Came here for the first time last week and didn't realize how popular they were. It was a Tuesday during dinner time and almost every table was taken (on a Tuesday!). Ordered the 3 dip app (tzaziki, eggplant, and roasted peppers), mixed grill entree and for my two boys the chicken shish. Everything was yummy! Just to get it out of the way, with a new business, it's hard to fault staff for being OVER attentive, but it was juuust slightly north of that & made it feel a bit 'crowded' at times...but our water glasses were always full & we certainly provided feedback on 'how is everything'. The drinks were good, my cosmos was more of a monster cranberry juice but was refreshing & did go well with the food. No clue if it had vodka in it. The apps (pics): Liver was super tasty, raw onion, tomato, puffy pita. I would have liked more sauce/oil, those bites were great. The grilled octopus salad was the most unique texture & cut of octopus, can only assume that's what it was, but again, very tasty. Then the entrees came out & I lost my mind! I'm always 50/50 on stuffed cabbage. This was plump n juicy, tangy from a yogurt drizzle, crazy fulfilling & just deeeelish. Can't remember if it had rice in it but sometimes that ruins it so I was elated. The Sultans Delight is what I will go back for (& to try more). Eggplant purée with 'aged cheese' whipped together...you know when your macNchs juuuust starts to congeal but is still ooey gooey & unctuous? Yea, like that but it never crosses the line. Just scoopable spreadable RICH yummy eggplant & cheese with tender pieces of lamb sitting in the center & fresh cut raw tomato which was PERFECT. A must try. Rice was excellent, fluffy, with those little soft grains like pasta pine nuts, gotta look that up, wonderful. And some Turkish tea to end the meal. I really enjoyed this place. It's a friendly, family run business. I chatted with both the chef/owner and his son behind the bar - because it was so clear that this place might be new - but the hospitality skills show years of experience. Little (haha) things, like the ticketing system is state-of-the-art and efficient. They have stacks of real menus. Nothing behind the bar is superfluous. dishes come out fast, they look and taste like they should. The light and sound levels are pleasant. It's just a nicely done place. Food? Oh yeah. If you like Turkish or Mediterranean food, this is your place. Well made and fresh, the food is first rate from the soups to the entrees. Not many people like liver as much as I do, but the liver appetizer is wonderful as is the Manti. Everyone who ate anything - fish, lamb and the platters - were happy with their entrées. This place is really, really good. I had the manti, which are these delicious little dumplings. I also had some ajvar, which is a red pepper spread you dip some bread in. It was also tasty, though in no small part because the bread with fluffy and super good. I also tried some of adana kebob, which I also liked. Also, the staff were super nice, friendly, and accommodating. I went with my mother, who walks with a walker, and they helped her get in and out (which, for the record, wasn't difficult, since they let us use the side door, where there's a ramp). It also wasn't expensive. The kebob, ajvar, and a salad were all part of the lunch special, and it was more than enough food, as was the manti on its own if you snag some of your friend's bread and ajvar when they're not looking. Lastly, the restaurant was clean, and the chairs were comfortable. read more

This is my favorite restaurant. The food is incredible and service is excellent. I got both the chicken adana and the adana kebab. Meat is tender, very well cooked and seasoned, it is really flavorful. They have a full bar and the cocktails are lovely. I got calamari with homemade calamari sauce, it is must have. Along with the 3 dip appetizer, the pink lady is my favorite, with the hummus taking second, the white sauce is called baba ganoush and nice as well. The scenery is inviting and everyone is very nice. If you want to eat delicious food with great service, I definitely recommend coming here, it wont disappoint! Side note: there is also a parking lot in the back so you never have to look for parking, very convenient. read more

I don't have enough good things to say about 460 Bistro. We have recently discovered it since we are not from the area. So glad we found this gem. The food is absolutely amazing. They do perfect portions for kids, which is a bonus. And adult portions are also perfect AND the food comes out hot (this is an issue with a lot of places, the food is never perfect temperature, but here, it never disappoints!) The service is unmatched. The chef owner is so attentive and goes out of his way every time to make sure that the service is perfect. Everyone is very kind to us and our children and we hope that this place is around for a long time, because we plan on being loyal customers for as long as they are around. Fantastic food and service at 460 Bistro. We sat in the patio area and could not have been treated better. We started with the Kibbeh as an appetizer. Then we enjoyed Sultan's Delight (lamb chunks on pureed eggplant) and Manti (Turkish raviolis with a seasoned yogurt sauce). Both were excellent. We finished off our meal with Kunefe for dessert. Had a perfect Mediterranean lunch here today. We ordered from the 3 course specials menu, a bargain by any standard. The food was perfect from start to finish. Started with the Mediterranean salad, hummus and eggplant with tomato sauce, all delicious and delightfully authentic. I had the lamb shish. It's tender, juicy, lean and very nicely seasoned. Mine was cooked to a perfect medium. Served over a toasted pita with a roasted vegetable and potato medley and rice and attractively presented. I tasted my wife's bronzini and that too was perfectly cooked. Service was excellent. The tasteful decor has a distinct Arabian flair without being overwhelming so. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. One of the best meals I've had. The Grilled Octopus App. is up there with the best octopus I've ever had and the Avacado Spread did not disappoint. We've been to Bistro 460 -- which features food specialties from all over Turkey -- several times, and it's fantastic. All of the dishes are super fresh, and we have many favorites -- the babaganoush, falafel, lentil patties, labni (! think they make their own yogurt, it's the best ever), kofta meatballs, chicken shish, the salads ... I could go on and on. The lunch special -- 3 courses with many choices for each -- is an amazing deal ($18 prix fixe at this writing), and there are always leftovers to enjoy later. The restaurant itself is very attractive and the entire staff is lovely. It's fairly new, so at this point never too crowded, but word-of-mouth is bound to change that.
