice last summer with no issues, but would clearly NEVER use them again. I will make sure all of my friends and family know to never use this company. I see there is another review for a party this weekend - at least they ended up getting their jumpy house, but clearly the service is terrible. read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS!!! They were always very unprofessional on the phone. They showed up 3 hours late for our BIG event. When I called them 4 separate times that day they kept telling me that they were 'right around the corner and almost there'. In other words, they LIED to me multiple times. They then promised to give a partial refund afterwards...which I never received. I left multiple messages regarding the promised refund and I never got it. I rented online for a July 4th event. After my credit card was charged, I was contacted 3 days before the event to say that the waterslide was damaged and they did not have another. I asked for my credit card to be refunded immediately. After finding another company to rent from, 408 called me and said that someone cancelled their event and had a slide for me. I declined, since I had already found another. Again, I asked for my refund. In total, I called 4 times and emailed twice, and still had not received my refund of $282.75. I was finally contacted and told the merchant company takes 3-4 business days to refund. After 6 days, I emailed and asked for my refund receipt again. The next day, I was forwarded my receipt, less an $8.20 fee for... I don't know what. Between the immediate grab of my money before inspecting their product, to the delay of a refund, the insane lack of communication and finally charging me a fee on an event they cancelled, I am beyond disappointed in this company and will not use them in the future. read more

Half way through our son's birthday party I went to take a look at the jumper and notice the jumper didn't have Thomas & Train logo. It had no theme on the jumper at all. pros: good pricing, equipment was ok, installer was ok. cons: no phone call and delivery showed up 2.5 hours late so the party was half over by the time it was setup. Pickup was over an hour late and conflicted with our other plans so we had to wait a full day to get it picked up. Felt bad for the installer though as the poor guy had to do a 3 man job all by himself so it took 45 mins to setup and 45 mins to take down. equipment was 5 feet wider than advertised so it nearly broke my fence and hose spout. read more

Really unprofessional. We ordered a jump house for my nephews birthday party and were told they were going to call us the day before to confirm. We didn't get a conformation number and they didn't call us. So the day of the party we tried to call them, but the number was disconnected. We called up til an hour before the party and since the number was still turned off we called another company who was able to rent us a jumpy house. They did show up, but we turned them away because we already paid the other guys to come. This added way more stress than was needed for a 3 year old's birthday party. read more

Looking for a jumper last minute was hectic. I called several different companies but since it was last minute the jumper I wanted was unavailable. I finally came across 408jump and Manny, who answered the phone, said they had the one I wanted and would have the jumper at my house within the hour. The guys showed up 40 minutes later with the 13x13 Iron Man jumper (It was very clean and looked brand new). Set up was quick. One of the guys discussed the pick up time with me and then left. As scheduled they came back at 7pm to pick up the jumper. After packing I paid them and they were well on their way. Short story - They did not deliver what was promised/ordered. Called on the day of the event and got an answering machine. Let a message with no call back that day or to date. Setup/Delivery person did not speak English and was therefore no help. Long Story - Ordered the Buzz Lightyear Jumpy which was the theme of my son's 3rd Birthday Party (Invitations went out as Buzz, cake was Buzz and party favors were Buzz themed). Made reservation a week in advance and checked with someone live the night before. We used them for my son's 2nd Bday and everything turned out fine so at that point, we felt like there was no cause for concern. The delivery guy showed up on time (actually a little early which was great) but through broken English told us that he did not have the "Toy Story Banner" that we ordered. We think he said that he looked through the 150 banners that they had and could not find it. We called 408Jump but no one answered. Left a message asking to be called back as I wanted to be compensated for their mistake and no one has contacted us to date. We ended up suggesting to the delivery person that he bring back a banner that said Happy Birthday (which he did an hour later) and had to explain to our son that the Buzz Lightyear Jumper that we were talking up all week was not available:-( Happy Birthday. I gave 2 stars because we had a good experience with them last time but will not be using them or recommending them moving forward. read more

The Disney Princess bouncy house was a major hit and it went perfectly with the Princess theme at my niece's 5th birthday. I decided to call in to book my rental. Despite some bad reviews, I didn't come across any problems with their service. Everything went smoothly. Drop off and set up was on time. Pick up was also on time and quick. No service fee!
