I went in for a basic oil change and car inspection. The staff was cordial, courteous, and prompt, which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely a strong point. However, I did have some concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. Unfortunately, I don't currently have the time or resources to seek a second opinion, so I'll have to move forward and hope everything is in good shape. Fingers crossed.

They are trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, very accommodating and friendly. Today I went in for my oil change and regular auto maintenance. I also had all my filters changed and my new tires realigned. I dropped off my car at 9 AM and Edgar, the owner was kind & dropped me back off at my home during my service so that I could work from home for the rest of the day. Then when the car was ready for pick up Edgar came back to my house and picked me up. Such amazing & generous customer service. Even if the staff was not available to do a pick up and drop off, they also offered a rideshare service if needed. This is a huge lifesaver for me and super accommodating of my chaotic work schedule. I always feel safe in my vehicle after picking up my car for maintenance. I know I have a reliable vehicle when my car is serviced here. I also love that they use different apps and technology to explain the services, show the repairs needed or maintenance required options for your car. Jose and Andrew at the front of house of the shop are amazing and also make the whole experience convenient and a breeze. I have also called the shop for other referral services. They referred me to a local glass shop and I had an exceptional experience. I've been spoiled my whole life and always had family members that are mechanics in HI help with my car maintenance and it's really nice to have a mechanic shop in CO that you can trust like family. This shop takes so much pride in their work and customer service, which is why they have such an incredible reputation. My only wish is that his location was closer to my house, and that he was open on weekends, but that won't stop me from going. Next he will see my Veloster for a seat heater diagnostic. I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. Last, but not least, Ken, the owner, is very pleasant to work with.

Not only is it after market, it's also malfunctioning parts. They did it twice to our car! My fuel pump burned up because they messed up my gas gage reader. I had to wait 6 months from the dealership because of their ignorance! When I went and showed them what the dealership said, I refunded us only the after market cost for the fuel pump, which was only $300 but, charged us $475 for the pump!
