Never had problem with 4into1 now. I ordered 6 items from them . I received 5 items. I paid through PayPal . Got my order promptly. I email them about the missing item , gave them the order number as well. No response!!! Waited a week and sent another email, no response !!! Bought a Sena Outrush R from them through Amazon. This helmet arrived defective, it would pair with any phone I tried to connect to it but would not function. I reset the Bluetooth and tried everything I could find about the system online and finally decided I just wanted the item replaces as the fit and finish were great and my other helmet in the same order from Sena was FANTASTIC (Sena Impulse for me and this one was a Outrush R for my wife). I filled out the return with Amazon and requested a replacement as this was the helmet we wanted. That went through fine, then I printed the label and dropped it off at the UPS Pickup place locally. An hour later the company canceled my replacement order and said Tough luck, they don't do replacements so I would have to contact Sena for warranty work. I contacted them and asked why it was canceled as soon as I saw it was and they replied with the above information and said that I had to contact Sena. I responded to them AGAIN telling them I couldn't because the helmet was already shipping to them and again they said we don't do replacements contact Sena. I explained a third time that the helmet was on its way to them already and this time radio silence so I contacted Amazon support. They said that the helmet could be refunded under the A-Z program but I had to wait 48 hours for the company to respond once they contacted them on my behalf which they did, giving the company the same info I had and the company replied to me that I had to contact Sena. I called back into Amazon and was told I still had to wait 48 business hours before they could process the A-Z claim even though the company had responded and brushed me off again. Disappointed all the way around. I eventually just Ordered an upgraded Impulse helmet for my wife as well at double the cost and am sure she will love it but she did not need the mesh and some of the other features that drive the price way up. Parts are not OEM quality and do not fit. I bought a carb rebuild kit for 1969 Honda Z50A and the bowl gasket was to larger and caused gas to leak everywhere. I contacted them for refund, they asked for proof that I had an original carb to be sure I had the right parts. I provided pictures and all information they asked for and they still were saying they could not verify my carb was original. I am the original owner of the bike and know for a fact it is all original. They refused refund, I will be contacting Amazon for deceptive business practices and if Amazon does nothing I will contact my bank. I am tired of companies getting away with ripping off the customer and then the marketplace they sell on will not help either. UPDATE: You won't find a phone number on their site. Ask them to call you and "Sorry, we don't offer phone services...." is literally the response. Original post: Unfortunately, they seem to have parts I need. However, the parts are not what is promised. First, pictures don't match what is shipped and the customer pays shipping both ways, no exceptions. Pictures when dealing with vintage parts is important because parts can be difficult to identify properly. Second, some parts require machining before they actually work. I had to tap the mounting threads in the headlight to get a bolt to go in. Seems like that should have been a bolt on application. Third, their motorcycle control lever "set" is NOT a set. They do not match. Completely different mounting mechanisms and bolts patterns. Fourth, and worse is the master cylinder had so much manufacturing debris it clogged the return port and left me stranded with brakes that wouldn't release. Did I mention they do not back their products and charge the customer shipping both ways, no exceptions. I'll be moving on to other vendors. If you decide to use them, just remember if there are issues with their parts or their representation, you still get to pay return shipping, no exceptions. 4into1, feel free to reach out if you want to make it right, but everything stated here is based on fact so I won't be changing it. I live in mountain view but my girlfriend lives in the city so I have requested local pickup after purchasing online. I have gotten clutch springs, a petcock and new mufflers for my bike. As a 75 CB750 owner, I spent a ton of time on dimecitycycles, ebay, and amazon trying to find parts specific my bike. Most of the time, these are parts I need immediately since my bike would be out of commission and waiting an 2-3 days is not acceptable.
