I train with Reem 3-4x every week for the past two and a half years, and although my face won't always reflect it on those cold, early mornings, it's really the best way for me to start my days. A big shoutout to Reem at Turna Fitness, my spectacular trainer without whom I would be so lost! I started training with Reem 11 months ago and is without a doubt one of the best decisions/investments I've ever made. I'm stronger, happier, leaner and more in shape than ever before. She strikes the perfect balance of creating challenging and creative workouts that keep me on my toes, whilst consistently incorporating key exercises like hip thrusts, deadlifts, lat pull downs, etc. that are effective for building strength/muscle. Our one-hour sessions are circuit-based, one circuit comprised of 2-3 exercises for 3-4 rounds, and I really like this structure. It creates a nice sense of rhythm and I like knowing what I'm getting myself into. She offers 1:1 and small group sessions of 3-4 people. With the latter, Reem is so attentive and focused and does an incredible job fostering a 1:1 vibe in a small group setting that I often forget there are other clients. Each person has his/her own program and works out individually (with Reem's guidance), unlike a bootcamp where everyone is doing the same workout together. To me, small group offers the same great benefits as 1:1 (if not more!) but is more budget friendly. Scheduling with Reem is also a breeze. She's flexible and does her best to accommodate, which I appreciate so much. The facility itself is great too -- spacious with ample parking. Reem is professional, detailed, runs a smooth operation... but beyond all that she cares for her clients and it shows. Plus she's hilarious and makes the sessions fly by with great conversation. Crushed a workout! Intimidating meeting up with a personal trainer, but Kevin was super welcoming, friendly and encouraging. His method of training uses different stations with various weights based on level and ability.
