Talked to a cool guy named Manny. He seemed down to earth and told me that if I ordered more he could give me a better deal. So I talked to him for a bit and he told me for young adults the waterslide would be the most fun but after I talked to him a bit longer he threw in sumo suits and a dunk tank for a good price. He was even nice enough to throw in a cotton candy machine along with the package. I had 20+ people over and they all loved the slide and the dunk tank was a major success! Great service! Great Price! I rented a bounce house, chairs, tables and canopies from them and everything came on time and was set up nicely. I would definitely recommend going with them for your party rental needs! My only issue was that the chairs were a little old and a little dirty and there was some debris in the bounce house once inflated that we had to sweep out but other than that very awesome and really great service! It was hassle free and they had the jumper that she wanted available. On the day of her birthday they came on time and the set up was very quick and easy. We wanted to rent a bounce house with a slide for my son's 6th birthday party. Did not know if it was going to rain but decided to rent 408jump since the reviews were pretty good. Not only did they show up on time but the bounce house was clean, was the perfect size and was pretty new. They also called us in the morning of the party to see if we wanted them to come and set up. If we said no (due to the rain) they would not charge us and they would not come. Our choice. It did not rain, they came and the kids jumped from 11am to 6pm. What a great day. Use at your own risk... The first time I ordered from 408 jump was for my child's birthday back in April. We had asked for them to be there at 9am for a 10am party and were told they would prefer to drop it off no later than 8:30 the morning of the party. Fine. No problem. Except that they proceeded to show up at 10:30 - a half hour into the birthday party where a bounce house was our main event. More recently, and quite naively on my part, I decided to give them a second chance. We ordered a bounce house slide combo to be here from 10am - 8pm on Sunday, May 4. They showed up late, by only a few minutes this time so all was looking good... until 8pm rolled around... and then 8pm on Monday, at which point my husband and I painstakingly rolled up the bounce house so that it wouldn't kill our backyard lawn... 8pm Tuesday, still not a single word from 408 jump... Which brings us to today, Wednesday, May 7. I was on a bike ride when I received a call that there was somebody lurking around my house and eventually this person felt that they could enter my backyard through a locked side gate without even attempting to contact me so I quickly turned home. When I got here, sure enough the bounce house had been picked up, my gate broken, and my only outdoor extension cord gone with the bounce house. Now admittedly, the extension cord is a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, but when I called 408 jump they vehemently insisted that it was their cord and that they had waited for 20-25 minutes before deciding to let themselves in. When asked why they didn't call I was told that they couldn't find my number. So the real problem here, is that these guys seem to think it is okay to run a business where they are both negligent and criminal... not to mention: just plain rude. What if my children had been in the backyard? What if I had been sunbathing? So many what-ifs but luckily the house was empty. The question still remains, how is it ever justifiable to enter someone's LOCKED property? I'm pretty sure that is called breaking and entering. Long story short, I will NEVER use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. PS- that first bounce house we ordered back in April had a hole in the jump-space that was just big enough for a child's finger to prod around which also begs an important safety concern with the quality of the merchandise that 408 jump deems usable for their events. read more

if ZERO was available - spoke to Manny almost a MONTH before Christmas wanting to make sure the sumo wrestling suits were available. Yes, he assured me. Manny then told me that since I wanted them for Christmas day that they would be dropped off the 24th. I said that would be fine. He explained to go ahead and sign up on the website and I would be contacted. So after trying and failing and trying and failing and trying and failing, i called back only to get a voice mail in which i confirmed my dates times etc and that I had spoke to Manny and that if I could please get a call back because their site was not working. No phone call back. After a few days had gone by, I tried the site again and got everything in and posted and was excited to have these suits coming for our Christmas day party. Only no phone call back.again! No email! No contact or confirmation!!! So I called again and left a message. and again. and again. and again. the last time I called (12/23) i left my last and final voice mail that I was adamant that they would come through with their promise of the suits, and that i was still hoping the suits were arriving the next DAY for our party. Well, obviously, you can guess the rest. All the nieces and nephews knew their aunt was providing a surprise "game" for the day... Not sure who was more disappointed, the kids, or ME in this company. Shame on them! If they weren't available or if they didn't want to rent for Christmas day, they should have said. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. read more

The company was 2 1/2 hours late (party had started an hour in a half before they showed). We rented a snow cone machine and slide. The slide finally came and it was filthy dirty and wet!! Smelt like wet dog!! No Joke. The slide was ripped and 3 kids scrapped themselves while playing on it!! This company was so unprofessional and will never be used again!!
