This place is a poor excuse of a off road fabrication shop!!! On September 1st, 2014 I dropped off…read moremy Chevy s10 to get a long travel kit installed. We agreed on them deleting my abs system, install upper and lower control arms, coilovers, fabricating upper control arm mounts, fabricating shock hoops and mounting bump stops. The quoted me $2000-$2500 for all the work/material. They also told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. Almost 4 and a half weeks later I got my truck back to find out what a hack job was done to it. All my brake lines are clearly bent using whoevers thumbs. My driver side Coilover binds not only on the upper control arm but also on the shock hoop and to top it of one of my tie rod bungs was only welded about 1/4-1/2 of the way around. When I went to pick up the truck justin, the owner, tried charging me almost $1000 more then the estimate I received when I dropped it off. Which I might have been okay with if everything was done correctly but it wasn't. And they never even mounted the bump stops. When I took the truck back in to ask what was going on with the binding of the Coilover justin told me that was the only way it could be done unless I change my whole brake setup which he kindly offered to do for a large price. Number one he's wrong about that being the only way it could work and second I called 4 times to try and figure out when I could drop the truck off to get my brake setup done and the suspension cycling correctly and SAFELY but never received a call back when they "figured out their schedule". I'm currently looking into taking them to small claims court. Let my mistake be a lesson you don't have to learn. Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

When I bought it, I always envisioned modifying it by painting the skid plate, rockers, and diffuser to have more of a GTS look. But my dreams were shattered when I took it to multiple shops that told me no dice. I had honestly given up hope. Well, unfortunately, I got into a minor fender bender in Jan, and I was searching for repair shops for my front bumper. I was driving by TAG, and even though they aren't a body shop per say, I figured I would ask them as well and maybe put a front lip. When I took the car to Durwin we walked around the car and I was saying I was thinking of putting a lip. But then he asked me, "have you ever thought about painting it? We could do that when we take the bumper off anyway." I was SHOCKED. I was like okay but I have an upper limit of what I am hoping to spend on all this. I gave him my budget and he said let me see. Came back the next day with that distinct friendly Durwin voice, "No problem, we will do it all and keep it in your budget." They even helped me with the insurance claim part of the bumper that needed a repair. After that every step of the way Durwin treated me like his only client, even when I knew that wasn't true. He completely understood my dream vision and made it even better. They even did a few extra things like they read my mind. I had selected to with Ceramic Pro to have the PPF put back on, and Durwin went out of his way to coordinate with that time and even deliver the car to them. At the end I asked Durwin, what's the damage, and he came in UNDER his original quote! I was like this has to be a joke. While the accident sucked and I was bummed for months I had damaged my whip, in the end it feels like TAG and Durwin delivered me a new car and I couldn't be happier. Follow on @wts_cayenneq

However, after ordering an exhaust nothing went smoothly. They sent me the exhaust with parts missing (which was noted after install). When communicating with the advisor (Durwin), he would go weeks without an update, blaming it on one party or another. After over a month with my car not in use and a credit card dispute filed, they ended up asking for the part to shipped back to them for which they would charge me a 35% restocking fee. The worst customer service out of all the car parts stores I've worked with on my exotics.

I brought in my 2002 Nissan Xterra for an oil pan service, and to replace crankshaft seal and Marcos went above and beyond during the inspection. He discovered a clogged oil filler tube which was inside the oil pan that I hadn't even realized was the issue. Marcos definitely saved my engine from much bigger problems later on. Since then, we've had new tires and front-end alignment for our daughter's car as well - all great service from both companies! I called Scot at Accurate Alignment simply trying to put together a plan of action. Not being familiar with the whole towing process, Scot's guidance was welcome in getting the car to his shop to move toward repairs. I hadn't looked to Scot's team as being able to also provide other "SERVICES" as their name suggests. With his help we had the car in his shop, and out with a new battery by 4:30 same day! Scot was his usual helpful, professional, friendly self, guiding me along the towing steps from AAA, to one of their towing agents, and on to Accurate Alignment SERVICES for our needed repairs. When I brought it back, I was told the clips were "just worn" and that this "happens." I was already aware the clips weren't new, but they were not in bad shape and had never caused an issue before. No responsibility was taken. On the third vehicle, interior parts were broken during the visit. I wasn't informed at the time and only discovered it afterward. When I asked about it, I was told that "cars get old and brittle and things break." Again, no offer to repair or replace the damaged parts. I understand older vehicles can have age-related issues, but proper installation, communication, and accountability are important. After multiple issues and the same response each time, this will be the last time I bring any of my vehicles here, and I won't be recommending this shop.
