The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

My daughter came home and told my husband who checked her oil. After my husband did an oil change at home the oil was clear. The oil that was drained was very dirty and it appears she was charged for an oil change that was never performed. My husband and daughter went back and spoke to Austin the manager on duty who advised they would refund my daughter ( still has not happened as of this review) and apologized. The cheapest oil they have is $75 ish, and the coupon they send in the mail is misleading because you can't get the 50% off option because they don't have any conventional oil options, so you have to use the $25 off synthetic option which wasn't too bad. The staff was nice and wasn't pushy with the air filter, tire rotation, etc. I would be more willing to return if they had a conventional/cheaper option, but for convenience, and with the right coupon in the mail, I may return.
