I went in for a basic oil change and car inspection. The staff was cordial, courteous, and prompt, which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely a strong point. However, I did have some concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. Unfortunately, I don't currently have the time or resources to seek a second opinion, so I'll have to move forward and hope everything is in good shape. Fingers crossed.

They care about the customer's needs, for sure. I didn't have to pay since they couldn't provide the service I requested, but they did give me tips on how to best approach my issue. High value business over here.

I didn't bother arguing because I knew I didn't trust them after that. I left and came here. Brandy immediately started checking my tires and told me my tires were perfectly fine and I only needed one new one because the tread was no where near low. She even taught me how to check the tire tread in the future. She was incredibly knowledgeable and validated my rage when I explained what Discount Tire said to me. He sent pictures of the carb out of the bike alright, but I had to take it back 3 times because it was spilling gas every time I tried to start it. G swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. Tried starting it earlier this year, and it puked gas all over my garage. So, I took apart myself only to find that the carb wasn't clean-dirty bowls and clogged float vavle, there was no new carb kit as all the seals were old and brittle - and that the gas line was secured with a zip-tie!!!! Super dangerous!! I tried reaching out to G for an response - nothing but crickets! Beware of this outfit!
