Good customer service..I noticed a lot of people come last minute to get boba here so they're usually open up to 15 minutes after closing. LOVE it! Love their boba and my fav, coffee boba! Great to find this place in such a small town and i don't have to drive down to ktown for some boba at night! I'm not a picky eater so I love that they keep everything so simple and I've tried several of their fruit slush and smoothies, which were great as well! Love the fact that they use fresh fruits instead of frozen ones. Their snack size crispy chicken is so cute! I have been a regular here for a few years. Up until recently the service, food, and boba were great. The last few times they messed up my order and the fries did not taste like before. On my most recent trip, they screwed up one of my drink orders. I did not realize it until I got home. I called them to let them know and instead of apology, all they said was they'll remake it. I drove all the way back and when I did, I got attitude for no reason and was told I had to wait cause they ran out of boba. As I was handed my drink, still no apology. I spent an hour of my time on a Friday night dealing with boba when I have better things to do. On top of it all, was given attitude as a bonus. I will not be going here again. read more

This was such a disappointment considering all the reviews here. I got the tiger brown sugar milk and it was not only nothing like pictured, but there was absolutely no flavor. It was literally cold milk with brown sugar syrup that tasted like pure sugar. Boba was already soft and mushy, and the coffee jellies taste like watered down bland black coffee. The "boba milk tea" here is made with powder and water and carries enough sugar in one punch to give you a massive headache and heartburn immediately after consuming it. I used to come here a lot when I was in high school because I didn't own a car. Unlike other boba spots, it doesn't have a good environment to study or work on something because it's always noisy with grinding ice. One of the good things coming to here is that they have a stamp card, which I have a bunch of stamp cards that I never ask for a free drink because I'm too lazy to keep it. I personally love a popcorn chicken, but the portion of theirs is comparatively way too small. Also, each piece is not really filled with real chicken meats. They've got a typical assortment of slushes (no dairy, just fruit or flavoring and ice), smoothies (dairy), snows, and hot drinks, with optional tapioca. They also have some good fried chicken, gyoza, and stuff like funnel cakes and sundaes. The lychee, mango or taro slushes are the best. While you're waiting, you can look over the enormous hand-made collages on the walls, with a frequently changing cast of Korean and American pop stars, celebrities, and assorted proverbs and quotations. read more

Wasn't satisfied by the cookies & cream or vanilla snow drinks I've ordered here. I only remember I didn't like the cookies and cream and this time the vanilla snow had no taste of vanilla and all the liquid was gone while 3/4 of the drink remained this ice concoction. For all of the boba places I've went to, this might be the worst... definitely one of the worst. But I placed my order through Yelp and was outside in my car with two sleeping kids and called in and asked if someone could bring out my drink. We finally have a boba spot near us. Nothing over the top it's actually a hit n miss with the drinks for me they either taste good one day or the next they taste watered down. Their stingy with the boba, I literally got like 5 pieces of boba in my drink. My daughter likes the Thai tea so for convenience we'll still go their but if I feel in the mood to drive then we'll obviously be going elsewhere. read more

Excellent customer service! My daughters both LOVE the boba here. I personally have never had one of their beverages, but my kids swear that they have the best boba in town. So, 4 stars just for that. Today, I visited with my 8-year old, who was super excited about having her favorite drink: Cookies and Cream snow with boba. Unfortunately, as she skipped away happily, she fell on the curb outside the store, and her boba just exploded on the ground. She was very upset, as you can imagine. I dusted her off and sheepishly walked back in. The nice young person who helped us out originally told me, with no hesitation, that he would make her a new one, no problem. I was so pleased with his excellent customer service skills, that I vowed to myself that I would write a review this very evening. He came back out with a replacement drink, no charge, and my daughter happily popped her straw into it...and IT FREAKING EXPLODED RIGHT THERE ON THE COUNTER AND ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I was MORTIFIED. However, the lovely folks behind the counter once again leapt to our rescue and made her YET ANOTHER drink in its place...no charge. They were all so kind and gracious even though we basically trashed their counter. This will be our go-to boba joint forever and ever. Amen! read more

About a year ago, me and cuzzo were hitting this spot religiously for our favorite "Boba Tea", apparently a treat only really known about on the west coast, b/c I damn sure cant find anything like it in Atlanta....(if someone knows pls give me a shout). Quaint, small, family owned joint, that sells a combo of Boba Teas, slushes, and even Korean food. The folks are always nice at 5.2, the Boba is always good, a great treat if you love slushes with Tapioka (sp) balls at the bottom:) read more
