I've been working out for over 15+ years (basic knowledge) but finally able to learn how to properly lift without anymore shoulder pain. I am also learning techniques that don't aggravate my body while able to lift more. Adam is my personal trainer and words don't do him justice. He's fully invested in my health and growth in both strength training and as a person. He will push me to my limits but also adjust exercises on the spot when needed. He educates me on the function and technique for each exercise. Feeling frustrated today, I drive out to the Body Bootcamp in Costa Mesa around 2:30pm and the gym seems to be closed.
